So nice and they did quick work! I had called so many companies trying to get someone out to repair a leak and all the places I called wanted to sell me a new roof even though the roof is in good shape. I’m so grateful for this company. They were super helpful and nice and did the work to fix the leak quickly but well. So happy with this service!

Phil Beaulieu workers were at a neighbors home and I asked them if they could come and look at my roof. I had noticed some leakage in my back bedroom with all the rain we had this summer. Sure enough my ridge vent needed to be replaced. Within 5 to 7 days they were at my house at 8 AM and within 2 hours it was all replaced. They were professional, on time and priced reasonably and had fantastic follow up and follow through. Highly recommend them for all home improvements.

We had our cedar siding replaced with vinyl siding as well as new gutters. The crew that did the work was very professional . They were clean and organized. They kept the work sight clean every day. We are very happy with their workmanship. The house looks fantastic. The communication with the office staff was very professional as well. Whenever I had questions they would respond in a timely manner. Thank you to everyone involved in getting our project complete.

Avoid this home improvement business. After spending a lot of money to have the roofing and siding done to the house I noted that they never finished the job. They neglected to do the roof of the small back shed . Now it is damaged due to elements of nature ( water/ snow / wind etc). It is irrelevant if the owner reported it a few mos or years after. It should have been done right as it is fully paid . Time is not an excuse . See you in court Mr. Al as I am filing a complaint .

We contracted Phil Beaulieu and Sons, they were very available and accommodating to set up an estimate and worked with us to get the best value and best results from our project.We had an existing deck removed and new deck installed.The project was done below the inital estimate cost and quicker than the original 2 week timeline we were given.The new deck is fantastic and we will absolutely be referring Beaulieu and Sons to our friends, along with using them for any more projects in the future

I had a roof and gutters installed, both look great. Beaulieu and Sons was very good about keeping me informed every step along the way. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

From the moment Fran came by to quote work for our family I felt confident Phil Beaulieu and Sons would do a great job. We had recently purchased a home and needed work done immediately. Our now current home, would not be half as comfortable without their kindness and assistance. They stayed on top of the project with updates and phone calls and whenever I called with a question they either had the answer immediately or followed up within a day. The contractors that repaired our chimney were very friendly and didnt mind that I buried them with random chimney questions. Terrible company. I was verbally told they could get the job started in 3 weeks so I signed the contract. I called a week an a half later and was told it would be four to six weeks. I wasnt pleased, but it was not that big of a deal at that time. From that point forward they made no attempt to contact me to inform me of any delays. After waiting 7 weeks I called and was told were just coming up on the six weeks. That was a lie. They tried to reset the timer to the last time I called them, not from the date I signed the contract. In any event, I was told Alan would call me back shortly. He did not. I called the next day and ask if Alan was available and I was told he was, and to hang on one minute. I was then asked my name. All of a sudden Alan was not available, he was in a meeting. He called me later to give excuses about delays and I said my main problem was that there had been NO communication from them. I had to initiate every single time. He stated Im am not going to call every customer when there is a delay, I dont have time for that. He said maybe he should just give me back my $500 dollar deposit, I reluctantly declined because I needed my home resided. He then told me the product they sold me was not available and what they sold me was a prototype and was not available on the market. At that point I lost the very last but of hope that this company had an ounce of integrity. I FIRED THEM ON THE SPOT, asked for a refund, and told Alan I would write a bad review. His answer was We never worked for you so how could you write a bad review. My answer to that is self evident.

I needed some work done to repair some siding and vents that were damaged and to replace some shutter that were showing their age.I contacted several other companies. Some did not respond, some set up appointments and never showed.Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement set up an appointment. We talked about some options. I received a quote quickly. The work was done on schedule and I am happy. I liked that I was kept informed for the whole process. It was explained that the weather could effect some of the scheduling but everything was done within the original timeline. These are certainly different times for businesses and customers. The reassurance of knowing where my project stood the whole time added to a confident feeling.I have a few more projects that I will need done and I will certainly be talking to them again when I am ready for those to proceed.

We ordered new storm doors for our home. The doors are EXCELLENT quality and look BEAUTIFUL. The works were on time and EXTREMELY professional. We were VERY impressed with BOTH workers ( Jeff and Jason). Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I can’t say enough about how impressed and happy we are. Thank you ♥️

We were given the most courteous and professional treatment from Cameron and Niko. Everything went as planned. Cameron stayed in direct contact with me right up until the ordering of our skylights and roofing materials. We had multiple conversations prior to this job being put into place. Niko then kept in touch with me at the time of the ordering of materials and then was on site watching all work being completed multiple times during the day. He then followed up the following day after the job was completed to do a walk around our property. Our house is absolutely beautiful and everyone in our neighborhood has been stopping by to give compliments. All of the assistants at Beaulieau were extremely friendly and helpful as well. We have used Beaulieus for two properties. Last year they put on a new roof and gutters and built a new porch on our house. This year they put on new siding, windows and gutters for another house we own. They were very professional and did quality work. We would use them again for any future project.

I hired Beaulieu for window replacements in my condo. They were courteous and listened at our first meeting. I was really busy with work as I planned the window replacement, but office staff was always available and followed up on all my concerns. I was especially happy that they could keep the marble sill below my kitchen slider even though they were replacing the full window. The day of the actual replacement I was away, but my neighbor who lives below me said that they worked quickly and smoothly, with little disruption to the neighborhood. I did not see one scrap of leftover material when I returned- they cleaned up everything. They also placed phone calls to me to update me on the work. I am going to consider Beaulieu again when I am ready to replace a door and the window above it. I am thankful it was all such a smooth process.

Recently we had Beaulieu & Sons replace 11 windows in our house in Amherst. We are extremely happy with the windows and workmanship of our recent project and will certainly consider this company for further projects at our home. They also were true to the estimate and when they said they would have the project done prior to the winter and even try to get it done prior to Thanksgiving, they were successful in accomplishing all those goals... They are real PROs....

Just absolutely terrible.I asked this group to help me in a very desperate situation getting the roofing done for my elderly mother and besides the wonderful receptionist the rest of the people i’ve encountered were absolutely useless and unprofessionalwhen I went to speak to the owner he could not have been less accommodating ... super super horrible on the customer serviceThey came to the house twice ... never left an estimate ... did work that we did not ask them to do ... and then had the nerve to bill us

We recently had our roof done and couldnt be happier with the result!The crew showed up and worked all day long to get the roof finished in ONE day!They even added two skylights, a ridge vent and reattached my gutters.I was amazed at how quickly and professionally a quality roof could be installed.We were so happy with our new roof we had PBHI replace a front door that always was a problem. I had a roof installed on my home in 2012. I am a former customer of Beaulieu. I had to report them to the BBB and to the Attorney General. They are dishonest and deceitful. My name is Philomena Novitt and you can contact me if you like. Unlike Fran and his brother, I tell the truth. I will be happy to tell you what I have experienced. He wrote on our contract that my home will be guaranteed AGAINST leaks for the life of the owner. He wrote it and when I brought it up, because my house continued to leak for 4 more years, he told me that that guarantee was not on the office copy. What does this say about him. I had to have half of my home re-roofed by a different roofer. Check the BBB and the Attorney General for my report and for the complete lies in Frans answer to my complain. Stay away from this company. The five stars are probably his familys comments.

We hired them in an emergency situation because our roof was leaking. They came out and fixed the problem quickly. Everyone from Rebecca who answered the phone to Fran who came out to check the roof was pleasant and professional. We have already planned to hire again for some more maintenance. Would highly recomend to everyone.

Avoid using this company! My small window replacement project took 6 weeks longer to complete than promised, due to incorrect measurements taken by company owner. Workers left a MESS of nails, flashing, wood splinters and debris on my lawn & property. My newly installed Harvey MaxView windows get frost on the INSIDE whenever the weather gets cold. Sloppy work, cheap, leaky and substandard replacement windows. Never again. Dont make the mistake I made in hiring Phil Beaulieu for a home improvement project.
