Quick on and out to get the part needed for a 2017 Silverado.

Yet again had another great service with Bill for my recall on our GMC. I called and he immediately got back to me and ordered parts and set up an appointment. I had a rental car during my service and that process was also very quick and easy. My car was immediately done by the next morning and I was able to go pick it up right after work with no hassle. Thanks again for the great service!

Worst car buying experience Ive had. Worked with Sam Robertson. Told him I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and told him I would be in the next day around 11-Noon. Get a call from him at 10AM saying how I need to put down a $500 deposit because two people are interested in buying the car at that very moment. Told him to go ahead and sell it since I have yet to even come see the car, test drive it, or get my trade-in appraised. Best part is, it was a non-refundable deposit... After that, he tells me its okay, he will just hold it for me... Okay.I get there and he was not professional at all. Didnt seem to care for our business whatsoever with the way he communicated with us in a we dont need your business kind of way. Then he tried to rip us on our trade-in and says how they will only relist the vehicle for half of what KBB says.. right. But thats not what I am mad about. Just the awful customer service. I ended up getting a better deal and buying from a different local dealership. With all of this being said, I am from the area and have had pleasant experiences at Markquart and their service center workers are all awesome and friendly so I am not saying dont go here to shop. A single bad salesman doesnt make the whole dealership bad..I am not sure if this guy is maybe new or maybe he just didnt like me so what I am saying is continue to shop here and support Markquart. But I would highly recommend any other salesperson at least until this guy gets retrained...

The repair shop was great. A very comfortable spot to relax while getting my oil changed. I was pleased they found an issue brought to my attention right away.

Purchased a vehicle from there a few years ago from their used car lot. Now, I understand buying a used vehicle comes with an understanding it can fail. However, my purchased vehicle broke down six months after use. I went back and asked if there was anything I can do and was told, with a smile, that I could roll it into another vehicle. It’s a frustrating situation but the worst part was the lack of care or empathy regarding the situation. Even if this wasn’t something that could be helped; I feel like compassion and a helpful ear could resolve some of the issues here. There are plenty of places to buy your next vehicle and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this one.

During middle of Covid-19 : No face masks on any employees, no hand sanitizer in any areas including waiting area and on desks for customs or office workers. Service people are friendly and helpful. They do a good job.

They have a nice staff but I was told my car had only cosmetic damage and was safe to drive still but then when they sent the claim to the insurance company the car was totalled due to a bent frame. The frame wasnt bent but was easier to just get rid of it than go through the headache. Lost a 1500 dollar stereo system they added to the claim as well.

Sales person seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were in a very rough position (stuck on a road trip) and they were able to fit us in and get our truck fixed and back on the road. Very grateful for their unnecessary generosity.

My Daughter had a problem, her husband put windowshild fluid where the break fluid goes. Markquarts took care of the problem and reassured her it happens.

Great place for maintenance and repairs. They will wash your car with every visit (weather permitting). Insider tip, ask to have the front row of your cars floor vacuumed and they will do that for free too!

Excellent people very friendly took 3 days to fix our truck but they did everything they could until they got it especially diesel mechanic 👍

Very expensive go to Gerber Chevrolet barron wi they treat you more than a customer they treat you with respect and like family and their cars are hundreds of dollars cheaper
