Wendy was absolutely unable to work with me. My vehicle was damaged by their repairs and because I took it to a different shop I voided a warranty (which I didnt even know about, it was never mentioned to me or on any of my invoices). Wendy was frustrated with me why I didnt call them first and talk to them, she said they would have towed the vehicle. Of course I didnt know that and I couldnt afford a tow so I found a nearby mechanic (it was a radiator issue so the engine was overheating, so I couldnt drive far). They found that the hose clamp was not present, either it wasnt there to begin with or wasnt tightened enough, they couldnt say. I have picture and video evidence of my engine overheating which I tried to show to Wendy but she just kept saying she was confused how I didnt call them. I didnt even want them to refund the whole service, just cover the cost of the repair that had to be made because of them. She refused to deal with me, I wouldve saved them money now knowing they would have towed me and all, all I asked for is the 100 dollars for the repair back, which is what the labor was at their shop to fix the issue to begin with. Wendy just couldnt get it through her head that I was trying to be nice and just balance my costs. I walked out. I will never go back. Still have a squeaky belt because antifreeze got all over it and no amount of brake cleaner was able to get it all off, probably have to replace that soon too. Wendy was awful, she was always good before but the moment I tried to work with her to solve a problem they caused she just shut down and looked and talked to me like I was an idiot.

Had a stripped screw on the lift gate of my GMC Yukon that I needed removed. Mechanic came out of the back and fixed it right away and charged me a reasonable price. Great place....

I have a van I use for mail delivery. Very hard on it but Jesse and his team always manage to get it fixed up. Friendly, reliable service from a local business.

These guys are caring, understanding and willing to help.My vehicle broke down on a Friday evening. I kinda new what was wrong with vehicle. I waited for a tow truck late that evening and eventually had a ride before the tow service arrived. The tow company dropped off my vehicle and keys at this repair center. I found out that the repair center was closed until Monday.I took a chance of messaging them and explained my situation, even my winter coat was still in the vehicle that was locked at the repair center.Even though it was the weekend and they where closed. They sent someone to help me get my stuff and get me back on road on Saturday.I thank you very much and I was able to coach my youth hockey team that weekend because of their kindness and understanding my situation.

Local dealer here is running a special on tires. They say buy 2 and get 2 free. So I call and check out the deal and get some prices on some cooper tires and they quote me 1,165.25 for 4 tires. I look them up online and they are $262 each. Does this math add up? I call back and they tell me they cannot compete with online prices. I get that completely! So even if they charge $300 per tire and I buy 2 then how is that still 1,165.25?? Buy 2 get 2 free just doesnt make sense to me when dealing with this place. Id suggest not advertising this unless you can do that deal.

Had my 2005 Mustang GT in to get a new transmission. I could not get over how professional the staff was. The turn around time was super quick and the price was very reasonable. The Mustang now shifts super smooth and I have had zero issues or weird noises! Highly recommend!

I received the best possible work done on my town and country anyone could ever expect. The service at the front desk was awesome, she has a great attitude and is actually interested in helping you get the best possible deal done on your vehicle, with what work is done and I couldnt ask for a better result. The work done is to this day still fantastic and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This place has snacks for you while you wait. I brought my car in simply with the description that it was running rough and scheduled an appointment for another day. They discerned the issue, and since it was a small issue, ordered the part, received the part, and fixed my car in under an hour and a half. Their waiting room is also very cozy and like I said...soda and snacks while you wait.

We were three hours away from home when my van broke down. We called Hallie automotive and they got us right in and quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in a couple of hours! Truck broke while pulling in to a campground in Hallie Lake. Attempted to repair myself, but was unsuccessful. Made a call to Hallie Automotive the next morning. Wendy was able to get my truck looked at the same day and scheduled for repairs. I had my truck back in the less than 48 hours. It was a fairly major repair. They went above and beyond to get my family back on the road to continue our vacation. Thank you!!!
