Well, had the truck checked out at 2 shops before I came here for an alignment inspection. Both of them quoted me $1,450 or better. Affordable got the job done for $900 out the door. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable & no extra shop tax b.s. I was also looking for info on new wheels & tires, both technicians I talked to made it easy to figure everything out with all the numbers. Pricing is the best around I couldn’t resist putting money down on a new set all the way around. This is definitely the place to go.

This place offers new and used tires at a reasonable price and the guys are usually quick to help. With a self pick option on tires you can either pick your own or a service rep can assist. Also do mounting and balancing.

Ive been here many times and always receive great prices and honest answers, the customer service isnt the best Ive had, but it is the best Ive had at a shop or tire shop.They have a huge collection of used tires in the warehouse, and I love they do this, its a green way to recycle/reuse tires, and a great way for people to save money on tires if theyre in a pinch.Only thing Id recommend is that they would get someone to run the desk, answer calls and take appointments, that sort of thing. I think if they were to hire a friendly person to keep it running smoothly, it would be an improvement.

I normally always have had a good experience at this place, but this last time has me second guessing my choice to return. If I should need a mechanic in the future. I initially took my car to get brand new tires, no issues with that visit, but they wrote down on my receipt that ALL of my bushings were worn out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment for this specifically. The guy quoted me around 3-400 bucks. Im like, okay. So I scheduled the appointment. I drop off my car, and half an hour later, my phone is blowing up with calls and texts from affordable tire. They wanted to fix the lower control arm that included brand new bearings bushings and whatever, okay, so I asked if those things need to be replaced. He said no, but it would save me money in the future. Mind you, they ask me all of this while I am out running errands, I am not a mechanic; I just said fix what you said you would fix unless you see something else major, let me know. Okay, so all of this was around 2 pm. I dropped my car off at 1 pm. It is coming to be 430 pm, and I have not heard from them, I call and ask about my car, they said as long as I can make it there before 5pm, I can pick it up as it was ready... Are you serious right now? is what I was thinking. I always get a call when my car is done; they blew up my phone 3 hours earlier trying to get me to spend unnecessary money, and ten cant call when its done??? THEN I go to pick up my car, they only fixed one bushing, and that was with a brand new lower control arm that I didnt need. I only needed the bushing right now; none of my other bushings were touched. They said this time that they are fine. So I basically paid 300 still, and you guys did less than what I was told needed to be done initially. Im annoyed by this experience and think Ill just be going to Dewitz where they actually tell me what I need and show me what they are fixing. They dont just try and do the bare minimum, trying to take my money for less work.

Hey Nate,Just wanted to let you know how wonderful those tires worked for us. We put on approximately 6,500 miles in about six weeks, driving out to AZ and looping around to Memphis and then back home. A trip of a lifetime! Before we left, I measured every tire at 100 lbs. Previous to these tires we had one flat, and one blow out at 70 mph, so I was extremely concerned traveling across country. I checked pressure throughout the trip and they never varied more that a pound or two. For a novice towing about 9 tons, these tires really put my mind at ease. Just wanted to say thank you!

Great service and value. Roy matched me a great used tire to my existing 3 used Cooper Tires and it was less than half of the cost of a new tire. The used tire I bought has the same or better tread than my existing tires. They only charged me $8 to mount the tire. In my experience this is significantly less than other repair shops. They also evaluated my other tire that was leaking and told me it simply needed to be remounted for only $15. I appreciate that they gave me an honest opinion on the leaking tire and did not tell me I needed two new tires when I only needed one. I feel I got great value and great service at Affordable Tire. I also appreciate how friendly they are and easy to work with. I will take my tire business here again for sure.

The guys did great work changing my tires and letting me know that I needed new lug nuts changing them. They also let me know what else needs to be fixed on my car. I will be going back to them

This is where I always go for my tire needs. Recently I had a tire with a object in it and it was leaking. I went there spur of the moment and asked if they could check it out. They were totally booked that day as this is usually the case. I will get back to that later. Im not a very patient person so I thought Id go across the road to a different place. I will not name the place but if you are from the area you will figure it out. They were able to get me in and looked at the tire. They said it wasnt good news. A U shaped nail was the culprit and due to the space between the punctures there is no way it could be repaired. I have a AWD vehicle and because of this they recommend four new tires. I knew it was BS so I told them to put the donut spare on and off I go back to Affordable Tire with my tail between my legs. I took the punctured tire in and the technician took one look at it and said. Easy fix. Just as I thought. There is a reason why they are always booked solid. They are fair. They are honest. They are the best! Thank you for that.

Thank you for the response and somewhat confusing explanation. I wish I could share pictures because I have a text from you when you already had my car stating quote “ Cassandra, if we do just the bushings and the alignment were looking at $285 plus tax. You could do the control arms which come with new ball joints and bushings for $545 plus tax, you could replace the quick struts there are $250 each, and then theres rear radius arms which also probably should be replaced, theyre $200 each installed but we kind of need to know right away so we can get going” so since I still have the receipt that says LF control arm bushings rr & lr radial arm bushings all worn out and you said on this text to me quoting me 285 + tax for bushings and alignment which is why I scheduled the appointment. I’m still not understanding how me saying fix what needs to be fixed for the price quoted equals you fixing a whole control arm fixing only one bushing out of all worn out bushings and your explanation of misquoting pricing happened when? That day in that message that I still have? Or the same price you quoted me when I picked up my car from having my tires installed? I guess all the documentation gives me everything I need to know about the communications at this establishment and will think twice in the future because of it. You guys 100% have wonderful service in tires however anything else I would not recommend.

The counter guy was super friendly. I didnt have room to put the tires I purchased after a blowout in my car. He assisted by letting me use his truck to go across street for them to install. Best place to buy tires in the Eau Claire Chippewa Falls area. Those guys are so knowledgeable and will always steer you to the right tire. They give you options based on what you tell them. Always fair and straight with you. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Needed front tires for our 09 Corvette on very short notice on a Saturday. 6/2/18. Only place within 125 miles that had any. Got two used, 95% tread for a great price.They were unable to mount them (we called on a Saturday at 10:30, they close at 12 so this is understandable) and were willing to sell us the tires anyways.We found a tire shop (across the road from them) who would install them and due to time constraints, I asked these guys if they would run them across the road due to the hour long trip we were going to make in order to get the other guys (who also close at 12) to install them. Affordable said they did not deliver tires but when I explained my time and distance issue, they did make an exception. When I got to the other place, they had a bay open and our tires waiting to mount and balance.Thanks A-T for being honest and helpful during our hour of need. Even though we had to understandably go elsewhere to get the tires mounted, you did not flinch and helped us to the best of your ability at that moment. You earned a return customer.

A good place to get used tires if you dont mind waiting a few weeks for them they actually have your size in stock and an open appt to get you in. I highly suggest looking into alternate tire sizes for your vehicle so you have a greater chance of finding tires. They always seem to be out of stock of at least my tire size. And if I do manage to find some there, I buy them and bring them elsewhere to be mounted and balanced. If Im buying a used tire its usually because I need one asap and cant wait weeks for them to squeeze me in for installation. Overall, I still toss their name out there if I hear someone asking about used tires. The staff is always friendly and helpful and thats a good reputation to have.

Good place to go for used tires as long as you dont need a common size tire and/or you arent in a hurry to get them put on. I just buy tires from Affordable and have them put on somewhere else. Appts are always booked out at least a week and chances are that if I need a used tire, I need it asap.

We recently needed new tires for our car. As always, my husband checked a couple other places as well, but as always, we ended back at Affordable Tire again because they have the best prices and the BEST customer service. Like others have said, they are busy for a reason, but you always feel like youre just as important as any customer. Nate is extremely helpful and everyone there is very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
