I was in a rush to get my air conditioning back in action during the heat of summer, evacuated from my house and driving around with a furry cat. My air conditioner in my car started blowing Hot air right in the middle 100+ temperatures. I stopped at a place who told me they would not be able to get me in for a week. I went to another place who told me the same thing. I then went Online and read reviews of A& T Auto Care. Most people said that these people were helpful and caring. I called them and they worked me in. They told me that they prioritized - in other words, they worked me in because my situation was potentially life threatening. I am 70 yeArs old in a car that is very hot. They also were fair about the price. I have found my new car repair shop!!!!!!!

Asked to make an appointment a week in advanced, then i arrived a week later they said i was not marked down for an appointment, but the manager said he remembers speaking to me so they took my car in anyway and fixed it same day! Very easy! The lady at the front desk was very attentive and welcoming! I had a great first experience with A&T and i will definitely be going back again. Hopefully not too soon.

RV was due for a smog. Made the appointment and arrived on that date and they were able to get right to work. One thing that stuck in my mind, as I was leaving I heard him say to his employees: drink lots of water, its hot and you dont want to wait until youre thirsty! I thought that was very considerate of an employer and says a lot about his work ethic! Recommend this business for all your smog needs and it appears he also performs vehicle maintenance as well.

After a handful of subpar experiences with mechanics in Chico, I still found myself looking for the right place to go. A friend of mine, whose family has been in the BMW motorcycle business for generations, recommended I see Jeff at A&T Auto Care.I brought my car in for a nasty front wheel issue. I didnt even know just how serious it was. I was explained the issues clearly, and when another problem was found later they insisted on picking me up and driving me there so I can see it firsthand and ask any questions I had.
