I worked closely with Dominic from Bella Mold Removal and he was able to provide fast and friendly service. The initial inspection was quickly done and it was a mix of efficiency and some enlightening education. I found Dominic to be extremely honest and upfront with all costs and recommendations. We eventually went with their mold remediation services as well as repairs to our exterior deck and various other minor items. My husband and I dealt with our first pipe break this winter and Adam and his team restored the damaged space marvelously! They were responsive, professional, affordable and vigilant about monitoring the dry out process. Our space is better than new and prepped for reconstruction. During last weeks deepfreeze I had a pipe burst in the basement. Bella t had great reviews so I called them. They came out super fast. They found the burst pipe and fixed it. They removed all the damaged property I didnt want, and all the damaged material. They were clean and fast. Dry out took a few days. They had the insurance out in the mean time. It was a seamless process start to finish. The process took about a week and now its on rebuild thanks to all the Bella employees that were involved5 stars great job

Adam and his team were very professional; very detailed in what to expect and how long job would take. Bella T will also work with your insurance company for payment - Adam made time in his schedule to meet with our insurance adjuster onsite. Once drywall was removed and water entry points discovered, Adam also made time to meet with contractor to go over next steps for repairs. Note: Bella T only removes the mold, they do not do the repairs. During the job I received text updates - which was very helpful when lining up contractor for repairs. Once mold was removed, air test was performed and sent off to 3rd party for analysis, which a full report is emailed once completed. Bella T will not remove the air scrubbers until test comes back clean. Very good experience, highly recommend.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Mark Powers and his team. My parents house flooded, and they got 3 feet of water in their basement. We spoke with Mark after draining all the water, and he and his team did a great job of sanitizing and cleaning my parents basement. They also removed all of the drywall and cabinets that were damaged, all while working around my parents and their pack rat tendencies. His team was very polite, and the pricing was very reasonable.

A more detailed review will be posted later, but this companys business practices are EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL. The guy that I dealt with (Dominic) was extremely unprofessional, he provided false paperwork to my insurance company, although they had already convinced me to pay then $2,000 out of pocket to not have insurance involved. On top of their questionable integrity, their employees are completely incompetent and I now have to hire a contractor to fix all the damages theyve caused. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and IICRC.

One of the good guys out there. Just make sure that you understand the terms of work and establish a timeline to get your place back in order, because the claims process could be funky.

Bella T, Inc. did an excellent job renovating a property that I owned which had a tenant with a major hoarding problem. Several dumpsters had to be loaded in order to repair structural damage on the property. The building is old and needed to be gutted for remodeling. The workers were very efficient and professional with the job and were very understanding with my circumstances.

I asked Bella to inspect our apartment for potential water leaks and Adam came right away. They were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. 5 stars!

In October 2015 i had a flood in my basementOur insurance company suggested servicemaster to come out, because they were there preffered vendor. I thought they did a thorough and complete job. A couple months after there service, my wife began to smell mold and my kids started developing respitory problems. We had Bella T inc come out for a free inspection. Upon inspection they found a mold colony in the exact area we were told there was no water damage and did not need to be removed. I should have known better considering it was an area where a bunch of heavy items were. My belief is that the previous company were just lazy and didnt care enough to be completely thorough. Bella T inc contacted our insurance carrier and had our claim reopened, and directed all the billing to them. With no out of pocket cost to us, and also guarantees there work. They mitigated the mold and wet areas properly and we very thorough. Even inspecting other areas of concern. In conclusion Bella T Inc is an amazing company. That gets the job done done the right way the first time around. If it ever happens again i will not be using the insurances suggested provider.There just a cheap option for the insurance.Bella is awesome thank you again i will be the best word of mouth and would suggest your services to any one anytime
