Always crowded after 5pm even though the crowd meter makes it seem like it isnt crowded. There are too many students. I cant ever use the equipment I want for my workout because its too busy. People are on the smith machines for more than 20 minutes at a time and its beyond annoying. Id have to stand in line for that long to use it but I dont have time for that. Im going to find another gym.

This is a great gym for beginners and intermediate lifters. The facilities are clean and staff courteous. By its nature the gym is limited purposefully in equipment. This is the only reason I couldnt give 5 stars.

Its almost my home away from home i weighed nearly 300 lns b4 i joined and now a year later and 80 lbs less yess i can say its a great place to join and be a part of

Decent gym, lot of equipment but missing a few basic weight machines. Crowd isnt ever terrible.

I joined this gym because of the 24/7 timings. However, they are being hesitant to open late on weekends. This is unfair. I think people are out of that covid mindset and ready to workout. Please don’t take advantage of the situation.

This gym is always busy and never slows down. Makes it hard to actually have a good quality workout when everything is always taken.

I signed up online and then went to the gym a few days later. All of the customers and workers I interacted with were very sweet and I really appreciated the sanitizing and social distancing that’s being implemented! Also can’t beat the prices and the fact that the PF app lets you know how busy the gym is so you can pick a good time to go!

I enjoy going here working out and tanning. Nicole set me up with a workout plan to tone up and help me loose weight. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. The packages are very affordable for the services you get!

I like the gym and staff but, it has been took over by students and is always packed. They go in there to take selfies and sit on machines. Basically paying to never be able to get in.

Change only 2 days open 24 is not enough does not make sense to me .if u close it earlie your make be pack at those times

While they initially introduced good measures to keep customers safe during covid, they seem to have recently relaxed the rules making the gym a less safe environment.

Love Planet Fitness! So happy they are back open now, Ive definelty missed my workouts! Always nice staff, and the gym is kept clean! I do love how conscientious all the members are about wiping down their machine after using! I always look forward to going and getting a great workout in! : )

Always a good place for a good workout and to exercise both the mind and body, even if some people think of it as a health club

Great for beginners and cardio workouts. Not ideal for bodybuilders because dumbbells only go up to 80 lbs and there are only 3 stations. Also, they only have 4 smith machines (no regular squat/bench racks) and only 1 leg press.

I have first hand witnessed them reducing the two machine social distance for six feet to one machine between two people which puts it at 3 feet. It’s a shame.

I like planet fitness but with the precautions set in place its hard to find open equipment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Love that they are 24 hours. Rowing machines were out of service the last few times I visited. No complaints. Chair massage, hydro massage, and tanning are always available. I have never had to wait. Showers are always stocked with soap. Great addition to this mall.

Open 24hrs with free tanning and massage chairs for only $22 a month no contract and great equipment. Not crowded at the right times I need to go. Convenient location at NRV mall. Showers and lockers. Very clean.

The only gym that you can go to where the employees sit in the dark and not let members in until the posted open time yet call the police to kick members out if members dont leave on time.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since March! Gym changed management and I am still being charged. I have been told 3 times in the last week the NEW manager will give me a call, and still nothing.

It would be nice if the paper towels were filled all of the time. It would be a good idea to let black card members let their guests use the amenities at least 1x so they could experience them that could also help the potential of them being more likely to get a membership. I would suggest having a place for people to do lunges; otherwise its a great gym

Clean, and lots of machines to choose from. Much larger room to spread out, dont feel like you are right on top of the other clients. I love the choice of upgrading to the black card and getting the spa options.

I never had a problem with this gym, but it is impossible to cancel your membership. I moved from out of town and was told by a manager that all I had to was send them a letter asking them to cancel my membership. Sounds easy right? Well it turns out I have to go to the post office and get them to make planet fitness sign for the letter for me to have my membership cancelled. This is crazy that in order to cancel I cant do it over the phone or even do it online. It is just another way for them to collect money from people. When I called the second manager I talked to didnt even care. It is obvious I am not the only person this happens to. Even though they are cheap I would never sign up for them because you will be paying it long after you want to.

This Planet Fitness is a very clean, laid back, do your own thing, and well worth the money! I personally go around 5:15am and its great seeing the same people giving it their all! The equipment is in excellent condition and the staff keep that way.

Would not recommend this Planet Fitness location if you value customer service. I came in last month to get a membership, and the older lady with bleach blonde hair was not friendly at all. She acted very annoyed to have to sign me up. She never told me what my membership included, never gave me a tour, never told me where the lockers were or where to check in, and did not smile once. She also never greeted me when I came in to work out. It put such a bad taste in my mouth, I cancelled my membership within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I briefly dealt with the same lady when I cancelled. She didnt even ask why I was cancelling, much less if there was something she could do to improve my experience. Ive been a member at another Planet Fitness and really enjoyed it... this one in particular was just disappointing.

Clean equipment, clean bathrooms, clean showers, amazing variety of workout equipment. So far, this place has never been crowded for me, on the other hand I tend to workout after 7 or 8 p.m.

When I first wanted to sign up I asked for a tour and the 2 employees where trying to decide which one would give me the tour and both did not seem enthusiastic I just thought that was rude. Other than that nice clean gym

A little small, but it works pretty well

While I have been bad about going consistently, this is a really great gym. They do a really good job of creating an environment where many different people can comfortably work out together. They are also a lot cheaper than most gyms, 40$ start up and 10$ per month after for the cheapest membership.

Great place, neatly clean and organized. Four stars because I’ve noticed in the past two weeks that even that they’re full staffed there is not towels at the cleaning stations. Must of the time the staff is just behind the desk talking and hanging out. Also, when I signed up online I was supposed to get a tour, never happened! Other than that, it’s a nice place to work out.

Every planet fitness location is absolutely phenomenal because the equipment is always new and the bathrooms are always clean the staff is always friendly and it’s a no judgment zone

This is not an honorable company.I put my membership on hold shortly by phone before they closed due to COVID.After theyd reopened, called and put membership on hold again b/c I wasnt comfortable going to a gym during the pandemic.Finally decided to cancel my membership whereupon I was told I had to show up in person to cancel or do so by mail, which is obviously a ploy to obstruct people from cancelling.Did so but found I was being billed anyway.Went in person and was told the people I spoke to about putting membership on hold didnt do so EITHER TIME and they didnt show my membership being cancelled for a full 3 weeks after I mailed it. They refused to credit ANY of the multiple months I was billed while I had it on hold or for the month I was charged after I cancelled.While I was a member a staffer told me that Planet Fitness makes huge amounts of money off people who sign up and then forget to cancel. It looks to me like they make a lot of money off people who remember to cancel as well as long as they have plausible deniability.

The atmosphere and this facility was absolutely wonderful. The staff seems very knowledgeable and very friendly. They keep the facility absolutely clean and have stations to sanitize equipment as theyre being used. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

Staff was rude and I was charged for membership when I asked for it to be cancelled and instead of offering good customer service and taking the email from the regional manager into consideration they would not allow me to workout -it’s $10A month..

Great gym, worth every penny.Staff is alway polite and helpful and will give you the tour without hesitation if you ask.Management is relaxed - in a good way - and there are never too many, or too few, people on staff to help everyone.This working the night shift (10pm - sometime early morning) are allowed to relax as theres not many people there, but are still just as helpful and kind as ever, never ignoring anyone.Their machines are always clean and rarely broken, and of they are theyre fixed before the days out - mainly its just treadmills that Ive seen broken down.There is tons of variety and all the machines that you could ever need and them some.Their massage chairs and water jet massage beds are clean and very comfortable.overall an amazing place to workout and worth the membership - either one.

A nice and new facility, everyone is kind. Going through a routine is simple enough, it is a little bit small but has about all the necessary machines and tools for a great and consistent workout!

I visited a handful of time but then decided to become a black card member and well worth it. Staff is incredible and the people there are super amazing and friendly.

Clean nice facility to work out, most of the staff acts as though you have ruined their day by asking to tan etc because theyre busy chatting with one another . would mention to management but the rudest person that works there has a name tag that says general manager so i doubt it would do much good. Over all nice gym, if you only work out and dont use the black card benifits that require staff assistance, great equipment though!

Can I give this experience less than a star. If so I would. My son is a Quadriplegic, he is very active but still nervous at times in public. We wanted to start working out like we did before his injury. I stopped by to check the gym out and talk to the employees. They went over and even wrote everything down.The cost, how we could schedule a trainer every Tue & Thursday and use the massagers . I was so excited,I couldnt wait to get my son started. We had a second visit so my son could meet the trainer. My son was ready to get started. We came back to sign up and found there where annual fees ,it would not have been a big deal if I had been told up front. Then I wanted to schedule time with the trainer as discussed. I was told she didnt have an opening for 8 days , I was agrphated but went ahead and scheduled it ,I told her I would need the trainer to show me how to get my son set up for each machine because he is in a wheelchair chair. She wrote on my paper 1 HR session 1/15/19. We get there on time and we are told we only have 15 min.s. This Company advertises they work with disabled people all they did is make my son feel uncomfortable, this was a big step for him. Thank you Planet Fitness for making it so uncomfortable for my son , who already faces enough hurdles . I cancelled my membership and they said I would still receive a charge , I informed them if I did it would be a costly mistake on their part.

Went with a problem concerning membership. I was effectively ignored and then dismissed. I had been waiting for them to open in my area and was surprised by the treatment.

While the staff are very friendly some of them prioritize their phone over customer communication. I get thats its 1am but can you not wait the one minute it takes to finish checking me in before hopping on FaceTime with your boo

As is true with most corporations, the facilities were up to par. DONT BUY THE BLACK MEMBERSHIP. the spa you have access to is really four massage chairs and two tanning beds (yes thats it, thats all they have, theyre always taken.) I lift heavy and I havent set the lunk alarm off yet, they dont seem too anal about reasonable noise. Everything is super clean, top of the line machines, NO FREE WEIGHTS, and they have a lot of equipment. If you have to wait for a machine it wont be long.

Constant issue w/receiving texts & phone calls saying fees are not paid. When I inquire at desk it shows fees are paid. Others are having same issue. Please FIX the problem on your system. It is aggravating to deal w/same issue every week.

The ladies in the evening the few times I’ve been (travel a lot so use other locations too) were very nice. The guys in the morning on the weekend were rude. Never acknowledged me or other people I saw walk by. I even had to interact with them and I did the talking and when they responded it was with action and no words. When I left after using the tanning bed I thanked them as I gave the tag back and no reponse just looked at me. The facilities are clean (it’s new) so hope it stays that way.Update... now several months in and the staff in the evening 5-8 time frame always seems pre occupied on phones and seem bothered if you ask to use the black card spa. The locker room is often dirty, with as much staff as is there it should be clean. The membership numbers seem to be growing fast because it’s the only affordable gym in our area and so I hope they expand or build a second location. Lots of bodybuilding types joining and hogging machines. The lunk alarm is never used but lots of dropping, slamming and grunting. Paper towels not stocked often and clothing rules not enforced.

The people that work here are nice enough, equipment is great. Im giving 3 stars because the bathrooms have been dirty the past few times Ive visited!
