I hired Restoration Associates to clean out some mold damage in my mothers house due to a leak in the toilet that went into the walls. It was a referral from a friend of mine. They were not only really great at what they do but they are very nice and professional. The price was very fair, better than I thought something like that would cost. Im extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Restoration Associates.

Unfortunately for me, ive had to use Restoration Associates a few time at my condo. I really enjoy working with them. THey are super professional, always showing up on time to appointments, their services are well priced and they communicate very well, keeping you updated throughout the job. I would highly recommend them.

Soooooo our restoration project has been going on for nearly 2 months....to redo our floors....Now, we did hit some unexpected issues so I understand the project will take longer, but a majority of the delay has been due to our restoration company, Restoration Associates.It has been like pulling teeth to get them to come work. Sending multiple emails and making multiple phone calls just to get ahold of someone, only to be met with them being short with us.Today I spoke with our point of contact, Tom (the owner, Im assuming?), after he hasnt been responding and no one has been here to work in nearly a week. I was polite, but obviously frustrated. And he got really short with me when I said, Tom, WHEN are we completing this project?. He said, Im not sure what youre in such a rush to get done, its just the one piece.First off, its NOT just one piece, so apparently completed work in their eyes is what is pictured below. And second, dont get short with someone when youve taken nearly two months to complete a flooring project.I HIGHLY suggest staying away from using this company at ALL COSTS.
