This place is amazing and very helpful. They worked with me financially when I couldnt afford to pay the tow fees when my car that had been stolen was found and towed to their business. These are fair. I would recommend to everyone that needed any type of tow services etc thank you

Reached out to rodelos to get a large tool box moved. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day And the box got moved with no problems.What a breath of fresh air to find a service both capable of providing the needed service and professional as well.I would recommend this service.

The guys in the office did help me locate My car, it was totaled and this where most insurance companies bring your vehicle remember to wear old clothes because you will get dirty trying to get your belongings because of the dirt ground no pavement.

Their service sucks and they did not want to work with people who live in their vehicle

Called 8/12/19 to have a car towed from my work location. A woman by the name of Sherry answered, she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to her manager which she put me on hold for 5 minutes than returned to the call with the name Cheryl pretending to be the manager. I instantly recognized her voice and called her out on it.I wasnt about to waste my time with this company when there are plenty more that want to make money, who are skilled professionals with great customer service. Sherry if you are unhappy with your work place do the company a favor and leave, your not helping matters.This place for service sucks!

Rude and extremely disrespectful. Threatened to sue me if I didnt pay their exorbitant fees , bought my car for around $500 , they wanted $2000 in fees and said not only would the junk or auction it if I dont pay them they then threatened to sue me for the remaining amount when I said they could keep it , I wasnt guna pay 4x the amount I bought the car for I could buy a better one or use that as a down payment. Terrible business with predatory practices , please go somewhere else for your business , youll regret any dealings with them
