I have lived all across the country and been to many different shops within San Diego- this is without question the best, most honest, and professional service I’ve experienced. My truck is running better than it ever has following their stellar service. D and Junior are extraordinarily knowledgeable, genuine, and high caliber men. After failing a smog emissions test, I brought it to their shop, they diagnosed the issue, made a phone call for a very specific part, and within an hour and a half had it ready for re-inspection. I was informed about other options to improve my truck further but they gave a blunt and sincere recommendation that those were unnecessary. My friends have had equally forthright and helpful experiences with them and we are all grateful for their honesty and top tier work. They even added a military discount that I was unaware was available and did not ask about. I will only use Nonstop for any future work and will continue to recommend them to all my family, friends and colleagues. Affordable mechanic that doesn’t try to rip you off! These are honest mechanics and perform honorable work! I have also recommended my family and friends to this shop and every time they are happy. Went to fix my AC here. When I drove off I noticed the air was basically a couple degrees above room temperature (meaning the AC system was not fixed.) I came back to ask the guy and instead of suggesting a solution he got into his feelings, told me he would take the freon out and would give my money back. His wife who works in the front was rude to me as well. I stayed civilized the whole time while they pretended like I they attacked them for not accepting a service that I paid for with my money. This is unacceptable service. You should be kind to your customers during good and bad.

I used to go to the dealership. I was paying high high bills. This place is my hubby’s mechanic so I decided to go there. Holy cow. At very very high, upselled, unnecessary stuff list was explained to me in detail by Dooley about what I did and didn’t need and was still a fraction of what I would’ve paid at the dealership. My car runs so smoothly. I go keep up to date with them now for all my maintenance and am extremely happy with them! I highly recommend them. They’re family owned and operated and they are so nice and make you feel like friends. Highly highly highly recommend!

This is my go-to place for auto repair services, I have went to several different places when I had an oil leak in my engine and this was the only place that could figure out what was wrong with my car and they were able to fix it first thing the next day and had it ready for me to pick up the same day as well. They really care about their customers and what whats in their best interest prices are extremely Fair. They really take care of you and this is my recommendation for anyone who has car troublebecause they literally cover everything you need serviced on your car

They are a family owned business and they were very through and honest and super nice. They are also open on Saturday!! He gave me his honest opinion about my car. It was a 1996 dodge caravan that needed head gasgets and a a radiator fixed. He gave me an estimate, but honestly told me he did not think it was worth putting that much money into the car....a car that may easily break down again due to the miles and year. He could have easily taken my money, but he gave me his honest opinion and in my eyes thats trustworthy and I will be going back!!
