The lead tech had it all together leading the crew and they got right to work. Contained the affected area and started to extract the water with heavy duty machines. In no time all the water was removed and they set up machines to dehumidify and dry the basement. Three days later, my basement was back to normal. Thank you Rainbow of Elmwood Park!

I had flood in my house, they came quickly, stop water and finish the job really calm. And i think that left big impact on me because its really stressful situation to be. Great responsiveness to questions and problem solving - very professional and effective services

We recently were looking to have our carpets cleaned and a friend recommended we contact Rainbow International of Elmwood Park. Really glad we did. I spoke with Tom to set up a day to come out and look at our home for a free estimate. He showed up right on time, walked through our home room by room, and gave us a quote. One thing that I was concerned about was how they were going to move all of our furniture to clean the carpets and Tom assured me that there was no need to worry and they would take care of everything.The day they came to clean the carpets Tom and his business partner Joe were once again right on time and got to work. They were very clean and respectful of our home and we couldnt be happier with the job they did. Our carpets and rugs look brand new. I really wish I had taken before and after photos to show the quality of work.These guys really can do it all so if you are looking to have carpets cleaned, damage restoration work, mold removal, etc...
