Ive taken my aging Jeep in an a couple of times and they have been prompt diagnosing and fixing the problem at a reasonable price.

I went in to this shop because of the positive reviews. I explained I have been having problems with a part that I kept replacing over and over so I wanted for them to fix it. Instead I got judged and talked down to, and was given an appointment I called to confirm then that’s when she canceled (but I called she didn’t attempt to contact me) I don’t think the lady behind the counter was like able or professional.

In the world of Mechanics, Mike is THE GOD! He and his staff are top notch technicians. Theyre fast, competent, and they dont break stuff going in and out of your car. If YOUR mechanic cant figure out whats wrong with your car (truck, van, Jeep, hot rod, classic, etc.) take it to Mikes! THEY WILL FIX IT!

He goes above and beyond to help out, fair and honest.. there is a reason he has been around and in business for so long in the Chico area... If you want up an up go to Mike.. u want bs go to the other guys, there are plenty of those in chico too
