I hired Ideal Kitchens to do a total kitchen renovation. Steve was very receptive to my style and color scheme. He worked within my budget is and I now have a new beautiful kitchen! The contractors were very professional, punctual, and the master craftsman is exemplary. I appreciated that the contractors cleaned up after themselves. Thats a plus!

We had Ideal do a complete bathroom renovation and it came out fantastic. Our Contractor Mark was on time everyday and was always cleaning up!From the time we decided to do it to the finished product it was seamless.Linda in the office is so great to work with. She made sure everything was lined up and ready to go.I cant wait to have them do my kitchen!!Thank you everyone!

We hired Ideal Kitchens to do a counter upgrade, sinks and faucets in our home. Steve was very responsive and came to the house promptly and issued a fair quote for the job. His in house carpenters were top notch and very professional, they paid attention to the details and were not in a rush to finish the prep work for the counters. They cleaned up and were very courteous. Linda was fantastic, and she called multiple times throughout the process to ensure everything was on track. The stone installers were also fantastic and professional. Linda sent up a few of their crew to help move our large stove out of the way while they installed the large piece of stone, while they waited they even helped my wife bring in the groceries! One of our faucets was defective, Linda had a plumber there within 2 hours to put in a temporary. Overall, I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. My mother also used Ideal for a whole home makeover and she was also throughly impressed and elated with her outcome as well. Quality firm that stands behind their work.

Trying to get my kitchen remodeled at the end of covid-19 experience that was very complicated. I ended up finding ideal kitchens in Chicopee. They were recommended to me through Wells Fargo and of course I read them any other reviews that people had left. I am very content and I absolutely love my kitchen. The most important thing that I wanted was a new window I had a very small window in a very dark kitchen. No more nice white cabinets Sunshine pours in.After the initial meet and greet I want to say there was a little bump in the road but the staff were amazing and very professional. They came through they even drove to my house to make sure that I was all set with the design. Every morning I walk down and I see my beautiful countertops I have a smile. I dealt with Linda and Elaine amazing ladies just want to say that to you too . contractor Tim made everything beautiful.I would recommend ideal kitchens in Chicopee for any type of work that you need done that they are capable of. Like I said the professionalism won me over thank you so much ideal kitchens for making my dreams come true.

We decided to check our local improvements companies. We did a complete kitchen remodel. Steve was very professional and helped guide us along our journey. I cant say enough about our contractor Troy, he always showed up on time (pretty early) and consulted me whenever there was a question. He was patient with me, always professional and him and his crew cleaned up every time they left my house. They worked everyday for 2 weeks to get it done and we cant be any happier. What a fabulous transformation!

Second time having Ideal Kitchens in to remodel a kitchen for us. Absolutely amazing work! So nice to see an owner that not only comes out for sales calls but gets his hands dirty, Steve saw the whole project through from initial call all the way through completion.

This is the second time we have used Ideal Kitchens to remodel our kitchen. The first time was a reface which went very well. This time was a complete replace in an older home. We are very satisfied with them. Our carpenter was wonderful and paid strict attention to detail. He gave practical suggestions to problem areas. We always received calls ahead of time as to when different vendors would be coming in the home. We did have a few issues, as all kitchen projects will have, but they were addressed in a very timely manner by Ideal Kitchen staff to our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company for kitchen remodel/reface.

I hired Ideal Kitchens to replace my kitchen cabinet doors and to refinish the exterior sides of the cabinets. They were perfect every step of the way. I left a message requesting a quote and Steve was at my house within a couple days. He was professional, thorough and worked with me to give me what I wanted in the price range I had. Lyle did the work on my kitchen and he was wonderful. His work was impeccable and it was obvious he cared about the job he was doing and about me. The work was done on schedule, in budget and exceeded expectations. I love my updated kitchen and highly recommend Ideal.

I was reading the reviews about Ideal Kitchens and that is not the experience I had. Our kitchen was remodeled within the past year. We can’t be more pleased with our kitchen remodel done by Ideal Kitchens, and we highly recommend them! Steve came out and met with us to discuss what we wanted to do (new cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and new floor). When Steve was looking at our cabinets, he suggested refacing vs. new. He said the cabinets were solid and new cabinets would cost more and not be as sturdy! We also had some “dead space” in our bottom cabinets where we would put things we don’t use that often. Steve came up with the idea of changing the doors into two large drawers, with a lazy susan in the deadspace.  That was a great idea and we have much more functional use now. From that very first meeting in our home to subsequent meetings in the showroom to pick out all the items and finishes, everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. We enjoyed working with Steve, Linda, Carol, and David who was our carpenter. David was accommodating to our schedule as to when he could start in the morning, he was polite, cleaned up every day, and he is an outstanding carpenter! When people see our new kitchen, they love it and ask who the carpenter was because of the quality of workmanship! Ideal subs out the electrical, plumbing and flooring work and ALL the subs did fantastic work and were equally as professional and polite. There was an issue with one of the floor tiles we noticed about a week or so after install. We called the sub, Liberty Installations, and they came out promptly and replaced the damaged one. If you are thinking of having your kitchen remodeled, you owe it to yourself to give Ideal Kitchens a call and get a quote from Steve.

From the quote that Steve provided to installation of the backsplash everything was done professionally. The employees at Ideal kitchen kept me updated on the various sub-contractors and worked around my remote working schedule. They also were very patient. My kitchen upgrade included cabinet refacing, a new countertop (including an extension of the countertop), a new sink and faucet, and a backsplash. The workers were prompt, and their work was very well done. The pride in workmanship, especially Lyles carpentry, was absolutely top-notch. Lindas advice on my backsplash gave my new kitchen just the right accent, allowing my countertop and cabinets to take center stage. A significant part of the success of my new kitchen is that it was completed within budget. The entire process took a while because of weather and COVID-19 protocols, but my beautiful kitchen was well worth it.

I can certainly understand why Ideal Kitchens keeps getting the Readers Choice Award year after year for favorite kitchen and bath remodel. I had a plumbing emergency in my kitchen and damage was considerable. The whole team at Ideal mobilized to get my situation taken care of. Every employee I dealt with from the moment I walked into the showroom until the final bill preparation was helpful, professional and skilled at what they did. There was a slight hiccup when my cabinet doors did not all match but this was taken care of in a timely fashion and with little fuss. My carpenters Chad and Bob were outstanding and left my kitchen spotless after the installation. There was great communication at every stage of the repair. I can honestly say that this is a bill I was happy to pay. Thank you all!

They did a good job a few issues came up from their subcontractors but they took care of any problems that arose so they are a trustworthy company.

It was great having Ideal handle our Kitchen remodel. Most of the work is handled in house which made it easy to plan. Very satisfied with the crew and and work.

We had a few companies come in and give us quotes and talk with us about what we wanted to do. We were doing a complete remodel of our kitchen. We first met with Steve, the owner of the company. Steve was professional and understood what we were trying to do. We picked out our cabinets, counters, hardware,molding, faucets, etc. We had to make a couple of changes but no problems. We also wanted to do some of the work ourselves and they accommodated all of our our requests. Chad and Dave then came to the house to do the work. They were awesome. They did great work and answered every question we had for them. They finished when they said they would and did an awesome job! We would highly recommend Ideal Kitchens to everyone.

Had one of the bathrooms remodeled. Staff and the owner are very eager to work out issues with the customer. The work was done extremely well. No issues with craftsmanship. Each appointment was kept as scheduled. Would use this company again.

Awful! It was one of the most horrible experiences of my life and I am a combat veteran that served in Iraq. I would gladly do another combat tour anywhere if it meant I would never have to deal with ideal kitchens again. They are far from Ideal. Please consider going anywhere else before using their services of any kind. They should change their name to Inconvenience Kitchens or Incompetent Kitchens or Lack of Communication Kitchens... Any of those names would be more suitable. I would have given them less than 1 star but I couldnt.

Lady on the showroom was very unpleasant. Didnt handle an appointment we had the proper way and when we respectfully ask her to show us what they do so we can get some ideas and be better prepared to our appointment she told us that I would have to go back to my house and ripoff a piece of my floor so she can show me the possible colors that I can use in my house.Its not the kind of treatment you need after you had water damage on your kitchen because a water pipe froze and explode.So sad that theres people that can be like that and they suppose to work with customers.

An Ideal Kitchens employee told customers that they had worked on Chicopee Massachusetts Powerball winner Mavis Wanczyk house. They bragged about the security system and how when it is on, the Ideal Kitchens staff were locked in the house until the system was disarmed. Ideal Kitchens does poor work and violates customer non disclosure agreements. Ideal Kitchens is not to be trusted.

Very unreliable, pretty bad when the owner comes to the house to lay out plans and never see or hear of him again.
