We just had our tub converted to a full shower unit and we are very pleased with the work that was completed. The staff; Mo, Kimberly, Eric, Rick, Justin and Clarence were professional in every way. Clarence and Justin completed the job in a timely manner and were protective of our home and took pride in their work. We rate Yankee Home Improvement and the staff a 5 plus star a perfect 10.

Had 20 windows installed (18-double hung & 2-fixed windows) by Yankee Home, which look awesome. The installers were professional, courteous, and very respectful. They cleaned up behind themselves, which made it easy on us.Only had two issues: 1) sash lock was epoxied shut from factory, & 2) my wife didnt like how they finished caulked 5 windows. Call to Mat Quirk and he got the installers back out to fix the 5 windows and Mat fixed the lock. Cannot ask for better service and understanding our pickiness of caulking.Prior to having our windows installed, Yankee Homes concierge, Rik Rolski, texted us every week to keep us informed of when our windows would be in, when a person was going to call to schedule installation, and followed up afterwards.If Yankee Home continues to give service like this, then they will never run out of customers!!! Great Job!!!

Installation was okay but the follow-up adjustments are not getting done, despite emails and phone messages and actual phone conversation with Alison on 7/12/21 - the worker she sent was not given all of the materials to complete the job (this has been ongoing since February of this year) There is big draft in the front door and I wanted it fixed during this winter; then nothing happened on their part until this 7/12 phone call with promises and I also explained I wanted it fixed before the winter again....its still not completed and the worker who came did what he was scheduled to do but not the new casing to replace the one where the seal does not work.

Bathroom tub/shower remodel. We love our installers Roberto and Alex!! Although we had a delay due to manufacture error (I believe it was) the issue was resolved timely and respectfully by the company…not the installers fault but they were equally as concerned and apologetic for us. I got a ridiculous quote from the sales rep for a cheap looking door ( not real wood). He showed me his laptop because he didn’t have the courage to verbally state the quote for a simple front door, $24,000. After showing me the laptop with the quote he immediately said, oh I can give you a discount & bring it down by $6000. What a joke. My friend/neighbor had a beautiful wooden door installed by a local construction guy for $7000 ( including labor & beautiful double front door, high quality wood). This company is 👎🏼👎🏼

We have used Yankee Home a couple times now and really love the work. They are very professional and friendly. We love the product. You pay a bit more but you get so much more service by them. Also my dog likes them so they are good.

Dave came to our home for a project that we’ve been wanting to do since we moved into our home 5 years ago... Replacing the bathtub, tiles on the wall and hardwares for the shower and faucet that’s original of the house. He is professional and knowledgeable to the product. He made us feel comfortable with our decision. We look forward to our new replacement that’s in the near future.

Yankee Home redid our showers. The work and craftsmanship was superb. Roberto and Alex were the brothers that did our work. After working with them to do the first bathroom, we requested they’d come back to do the second bathroom. They did a great job, they were very friendly and courteous, and always wanted to make sure we were satisfied throughout the project. As far as we’re concerned, Roberto and Alex are the best!

Glen was the nicest person and explained everything great . And to be honest I have to finance this and I really wasnt sure I was gonna do it but once I found out hes a race car driver and knows a lot of people I know . My wife scheduled an appointment to replace 2 doors and windows at our home. The appointment was scheduled for a Saturday appointment. The day before they called to confirm the appointment and my wife confirmed it. They also wanted to confirm that I would be there for the appointment. They refused to come to the appointment unless a husband was present. She confirmed that she was expecting to be at the appointment and that she is able to make all design and financial decisions. The customer service representative stated that she needed to get permission from her manager and would call back. They never called back and did not show up for the appointment.

He was so nice and was able to explain everything to us. We cannot use the company now but we will be calling him personally. Very soon.

Glen Reen came to my house was on time and awesome to work with. Before I knew it we were looking at designs. We got along really well worked out everything out for to have my bathroom remodeled. Now its time to wait and have everything done.

Absolute waste of time! Canceled 15 minutes before scheduled appointment after I informed them I don’t live at the property and would be making a two hour ride on a work night to meet their tech. I requested if they were gonna cancel to do it early before I started the drive up. Now I have wasted time, energy and gas for absolutely no reason at all. Schedule with them if your ready to waste your time.

Dennis came out to fix an issue with the glass doors on our newly installed shower. He was great! The first time he came out, he listened to our concerns and assessed the problem. He needed to order parts. When he came out the 2nd time, he brought smaller shower doors which were more appropriate for our small shower. Having the appropriately sized doors has made a world of difference. We no longer have to enter the shower sideways. The opening has increased by an additional 6-8 inches. He also leveled them so they dont slide open while were showering (the original reason we called to have a service tech come out). Thank you Dennis!

Nate, the design specialist, sent by Yankee Home was incredibly knowledgeable and informed us of all the benefits of using Yankee Home for our window project. He was personable and gave us a lot of information on how Yankee Home would make sure we were satisfied with our project no matter the circumstance. Yankee did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. This was a total bathroom makeover so there were a lot of things to be done.First was the removal of a 6’ bathtub and installation of a new Onyx shower. Simian and his crew worked long day’s to rip out the old bathroom and install the new shower, vanity, toilet, lights, new floor and also building a new linen closet.The workmanship was perfect. The crew was so easy to work with, extremely hard working, very accommodating including working a 14 hour day to complete their work.In addition we had an electrician, installer, and plumber who all arrived on time and did an incredible job installing various components in the bathroom.Communications about what would be happening with the bathroom from installation to putting the finishing touches on the bathroom we’re good.Overall the experience of working with Yankee was excellent and the next time we need work of this nature they’ll be the first we call.

He was honest about our roof and the fact that ours, while old, is not in desperate need of immediate replacement. He quoted the price of a new roof which we have a year to consider. The windows installed are beautiful and have helped with outside noise reduction and we are saving on our heating bill. The installers were professional and worked quickly, and cleaned up very well afterwards. I noticed some drafts about a week or so after they were installed. Quickly they sent out Rusty to come assess the issue. Rusty inspected very well and walked me through all possible scenarios. He discovered the dead space between windows and wall, needed installation. Then he came back out a week later and blew insulation around all the windows. After that, no more drafts!!! So happy and grateful for Rusty’s hard work and dedication to make our satisfaction priority. I am so happy we went withYankee home Improvement . They priority is customer satisfaction! And the don’t disappoint! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Oh, and they send the most adorable box of homemade cookies. Thanks Brandon. We had replacement windows installed about 2 years ago, and love them! Unfortunately, our picture window in the dining room developed a leak which was causing the inside to get moisture, and of course we couldnt clean it! I called Yankee Home Improvement and spoke with Brandon, who arranged for another replacement window. All so easy, and we appreciate his help in facilitating this, and in Yankees guarantee that makes us even more sure that this was a good investment.

Just had a consultation at our home with Nate Towes from Yankee Home Improvement. His presentation was a true learning experience for us. We are replacing our old vinyl windows with a more energy efficient brand. I did my research on replacements and found that Yankees windows are far better than anything I found. Nat was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the efficiency and quality of the windows. We selected the best option for our budget with no sales pressure. Our buying experience with Nat was 5 STARS.

Let me say that I am the biggest Yankee Home Improvement fan! They get the job done right and if you ask me what I was most satisfied with, Id say everything. Workmanship, communication, the product-everything.We bought our home in 1992 and at the time it had older windows from the 1980s when it was built. As home owners, we wanted our home to be well insulated but the old windows were just not cutting itWe had a breeze coming through sections of our house and knew we needed to do something about it. Not knowing who to reach out to, your name attracted me right away since Im a big NY Yankees fan! So, when Yankee Home Improvement came out, your product specialist was very nice and helpful. What I was really impress with is that rather than a pushy salesman, your product specialist made suggestions as to what would work best for our home, and I am very happy with the results!Just from working with Yankee Home, we learned a lot about craftsmanship and what windows would be the best for our home.We also had a major problem with our French doors that lead to our back deck. We had a local contractor from our neighborhood install them and within 2 years we were getting leaks that were causing the wood to rot below the door area and we ended up with carpenter ants! Yankee Home Improvement came out and repaired the damaged wood when they installed our sliding glass door and now it looks brand new again!Id say that you would be crazy to not work with Yankee if you are a home owner. They are number #1 in my book and I will always use them for my home. If you want something done right, go to the people who know what they are doing. Im sticking with Yankee Home Improvement!

Horrible customer service or should I say no customer service . Made appointment 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the day before yet they cancelled 25 minutes before they were to arrive at our house with the lamest excuse why they were blowing us off. They offered no apology for the inconvenience and they didn’t express any remorse. It would have helped if the owner or sales manager called but no it was the receptionist who made original appointmentand who I confirmed with the day before we were a scheduled to meet with salesperson to get estimate . If they don’t want business in our area then why do they continue to have full page ads in our local newspaper . This company doesn’t deserve your business. So call anyone else but Yankee Home .

While I am sure the quality and warranty is exceptional, $26,000 for just a shower with glass door is too unbelievable for words. Got it down to $13,000 with cheapest material and NO glass door...no thanks.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. Nate the salesman came on time and went step by step with all the products, warranties and explained in a friendly professional manner. Cant wait for my new door to be installed.

Nate Towse made the process extremely comfortable and smooth. He spoke with us way over his given time and even let us talk to the owner. He later helped us again with a small request. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

I scheduled an appointment for Yankee Home Improvement to come out and give me a gutter assessment. They asked me if anyone else who makes decisions for the property needs to be there which I found wierd but told them no, I’m the only one. Two days before the appointment I confirmed with them and then they didn’t show up. I called them to schedule another time and they informed me that they had pulled my property records and wanted to know if my father would be at the appointment to make decisions about the property. My father died a few months ago. Apparently my word that I was the only one who needed to be there the first time they asked wasn’t enough for them. Pulling my property records was invasive and in bad taste. I will not be spending money with this company. Also, they require you to give them 90 minutes of your time for their first visit so they can upsell you on a bunch of services you probably don’t need!

The technicians, and installation crew explained their actions before preforming their work. They were polite and the sites were clean when they completed their work.

Extremely disappointed in our new roof, the workmanship is not top of the line. Our home incurred damages and we are still waiting for them to complete repairs. We got bumped from the schedule and forgotten. A reminder call from me 3 weeks ago and forgotten again. I dont expect them to follow through on their warranty unless I keep calling and reminding them. Sad service, and I dont recommend them. I recommend you keep searching for another company to trust with your home.

I just wanted to let Yankee Home that I appreciated the time and effort design consultant Alan Vieu put into helping me find the right door. I was undecided which way to go so he came back the next day and came up with a door that fit into my budget. Also thanks to Brandon and Rick for their help.

I had a complete roof replacement and a new entry door. Best products around and craftsmanship is top notch. You will never beat it and you sure won’t find a warranty like theirs anywhere!! Don’t be fooled by the other guys...

New roof was installed in one day and I couldnt be happier with it! From the start at the consultation w/ Emery, to scheduling with Monica, to finishing up with the great crew that never stopped working the entire time. If it wasnt for the dumpster in the driveway and the beautiful new roof I would have never known they were there!

Dave came over yesterday late afternoon, arriving early and ready to go. My wife’s comments: very friendly and easy to talk to and accommodating. I agree, was able to get right to looking at our existing front door. Also made some very helpful suggestions and gave us some ideas to think about regarding windows that we were sort of thinking about. Some of the information regarding the door was a little more than necessary as I have wanted to use Yankee Home for some time now because I really enjoy their story and appreciate all the reviews about them, as well as their guarantees! It was more a question of timing of when we could afford them and making sure we had the budget. Dave seemed a little tired though I appreciate that he came out on his day off to cover for another person who wouldn’t be able to have made it. Process took between the times quoted, probably around 80 minutes because we did move forward after taking time to discuss (my wife & I) which we appreciate Dave giving us space to do.I wasn’t super excited that the cost savings offer was only an on-the-spot offer, mostly because I hadn’t anticipated it. Knowing up front about it would have allowed us to be more prepared to say yes right away. Thankfully we checked, while Dave made some calls, and determined we could make it work. Dave did explain the reason for it well, just would’ve been better to know when scheduling the appointment. All-in-all look forward to working with them.

We had Yankee Home do a shower with a built in seat and safety bar and dual showerhead. From our first meeting with Ryan, the sales rep, to schedulers and installers to the follow up calls from our concierge, Rik everything was completed in the time and budget constraints that we discussed. We love our new shower.

Excellent consultant , Mark Quiterio presented Yankee Improvement company (notable company founder and charitable contributions. Mark explained home improvement window options relative to replacement window options/state federal rebates, warrenties etc. Very courteous and understanding of needs . Unfortunately, I had no idea the cost of such exceptional window options and will need to look into buying less efficent windows, and having my kitchen contractor replace. If I were wealthy, I would certainly appreciate the efficiency and benefits of lifetime warranty and company..

My husband recently had a stroke. There was so much to do to make our home safe for him to be able to come home in a few weeks. Feeling the shower, was one of the largest projects. Despite it being mid summer and I had 3 weeks to get the house safe for his return, Yankee Home Improvement put a rush on my order and squeezed my installation into the schedule. From Dario coming to tell me about the company and the product to Larry and his partner vacuuming as they left my house I couldnt have been more pleased with the service. They completed the project an hour before the home visit from the rehab people.The shower was admired by the therapists the came to the house. This is a great product, antimicrobial surfaces, non slip base is very comfortable without the rough texture that is frequently synonymous with that promise. The ability to easily change the position of the handheld shower to high/low as well as side to side , switching from rain shower to handheld are all done easily with one hand. Sturdy grab bars, installed in the positions specified to your individualized needs.Another great feature, digital read on the faucet giving you water temperature as well as color change of readout. Very important if you have decreased ability to feel things. This is a great shower as well as understanding company . Definitely speak with them if you have disabilities or find yourself suddenly unable to function as you used to. This shower has given my husband independence back, at least in the shower as we continue forwards recovery.And, flowers sent the day my husband came home wishing him well ! At Yankee Home, they answer the phone How can I put a smile on your face? My advice...allow them to try!😊

We had Dave, a design consultant, come to our home to give us a quote for a future project. He was very informative and patient with us! No high sales pressure pitch! He gave us a quote good for a year. We will definitely use Yankee Home Improvement for our project when we are ready! 5 stars from these gals!

If all of my experiences with this company are as pleasant as my first phone call with Lisa, I will be delighted! First impressions matter. Yankee Home has put the right person out there to represent them.*** Update - unfortunately, only the first impressions were good. The appt was made and confirmed both by phone message and phone call, but CJ never showed up or bothered to call, even though it was the day after we spoke. Call to the office to find out what was going on and was told the manager would call me in a little while. No call. I moved on to another company.
