Needed specialty window repair work for my sunroom w/ mahogany specialty windows w/ beveled glass .... issue was the glass had become foggy in several of the windows. Met the owner Roy and his crew at Yankee glass, they fixed the foggy windows and repaired the wood sashs that were in needed of some attention. Picked up the windows today and they are awesome ! Highly recommend Yankee Glass.

Cheap, affordable and quick custom made glass! They made a custom side mirror for my car when only the mirror was broken so I didnt have to replace the entire assembly! Saved a lot oftime, money, and aggregation!!! Two thumbs up!

My husband and I ordered a glass tabletop for our dining room table at Yankee Glass. We stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon with our specifications and Roy was very helpful in showing us options and taking our order. The piece we ordered was ready in less than a week! Delivery went without a hitch. Everyone was friendly and professional from the beginning, including office personnel and delivery staff. The end result is beautiful!Highly recommended!!

Very professional, easy to get to with my RV. They are coordinating with insurance and fabricating a replacement window. Highly recommend.

Roy came within a week to give quote, Luis completed work just a few days later. Had a slightly tricky job of replacing 8 broken panes in a park model trailer, Luis spent 8 hours carefully taking off the old vinyl trim so that it could be reused and replacing the broken glass. Happy with the work, price, and staff. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

Roy provided an accurate estimate and, despite being outside of their normal area of operations, a superb installation to replace a large picture window. This was a year ago and the window is performing great!

I had a cracked windshield and Roy was very professional and easy to deal with and he made sure the glass he ordered was perfect before scheduling the installation at my home. The installer Ben was also very professional and explained the whole process to me as he was doing the work. Yankee glass replaced all 17 Windows in my home plus front picture window. Roy assisted me with planning, made suggestions and supplied an estimate quickly. I was consulted throughout and updated regularly. Work was completed quickly and my house looks beautiful. I would certainly recommend Yankee glass to anyone I know.

Solid company and knowledgeable staff. When messages are left, either the office manager or one of the repair staff calls back within an hour or so. My first experience came after a branch from someones tree came through the front window of the house in chilly November. The repair staff came the next day and, as soon as the glass was received, replaced the window without issue. The staff has also fixed dings in the windshields of my cars and, again, nicely done. Easy to get an appointment.

I ordered a couple pieces of clear plastic to protect tables, told them the measurements and they were ready in less than a couple days. They were happy to give me advice/tips on projects. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Very satisfied! Would highly recommend.

Great service, took them one day to replace my windshield glass when I brought it in to them. Was a good price and they did a good job.

Had a great experience a Yankee glass. When made appointment over the phone they said it would take an 1hour and half.. I took my daughters Subaru legacy in at 8 oclock in the morning while I waited and was done by 9 oclock It was done a 1/2 hour sooner.. great job yankee glass

Beware! Roy is a great guy but some of the people he hires are known crooks. A red head guy claiming to be his head guy was previously fired from Chase Glass for theft. Fella doesnt even have a drivers license. Known scammer. Knew I recognized the guy. Ripped off a few people. If you have to deal with anyone deal with Roy directly. Be safe not sorry. Although Roy knows about the guy but doesnt seem to really care which says enough for me about caring for his customers.

I would highly recommend them to everyone. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Everyone was very nice. They even delivered my car to me when it was done. Not sure if its because Im 7 1/2 months pregnant, or if they do it for everyone. Either way Im a very satisfied customer.

My wife and I have both had auto glass replacements done by Yankee Glass, they are top notch in my book. They left our vehicles cleaner than before the glass was broken. I recently stopped in their new location to have a piece of glass cut for a night stand . I asked for the red headed guy because he had cut glass for me at their old location on Rt. 202 in Granby. I was informed he no longer worked there, its too bad because he really did a good job cutting glass for my wifes dresser. All in all I would recommend Yankee Glass, they dont mind taking care of smaller jobs.

Ive had my classic truck in here for glass, and my daily driver. Plus I love that hes a local guy. Professional, fast, and courteous. Cant praise enough.

Agree with the post talking how they hire crooks. That is the truth. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. Other trust worthy companies out there in the greater Spfld area.

I am always helping friends with home issues. My first contact with Yankee Glass was in 2017, a friend needed a piece of glass for a bedside table. SoI looked on line and called 3 glass Companies in the Holyoke area. Each was either non responsive or would get back to me with a cost. I scratched my head in disbelief. My forth call was to Yankee Glass and after I expressed what I needed, I was asked when would I like the piece of glass and its cost. My response was whenever you can have the piece cut I will pick it up that day. Next I was told that it could be picked up immediately. Within 30 minutes I was returning to my friends home with the glass. I am now a loyal customer and spread the word to everyone I know.Yankee Glass is truly in business to accommodate their customers ...Thanks, for always being there foe me ...DJN
