First time I called to inquire about having them help me with my vehicle, phone was picked up quickly and they seemed enthusiastic to help me get everything fixed. Once I dropped the vehicle off everything changed, they never called with information about the issues when they said they would, they wouldnt answer the phone when I called (message system is left full, so you cant leave a message) They wanted me to do the research on all parts needed for the vehicle, after over two weeks from asking for a quote to replace the catalytic converter and not hearing one word, I went and picked up the vehicle to take it to a different mechanic, once at the other mechanics shop, the engine light was on, the very thing All Time Auto charged me over $300 to fix, not including the $125 to re-connect the ignition. I would be very cautious choosing this place to help with any auto repairs.

Very helpful. I had a stressful day of a simple brake job taking 5 hrs because almost all of my lug nuts on my tires were stripped. Went to him 3 times and he was so helpful.

I bring all of my vehicles (5 of them) exclusively here. Alan and his people are phenomenal and do good work.Here is the great part of this shop, if they can not do it, they will tell you right away and wont string you along like other shops, and their price are fair.So if I trust my car, my wifes car, my mothers car, maybe you should trust your car here too.

Allen is the man about a year or so ago I blew my engine and didnt know what shop in the Chula Vista area could not only help me replace it but work with me a little. Allen not only came to my rescue but man did do a job beyond my expectations he kept me posted sent me pictures and was on top of his game when it came to replacing my motor since then I always come in for oil changes and other things I need diagnosed so I highly recommend him and his mechanics for the job especially JDM makes

Had good experience taking my Eclipse in to the guys to find out and fix the problem of my car that had been sitting for some months. They fixed it during my busy work weekend and had it back on road by Monday in no time and at a very affordable rate!They are very friendly and eager to help.
