Called this place on a whim and spoke with Victor the owner. I had already been turned down TWICE in the last week because of the location of my condo. I was actually just calling to get a quote and set up an appointment but Victor showed up at my condo in less than 15 minutes after our conversation and had my carpet steam cleaned and freshened in 45 minutes total! Family owned ( which I prefer) Hot Style is professional, efficient, and friendly, just excellent all around. I’m so happy I called. I will be using their services again, thanks so much guys!

I’ve used Hot Style carpet cleaning twice now in the past two months, and I’ll be back for future services! Victor is very responsive and even though he had a busy schedule, I explained my daughter had an accident on our couch (both times) and he got us in the same day or next! All other places wanted to schedule me out past three days with a urinated couch. No thanks!Although he said they don’t do perfection and eliminate all odors, I have to say to it was pretty darn close to perfect! There was ZERO urine smell and no spots! Simply the best carpet cleaners. Fast, clean, efficient and really nice people to work with for whole house carpet cleaning, tile and grout with the best equipment. I watch as the vacuum on the cleaning head is so strong it actually lifts the carpet up with it so I know it’s as clean as it gets. Look at the pictures and you will see this is serious hardware. This is a late review, but better late than never. Over the past 10 years we have moved a few times. We have used Hot Styles at each and every one of our houses. Besides incredible work getting stains out of our carpets produced by 2 sons and ALL of their friends, Victor is one of the nicest people I’ve met. He is professional, yet showed he cared about our family and our house.I have to mention, Victor showed us his personal spot stain remover that he makes himself. He showed me how it worked, and it really does work. Usually, in a situation like this, I’d feel like someone is trying to up sell me, but Victor wasn’t. Our dog had a pretty bad accident on our stairs Saturday night, Sunday morning my husband started calling around and most of the carpet cleaners are closed on Sunday’s, Victor was also closed but was willing to take time away from his family to come help us. I have light cream colored carpeting throughout my home.I had my carpets cleaned many times in the past.All methods were tried including rotating round clothes, steam, non-tox, rotating brushes with spot agents, etc.. In all of these cases, many areas remained dirty or spots reappeared soon after the cleaning. I was ready to buy new carpeting when I took a chance with Hot Style because they had excellent reviews.Victor and his assistant Guillermo did not promise me miracles, but removed stains and dirt that other companies could not. Wow, my light carpeting looks like new again and after 3 weeks, only a few, very faint, barely visible, marks have reappeared! Hot Style saved me thousands of dollars in potential re-carpeting expenses. I was amazed at how Victor fine tuned his truck mounted steam machine to just the right temperature and moisture levels to amazingly extract dirt and stains, including food and some coffee stains. 4/20/17Had the guys from Hot Style Carpet Cleaning out to my Chula Vista/Eastlake home for another cleaning session. Vic and his crew are always on time, super friendly, and extremely professional. I have my carpets cleaned every few months. The high traffic areas get dirty quick and I have a newborn whos learning to crawl now. Cant her her rolling around on a dirty floor. He was on time, professional and courteous. Vic came to complete a pet treatment in one of our bedrooms where our pup had an accident. We really appreciated the fact that he took the time to determine how much of an area we needed to treat and we ended up not needing as many areas covered as we thought. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and was very honest. Our carpet looks new again and smells great. After a positive experience a few months back, I called Dru again to re-clean my sofa. My rescue pup has had a lot of skin issues that left my sofa smelling less then fresh and with some staining. I had Hot Style come out today for the second time. Vic and his coworker were great. It was super quick, efficient, and they took great care when setting up their equipment. I finally found the best carpet cleaning company. After cleaning, the carpet looks like new, dog stains and odor gone! Martin and Dru were respectful of my home and very informative about the process. They put guards on the corner wall and furniture legs. Hot Style has earned 5 stars with their professionalism and performance.

Im incredibly pleased with the work that Drew and Nick did this afternoon. Weve been wanting to get our carpet replaced, but havent been able to get the funds together to do so. After seeing their van around the neighborhood, we decided to give Hot Style a try, to hopefully give our old carpet some new life. Im amazed with the results, not to mention the price for the work that was done. Im looking forward to using them again and highly recommend their business!!!

This is my second time using Hot Style Carpet Cleanining. They cleaned all 4 rooms, staircase, and living rooms. And once again that did an amazing job! My carpets were VERY soiled and damaged with who knows what (I have 2 toddlers) and they were able to clean them right up and brought my carpets back to life!! That says a lot since I have light colored carpets which shows dirt so easily, but that was not a problem for them! They have been in business for 30 years and they take pride in their work and it definitely shows! Amazing work and very, very professional! I would recommend them over and over again.

Excellent service! After moving into a new place I needed a company to come clean out the carpets. After researching I decided to go with Hot Style Carpet Cleaning. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Victor and Efrain are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get stains and odors out of the carpet that were driving me crazy! They will now be my go to when it comes to carpet or upholstery cleaning. Definitely recommend (Two thumbs up)

Vic was amazing! I have a 15 year old area rug that I bought when my oldest was a baby. It has been through serious wear but I love it so much I wanted to get it cleaned just to have it restored anywhere near what it was when I bought it. I called Vic on Monday and I was still trying to figure out when I would be home so he could come by to look at it. He was so friendly and accommodating as he said I could call him when I was on my way home and he would work me in. Unfortunately I was unable to call him and left his number at work. However, I found his number today, Friday and called him at 8 this morning. Of course I knew he had a full schedule but was hoping to make an appointment. Although he was booked he called me at 1 and told me he would be able to fit me in. I was so thankful! And the carpet...looks AMAZING!!!! He took pictures of it half clean...what a difference! It looks brand new! They have great personal customer service and wonderful work!

Excellent service. They were on time and they didnt nickel and dime me for every little detail. In fact, they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Didnt charge me for a small hallway and gave me a discount on cleaning my couch. Carpet looks great. We had a highly soiled area that cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend them.

Victor and his crew were awesome. They were friendly and professional. They took care of some spots that our dog left and I cant even tell they were there!! He took time and explained everything they were doing. Also the care they take of the other furniture and walls in our home was exactly what I would expect from a company. They made our carpets look amazing. After about 5 weeks the first sent of stairs need a little extra love from some spots. I call Victor and he answered after hours (I was surprised I was just going to leave a message.) We scheduled a time for him to come out and look at them and give me the spot cleaner he recommended. Not only did he bring the spot cleaner he cleaned the stairs again. I would recommend Hot Style Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

Hotstyle is an outstanding carpet company! They do great work and are extremely professional. They got me in for a last minute weekend cleaning when no other carpet company would. Today I had my carpet cleaned by Hot Style Carpet Cleaning and, once again, they did a fantastic job! I have several properties, and I’ve been using Victor (the owner) to clean them since 2006. Now, over the years - on occasion - I’ve called upon other carpet cleaners (because I thought Victor was a little pricey) only to regret it. Just let me say... you get what you pay for! I’m a pretty picky person, and I like things done right. I often tell Victor “you know me!” And Victor’s response is “yeah, I know you; you want what Everybody wants, and that’s for their carpet to be cleaned right!”Another thing... Victor stands by his work. A few months ago I had my carpet cleaned by Hot Style and I noticed something later that evening. I called Victor and - at 9:00 that night - he had his son meet him at my house to take care of it. You see, his son was the one who had cleaned the carpet earlier that day. And, I don’t know, maybe I was looking for something wrong because when I originally scheduled the cleaning I wanted Victor to personally do it. As it turns out, the carpet shading was a little different. Dru (Victor’s son) had done a wonderful job!I would highly recommend Hot Style Carpet Cleaning to anyone. This family-owned business is professional, timely, efficient, and always meets or exceed expectations. The cleaning teams are actual employees of the business and provide the same excellent service!
