I should have sued them for discrimination. They placed me at Presto Products in Appleton WI. When they found out I was pregnant Alicia Gissendaner called me angry that I never disclosed my pregnancy with them. Mind you I was doing office work so me being pregnant was not in anyway shape or form a hindrance on my job duties. When I expressed my disappointment in her getting angry for my pregnancy she forwarded me to Joseph Cedano who proceeded to tell me I should have told everyone I was pregnant prior to taking the assignment so they could decide if they wanted me on the assignment.

Interesting reading nothing but negative reviews and lawsuits this agency done had and still the same old news of careless, uneducated, lazy staffs..I will not put a long bickering paragraph of my worst experience with Elite Staffing. The Facts is Elite underpaid 4 of my paychecks out of my 5 weeks working @ Gold Standard Baking..I really like working there, took my job serious and get the job done. Even kept showing up to my schedule work days [40 hrs/wk] and they still under paying me. It all changes, the unprofessional, inappropriate staffs of all levels lacking in all areas to hold their positions. Theyre careless with their jobs and doesnt have respect for the Federal Laws and Rights of the people..I will get whats rightfully mines with no stress nor problems.. I will not let thieves steal from me. Money I showed up to work for..What this agency doing is illegal under State and Federal Laws every week, every month & every year.. I gave Elite three weeks of patience, showing up & getting my job done and hoping the staff fix the issue & pay me in exchange. I will reach out to Gold Standard Baking and ask for a permanent position before I file a complaint at the Department of Labor & get whats rightfully owe to me through a legal process . Its totally unacceptable for Americans to deal with thieves stealing money we showed up and worked FOR..

I worked at a company called heartside in Woodridge, Ill. They never paid me for the hours I had worked. I complain to both my local office and corporate and no seem to be able to solve the problem. I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone whos looking for a professional work environment. I still havent received my check even though they can verify that I worked for the missing day because I was on the tickets

Terrible. Unprofessional. The last place you want to work. They never want to do anything. No one ever answers. Your always missing hours or days out your checks. There is no organization. And all of thier communication skills suck

Im reading these reviews and responses from elite and guarantee nothing has changed. New employees at the office that have great customer service and people skills would be nice, and giving the jobs to the people based on the order they signed in not race and find a better pay system. I have been to two offices myself and know personally that they are horrible. You guys need to do better.

The lady at human resources blocked my number i called monday to dispute and issue she took my number and said she will contact me later that day never did this was monday i been calling all yesterday and most of today. I call from a different number she answered smh then put me on hold and hung up. They need to be boycotted fr.

I just started work from elite staffing just this pass Friday and all because I couldnt make the first day on due to me catching a blow out, the gone not put me on the schedule, just on call and after reading some of these reviews, I starting to feel some type of way. Realtalk

Not a good place to work. As others have said from short checks to missing whole days on a check. Corporate does nothing about this, will never be in their office to take calls or just doesnt answer them.

Been working for them since October of 2015, and it has been hell.... They drop off 8 of us at Carol Stream and left us sitting there from 230pm till 6pm we kept calling our office to see wheres the driver they were saying he stuck in traffic he should be there in 20mins he finally came at 6pm. I feel we should have been paid for that time even the supervisor for 2 shift said we should be paid for the time we sat there, but they didnt pay us.... My check never match the hours I put in. Every time I get my check my hours not right I tell the Elite employees they tell me to come back around 4pm, I come back I have to wait till Monday, ok I wait to Monday now they saying I have to wait till Friday when they release the payroll sheets. I call today to see why I cant work the representatives hung up on me I tried calling back they let it ring then straight to voicemail. I have no problem with for Elite Staffing but something has to change

I worked for elite staffing in Waukegan and there service are horrible I was missing 2 full 12 hrs days on my paycheck called to clear it up and was told cause of there mistake I would have to wait a whole week for my missing days they talk to you rude an once you talk rude back they Wana terminate you from the elite staffing agency I think the lady name was lupe the head manager honestly you guys need new staff cause from reading all these comments a new staff sounds what this agency needs

I worked under the most prejudice situation possible. I was loyal to the job even when I got hurt and broke my finger while at work. I did not file work mans comp. I was not paid over time that was owed to me and we I could not report to work the next day after being hurt on the job I was suspended three days. The Latino supervisor was extremely prejudice towards blacks and when you attempted to go higher I was warned not and advised not to make waves they had a African American hired as a supervisor for temporary workers and when she tried to do things differently they had her moved and replaced by another Latino.

This place need to be investigated seriously the work ethic I have that is clearly on my resume I brought with me and still no work I cant wait to Donald is in office to get rid of these illegal immigrants #trumph.they only like you if you kiss ass

This is the shittiest company ever. They never pay you on time and if they do, your hours are cut short. Then theyll tell you to call corporate and corporate is illiterate. They have no idea and take weeks to fix things.

If you want to get paid on time for your work. Elite is probally not the best place for you. My check has been messed up and late severel times and no one has done anything about it. Its not fair to the temps that work hard for this company to continually not get paid on time. I understand sometimes accidents may happen however my check has been late, or short over 5 times. I am also aware of others that has had this same issue. The summit office is where i worked. Corporate really need to do sonething about the payroll issues. I have a family to support and not getting paid on time is something that no one should have to go threw.

Hello, I am a Lab Technician for the USG Company located in Gypsum, OH, a little town in the city of Port Clinton, OH. I have been working through Elite Staffing for USG for a little over a month now, but in the past two day, I have come down with the flu. I still attended work, did all of my duties as I was supposed to, but yet I ended up getting sick at work still (I puked, twice. Once in front of my foreman because he had to see it for himself before sending me home). THEY sent me home. After I was done puking I couldve stayed to keep working, and yet they called someone to come pick me up, to take me home. Yet somehow I still received 2 points. For THEM sending me home. Even though when I talked to someone it was said to be written down as I left work willingly before my shift was over resulting in my 2 points. Not that I was SENT home because I was sick. And then today, it got so bad to the point that I had to attend the hospital. I called off of work just as the handbook told me to, I was going to try to come into work still, but on my way I started vomitting, resulting in my absence and being taken to the hospital. Yet today, I get a phone call while Im IN THE HOSPITAL, saying that I have been terminated. So please tell me how that is possible. I am almost 100% positive that it is ILLEGAL to fire someone for being sick, sent home, or stoping by the hospital to recieve a checkup or visit because they have the flu. When I have VALID paper work from my visit, and a doctors note excusing me from all of the day today for my absence. So please tell me how its legal? Because I would love to know. Every other person I have spoken to has said it was illegal. I even went through the handbook, and it says that as long as attiquite paperwork is provided, it should be excused. This is completely traumatizing, especially the fact that they would call me while I was sitting in the hospital on a hospital bed. There is no reason that I shouldnt be allowed to return to work, now that I have taken my antibiotics, I should be as healthy as a horse, so please do inform me of how you can help with this issue. Because I refuse to believe that I was honestly terminated for being ill. And I will call who I need to, to make sure that I am treated respectfully and legally and will not be discriminated against, because thats sure what it seems like is happening at the moment.

Im currently trying to consistently work for elite staffing. I have to call every morning at 4am,, they tell me call back at 5, then tell me call back in 10 minutes, just to tell me they dont have any spots call back in the morning The people who answer the phones are so rude and overly blunt also may I add extremely rude and also ive had a problem getting paid,,I was paid 4days late after begging and harrassing anyone I could to get the pay I worked for. Lastly they hire all the Mexicans first and if they need any extra help u mite work If you wait at the office from 4 am to 6am. The office on 55 & kedzie & 21st & California if ur not Mexican these people will treat and talk to you like your throw away trast!! Im so serious Ive tried to call corporate but they dont answer I need work so I do call in the morning at 4 but I hate it they only let u work if they dont have enough Mexican workers I honestly feel like this is a Mexican company ONLY.

You can only get your check on the companies time which is so unconstitutional because i feel like their keeping something that i worked hard. I respect the companys policy to a certain extent . i dont agree with the fact the fact that im not allowed to get my check if i dont show up within yhe allotted time . i shouldnt have to wait a week to get my check because i was unable to make it durn the hours checks were passed out . this is the most upserb thing Ive ever incountered From a temp agency . i would greatly appreciate it if someone from the corporate office was take this into consideration.

Called and asked when can I put in a application and was told anytime then I stopped by and the woman over the intercom told me I had to call and get a interview. She didnt let me explain that I was told too just come by. If u talk to applicants like this how do you treat your employees??

I work for the Better Business Bureau an I investigate different companies whom received terrible reviews, I must say this company has received far to many horrible reviews an accusations, I will be stopping by a few locations an also speaking to a few employees to get their reports an I assure you these reviews will not be taking lightly.
