When the driver arrived at my residence he was very rude & unprofessional. I took a photo to the tow truck to ensure I knew who would be towing my vehicle the driver got upset and left my residence without providing a service. When I called the office to complain even more unprofessional people what a joke of a company.

I had called originally And the lady says all I need is my id To get my stuff out of my vehicle I get to pro towing And she tells me she needs proof that Im on a registration it would have been nice if she told me that over the phone I dont live close by She was very rude As well as the other people there Who kept staring me down like I did something wrong I did not understand the service there It just seemed really unorganized in my opinion

I had a car towed to my son as a gift and the driver was here to pick up in a timely manner but the drop of was very unprofessional. From Chino Hills to Corona. The driver upon delivery went into my son’s place of work and when the owner of my son’s company asked the driver to wait because he was on the phone, the driver at that point dropped the car in the driveway saying nothing to anyone then left. As the car sat in the busy driveway other vehicles could not pass. The owner was livid and had no idea what the car was there for. This was an RV dealership. My son was away from the office at the time and still the owner has no idea WTH was happening.No keys could be found till the owner himself got to the car to find the keys hanging in the car door.My son got chewed out because of the tow truck driver. Then my son called saying how embarrassed he was to be confronted by his boss for the car jam in the driveway.Pro Towing you will not get my business anymore.

Definitely not pro. When the Manny and another guy arrived they were not social distancing and not wearing masks. And were supposed to arrive at 4:03 pm and arrived at 5:40. Not only that, they were verry rude and didnt tow my vehical. My tags on my van were expired but I had a picture of my current registration which was good. Before I could pull it on my phone they just hopped in their truck and left. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend them ever.

After an already stressful Sunday arguing with the Chino Police Department in regards to the hiring of Pro Towing to improperly tow my vehicle from right in front of the house, the professionalism and customer service from both the front desk receptionist and driver was nonexistent. As the Watch Commander had waived all fees, I was told to remind the front desk of this and provide the release paperwork from the Police Department. I was also notified that paperwork at the tow yard would have to be completed. When I asked about this, the receptionist quickly stated that there was no paperwork to complete in a highly curt and incredibly rude tone. In addition to, the tow driver who retrieved my vehicle from the yard barely spoke to me. In fact, he pulled my car out and left without notifying me or giving an exit greeting. Lastly, while conducting a walk around, I noticed the tow truck had damaged my vehicle in two places. My front license plate was left bent and dented and a fender trim piece around my front bumper had been broken off at the edge, both of which cannot be repaired due to false reporting from the police officer. In conclusion, Pro Towing lacks customer service and quality towing. I highly recommend researching other companies to not only receive better service, but avoid damages to your vehicle.

Keep needed you get to the dealership, called AAA and they sent Pro Towing. The ignition was bad so the technician knew what to do to unlock the shift. Was fast and polite, had a neighbor pull out of his driveway and the technician made sure he was clear. Technician name was Kevin.

John was an excellent service technician. He was on time and replaced our battery that was in a difficult position under the truck hood. I would recommend him.

Amazing! I have AAA and had a dangerous flat on the 71 south. Im from the east coast and John showed up with all the right tools! Dropped my spare which hasnt been moved in a few years! 😲 He even used a wire brush to clean the spare rim which was quite rusty! He was on time, capable and extremely polite!! I couldnt say enough about how he turned a scary moment right!! Thank you John and Pro Towing AAA!! Thanks for getting me home safe!! 👄

Excellent service! Quick, Friendly and helpful. They helped me with two damaged tires, and got me back on the road fast. I was satisfied with their service! I highly recommend them.

Nathan showed up to tow my friends car. The first lie Nathan told was that he couldnt tow the vehicle if it is not the AAA card-holders vehicle. I was present with my card, so Nathan asked us to bribe him (since AAA is cracking down on this kind of thing, the 2nd lie Nathan told- AAA benefits follow the member, not the members vehicle), with $20 cash for the tow. My friend and I both werent going to play his disgusting bribe-game, so my friend, unsure if his own AAA account had been expired, asked Nathan to check his account. Nathan checked it, and told his 3rd lie by saying my friends account was not active; my friend called AAA later and found his account is good until October (Nathan also asked for my friends personal information and misused it, which is an actual crime). Nathan may be an excellent tow truck operator, but he is a liar, and not a very good one. Nathan shouldnt be fired, he should be kept around as the pet liar and made to clean the tires of the other tow trucks.

Joe from Pro Towing arrived right on time after I called AAA because my car wouldnt start. Joe tested the battery and it was good, so he checked the starter and in doing so discovered that the clamp that holds the cable to the negative post on the battery was damaged. Joe was knowledgeable, professional, well mannered and it is my pleasure to recommend Pro Towing for excellent service and EXCELLENT customer service. Thanks Joe, you are truly one of the good guys.

Everyone, I want you all listen really carefully. I mean no offend but a truth that I am forever gratitude with staff at Pro Towing Company. I am a deaf female biker who became strained on the hill of Chino hill on Carbon Canyon. It was dark. I was expecting my insurance to send tow driver but he took more than one hour. With this being said, i am deaf. Really! I was really concerned about my safety because I couldnt hear anything. I only see what my eyes could see during dark hours. I had to call officer to stay with me until tow truck arrived. Unfortunately, i got a text stating driver had to extend more time before getting me. Of course, I was peeved. Officer had to call nearby tow company. Lo behold, Pro Towing driver arrived faster than I thought. I called my insurance to confirm payment. It was declined even though, i paid my insurance on every due dates. God bless their (Pro Towings)sweetheart. They gladly took my bike to their yard and shop but not only tow it but estimated what went wrong with my bike. They gave me a head up. In this way, I wouldnt be taken advantage of. Oh God bless their sweetheart again! Thank you so much PRO TOWING, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So pro Towing & Company came out on a triple a call for my 1978 Chevrolet Camaro with a Chevrolet 350 engine which is the most common engine ever my battery is less than 5 month old and still under factory warranty when the guy got here he diagnose the battery and it definitely said it needed replace but the vehicle is started from the jump but after you shut the car off the vehicle will die of course he saying that the battery wasnt bought from his company Pro towing so he cannot replace it and Im like what this is a triple A battery you have to replace it then he says oh yeah thats right but you need a new alternator and Im like what are you saying I need a new alternator and then hes like you dont have the receipt and I said look up my Triple A account youll see I bought it then after all his stories he told me to try to get out of getting me a new battery I told him straight out why are you doing this to me and why are you leaving me stranded it says in black and white that I need a new battery and you dont want to replace it for what reason what did I do to you and he had no response and then I told him to leave I cant believe pro Towing & Company done this to me very unprofessional and not reliable left me stranded on the street!!! The drivers name was Edwin

Horrible company, they have a short lazy driver that will make up any excuse not to pick up your vehicle. Please look elsewhere for a tow if AAA calls them tell AAA you want another company

Had my truck towed today and the driver released my vehicle in neutral off the back of his truck with him in it and coasted back abut 30 feet off his truck bed. It stared me and the mechanic at the shop where it was towed to. I will be notifying AAA tomorrow.
