Both of the owners have a sincere desire to do whats best for your automobile. They go over and above searching out what is best to keep your car running and in top shape. I took my car in for a light bulb replacement, and they discovered a wheel axle issue that could have put me in grave danger. I will always take my car here, and will recommend them to everyone!!

I have been taking my cars to Mark and Rose for several years now. They are honest people who will not sell you services you dont need. They take care of their clients better than anyone I have ever used. Their prices are fair and their service is far above excellent. I will not take my cars anywhere else. Mark and Rose are the best.I dont think this is the place to get low-ball-cheapest-price-who-knows-what-kind-of-work-you-get service.This is the place where they will check out your car, give you the list of what it needs, show you the priority of things, and give a fair, honest price. Even though they get busy, their timing was always great for me. All the work they did for me was excellent.

As my car gets older, it requires more frequent mechanic visits and I used to just visit the closest/cheapest option. However, after visiting the CARE shop, I trust my car only to their hands. The family and their employees are amazing and put in great work as if the car is their own. Additionally, the shops prices are very reasonable and worth it for a trusted job well done. Easily the best auto shop in area and my car is running at its best, thanks to them!

Great place for car work, about $50-200 bucks cheaper than some other the other shops on the same road or next door, brought my car there last time and they bled the brakes for $50 bucks when all the other shops in chino wanted $80-90 so I like them, they also have Lord of The Rings on dvd in the waiting room so that is great

Quality work, fairly priced, good people. This has been my go to shop for 15 years. The work is professional and done right the first time. Their prices are not cheap, but competitive for that level of quality. He will spend the time to explain the problems and solutions and provides advice if you need to do it in stages. I trust the guy and the place. I cant say that about many other businesses.

I have been a Customer at the Care Shop for a couple of years. I am impressed by the COMPLETE review of my cars, Cadillac CTS & Toyota Camry,. In example, if I am getting an Oil Change they check the Filters for Air , Cabin etc. and replace them if needed. Last week, while servicing my car they report a large nail on the rear tire on the drivers side even though they no longer service tire repair. They filled it up to the correct pressure and I was able to get it repaired without any damage to my car or myself. This typical of the complete type of work that I have consistently received.

This place is great! Very trustworthy, and after trying several places throughout the IE this is the only place that I will bring my cars to. Great customer service and they even offer a shuttle service, so that I can drop off my car and not have to miss work. I highly recommend!

In June of 2014, my alternator shorted out causing the wiring to burn and the battery to fully discharge. I brought my car to the Care Shop and Mark diagnosed the problem and his mechanics quickly got me on the road.On June of 2016, while driving on the freeway, my car (2004 Murano) died out and I coasted to the side. It was towed to the Care Shop. Marks mechanic diagnosed it as another alternator burn out. Now the good part. Mark has a 3 year warranty on parts and labor on most work. They replaced my alternator and main fuse terminal and checked my battery for $0. This company, stands behind their work. Its a rare thing today to have such honorable mechanic shops. The really do Care.
