Ill drive 25 minutes to go there! They are so real what is hard to find. Everytime I have a question they always give me the best advice. The reason they might be booked out is because every one trusts them and its worth the wait.

I cant say much more than I would go there again.

We made sure our daughter purchased a Toyota so that we could get it serviced at Pete’s. Hands down they are the best Honda/Toyota shop in town!

They changed the head gasket with a kit that included a basic repair and cost me $410... the next day they said I needed a new engine!I Paid for nothing. Talked to another mechanic and did the same diagnostic with out charging anything since no service was done! ... Petes Precision Automotive robbed me with this unessesary service.!

About a year ago I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle (dont remember exactly which one since I own multiple cars) serviced there; was told to drop-off car in the morning and to pick up and end of day. Upon arriving at end of day I was told that due to excessive workload mechanic did not have time to service my vehicle. hah...basically wasted a whole day even though appointment was scheduled per shop protocol...OK, so I wanted to give them a second chance and today I scheduled another appointment to bring my honda in for a diagnostic. After scheduling appointment for the following morning, was given a phone call about an hour later to inform me that mechanic would not service my vehicle...hah? was given no reason other than to say that mechanic did not service my type of vehicle...very unprofessional to say the least!Carlos

INTEGRITY you can trust! Brought my 2012 Acura MDX in for a brake service and oil change; also had an issue regarding a white reverse light not working... Lori and Pete did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the day; I left my vehicle at his shop. When the final bill was complete, there was zero charge for my reverse light. Pete found the light bulb loose and just re-attached it; no charge... Do you believe the dealership would have the integrity and character to tell you the same thing? I have been taking my 2006 Honda Civic to Petes since I bought it in 06. Petes has done a fantastic job of keeping me well informed of any issues before I have a major problem. Pete is always onsite and ensures his customers understand exactly what the status of their vehicle is and if something needs to be fixed; he guides you through the why and actually shows you on the car itself. I took my 2003 Infiniti FX35 for radiator repair. The vehicle has 145k miles on it. They replaced the radiator, hoses, thermostat and coolant. They did an excellent job and the price they quoted was what it cost and a good value. They completed the work on time and did it right the first time. I will most definitely be using them for any future work I need done and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

Didnt have any work done here. But I called about a fuel pump on a GMC minivan. And was promptly told that the they only work on Honda, Acura, Toyora and Lexus.None of my beeswax... but I can only assume they are very good at these 4 (2 actually, as Hona and Acura are the same, and Lexus and Toyota are too) brands to be so restrictive and turn away good work. They should change the shop name to Petes Import Only, or Honda and Toyota Auto Service. But to each thier own.

I have been going to Petes since as long as Ive owned a car. Very great staff to work with, work is always done professionally. I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else.

I have been going to Petes for years and I never take a Honda anywhere else if I can help it (well, there was this one time when I broke down on the freeway in north county ... sigh).They do good work on the car, they treat you fairly, and they are friendly too!

I was new to the area and my car broke down. I phoned a few garages in the area and received quotes. I spoke to the Service Desk lady at Petes. Not only did their price beat everywhere else, they gave me several options - in addition to arranging a tow for my car. My car was back and running the same day and I saved over $100. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you Pete!

I took my 2012 Toyota Highlander here for a second opinion on a radio/nav system problem which the Toyota dealer suggested I replace the entire system for $3K. Pete referred me to an audio system specialist who resolved my issue for less than a third of that amount. And Pete charged me $0 for his diagnostic fee, even though he must have spent hours on my car. Im coming back here again. And you should too.
