We were pleased by how courteous Chris was with calling my husband & letting him know exactly what the problem was & addressing it. Giving us updates on everything when we finally picked it up Chris went over all of the services they did even washed the coach prior to us picking it up I say they were pretty great! Thank you

If you want your RV serviced right the first time Mc Brides is the place. They dont cut corners! They did an awesome 500 hour service on my Onan generator!!!

We took our RV for replacement for the catalytic converter and maintenance service. Reasonable prices, thorough work and pleasant employees. Promises made . Promises kept.

RV service was completed with nice work. Took a while Covid and parts availability slowed the process but Im Happy.

I have taken my r.v. several times throughout the years and have never been disappointed as I have been with other repair shops whose main purpose is to rip off customers. I will always use McBrides.

This company is the of owner an online sales company that goes by the name of GetRVParts.com. Their online company continually accepts orders from online shoppers, charges the shoppers for the cost of the parts ordered, sends a confirmation email indicating the order has been received and is awaiting shipping, and then never actually ships the merchandise ordered and paid for. Customers send multiple emails with no response, until such time as someone at the company goes in and cancels the order so you can no longer send emails, as their online contact us form requires an order number or it will not send the email. And never a refund of the amount sent. Sharing this companys information with every online complaint forum that I can until action is taken.

We ONLY take our RV to McBrides RV Repair in Chino, almost a 2 hour drive, and this is why:This family owned shop is Owned by the most ethical family of the highest integrity we have ever encountered.The service technicians are trained, certified folks and many are expertts in specific specialties.The prices are fair and reasonable and there have been times when a simple adjustment was all that was needed which was done gratis.Today we brought it in for major electrical problems which could have been quite expensive but was discovered to simply be one of our coach batteries was bad.You can always count on the highest, expert work from the most honest, ethical RV repair shop in the state of California at McBrides RV Repair in Chino, CA!

Had some insurance work done at McBrides several months ago to repair some damage. Great folks to work with and top notch service. Its refreshing to find someone that does what they say they are going to do and actually know what they are doing. We wont take our RV anywhere else!
