I called them out here and Ryan came and inspected my problem. So he offered a very reasonable price to fix my problem. He wrote up a contract so I would have in writing his price. I called out Everdry to compare and they wanted 5 TIMES the price Ryan quoted me.So I went with FOREVERY DRY to fix my leaking basement.So here is why I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.THIS WILL BE LONG FAIR WARNING!!FOREVER DRY came out about a week later and did the work. THey took about 4-5 hours to complete my job. I was happy and figured I finally found a company to fix the leak.That next weekend we had a very bad storm, and my basement got pulverized with water. The area that FOREVER DRY fixed needed to be redone. It was NOT FOREVERY DRYS fault and I ended up having to take out an insurance claim to repair the damage from all the water. I contacted Ryan personally and he was EXTREMELY DEDICATED to fixing my issue. He came over a few days later and made a temporary fix to stop the water inflow from my basement door. I had three cracks in my foundation. Ryans Forever Dry was the most reasonable in price. Ryan has the greatest follow up. He called to set up an appointment, called to say when he is coming, called the night before and called that morning. I also had mold in my home and was very sick for weeks. Ryan called that morning and offered to stop at Jewel or Walgreens to pick up food or medicine for me. I am 71 years old and a senior citizen. How many other companies would do that? None that I know of. I asked a lot of questions and Ryan explained everything in detail. He is very experienced. He also noticed my sump pump was sticking so he replaced it with a much better model and saved me a plumbers service call. They are very neat and did the job quickly.
