My GT has a broken left axle since I was T bone by a truck. Thought it would be a good time to upgrade both axles to DSS. On their web-site they listed DSS axles in stock. Bought a pair and then a week later was informed I would have to wait 4 weeks minimum after Paramount was already paid through PayPal. Called customer services and the rep told me you should of called in to confirmed that the left and right DSS axles were in stock. I disagreed and replied you should update your web site. That is when things got nasty. I requested a refund . Thuy Ngo the owner just called me. Stated my money would be refunded; however, could not give me a time frame, since I already found a pair of DSS axles from another vendor. I informed him maybe we could do business down the road on a twin turbo setup. He replied that he didnt want to do business bc the way I treated his employees. I never verbally abused anyone-I only stated the facts. Update you web-site! Fine - I was just being P.C. I really didnt want to do business with a small shop that takes money and then tells its customers they have to wait for a month for their product. American Muscle, CJ Pony Works, Jegs or Summit is the place to shop. I have over 20k in aftermarket upgrades from them on my 2019 Mustang GT and never had any problem with refunds / exchanges or customer service. Paramount is not professional and reviews can be bought on line for $$$. A twin turbo set up is a major endeavor, multiple parts and it takes a experience proficient mechanic. Lots of things could go wrong. If these guys cant even keep their stock and website updated, what is going to happen on a major intense turbo or super charge upgrade?Have a good day Ngo- your business is only as good as your customer service.

Paramount speed has been one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. I live in the Bay Area and honestly the drive is worth it for the great work they do. I got my clutch replaced, oil pump gears replaced and a retune on my car because the previous Tune I had (lund) was not great. It bucked, had bad cold starts and just didn’t feel right in the high rpm . Now with the new Tune she’s running top notch. Smooth pull all the way up to 8000, and car started right up on the first try unlike before. I’m looking forward to my next mods with paramount. Great work and great customer service. Huge thanks to mike and Steve. Can’t wait for the next step on my build!

Mike and Steve are absolutely awesome! A friend of mine gets work done on his mustang and he recommended Paramount Speed so that I could get a cold air intake and tune. Mike is knowledgeable and very down to earth, I went with his recommendation and couldnt be happier. The tune they provided even fixed a slight issue with my transmission where it would jolt every time I would put it in drive. I had explained it to Ford and they said that it was normal, after Paramount Speed was done with my car there is no more jolt. I live in San Jose and it is a 3 hour drive for me but Mike was able to accommodate me so that the work could get done in one day. These guys are on point with customer service!

Ill tell you something, this place has more eye candy than a strip bar! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and shoot you straight. They will not give you advice based on their own arrogance like similar shops to this will. These guys will give you solid advice and help you get to the goals that you want to be at.

Brought my car to them because I was having drivability issues,they were able to fix the problem. Awesome customer service and kept me updated while they were working on the car. They were able to fix the issues and when I left the car was running better than it ever has, all thanks to them. Would recommend them to anyone.
