I want to start of by saying this was my first Recruiting Company and I appreciate their time, help and the opportunity they provided me. My recruiter was Ellen and I must say I have never in my entire life met someone so nice and caring before besides my family. I was a single mother looking for a job and came across Smart Resources on indeed. I took a chance with them and met Ellen whom did a wonderful job making sure she finds the right job for me. Its really not easy to find a permanent job but she never gave up on me or the search. When COVID started Ellen never gave up even though no one was hiring. Almost a year later I found my perfect job thanks to Ellen. I call her my Guardian Angel because after being denied from every job I applied too she came to my rescue and did the one job no one was willing to help me do and am grateful for her. Not only do she have my moms name but she rocks. I can sit here all day and write a 10 page paper on how wonderful this company and Ellen are but I will leave it for you to find out yourself. Two advice I will give those looking for jobs are have patience when it comes to your recruiters, DO NOT PUT PRESSURE ON THEM THEY ARE NOT GOD AND CANT DELIVER ON THE SAME DAY however they will get the job done. Secondly pay close attention to every details they give you for every job including interviewing because following those details got me the position am in today. Once again Thank you Smart Resources for the opportunity. And Thank you Ellen for taking a chance with me and not giving up on me and always going over the top for me. You truly are AMAZING!

My experience with them read typical for an agency and therefore, I could say they were decent to work with until my brief, yet memorable experience with Tabitha. Her attitude and communication skills make her a better fit for a sanitation worker than a recruiter, manager or professional. If they dump this trashy employee, if might be worthy of 4 stars. Wish I could give them 2.5 stars.

My experience with working Lauren Rice was overall a great experience. She was very empathetic to what I was looking for and I eventually got hired full time at a good company.When I was irate over a situation, she tried to help me to the best of her abilities and stayed calm even when I unfairly took my anger out on her.Message to management: Give her a raise.

They are doing a pretty good job getting me interviews. I havent landed a job yet. I could have taking a couple already but the right opportunity has not come up. I like their process and who I am working with.

I prefer working temp jobs my current assignment with Smart Resources is going on 8 years. I was working for a previous temp agency when they sold to Smart Resources. Out of the 8 years I have been on my current assignment I have been working for Smart for 6.5 years.I feel fortunate that all has worked out. As a regular employee of Smart Resources I have had a chance to experience the staff and accounting departments answer my questions, check on my assignment, and keep my paychecks moving smoothly.I have won the employee of the month plus the added rewards. It’s been a good working experience with Smart Resources.

I worked with Smart Resources recently. I had a very positive experience working with them right before I found a full time regular position. The staff is very friendly and professional. It took a little for me to snag an assignment, but during that time it was clear they kept submitting for positions and getting me interviews. When I did land an assignment I kept my head down and worked to the best of my ability. Once the assignment was over, myself and other memebers of the same team were transitioned to full time positions at the company our assignment was at. They help you find work, and your work ethic keeps you working. I am multiple people this company has gotten us full time work.

My ability to continue my health insurance while between assignments is an asset for Smart Resources and it should be marketed as such to draw in desirable workers. I appreciate this benefit over other temp agencies out there.Thanks, Smart Resources!

Ive had great experiences with Smart Resources. Many years ago, they placed me into a job at a law firm where I was soon hired, and climbed up the ranks quickly. I learned skills that I never would have otherwise, and discovered talents that I didnt know I had. I left that job a year ago, and wasnt quite sure if I wanted to get another full-time desk job.I decided to reapply with Smart Resources, and see what I could get, to supplement my work as an actor. Stephanie Koprince was my recruiter, and she was very receptive to my job needs, quickly getting me an interview for a local moving company. I wasnt sure I was suited for the position, but Stephanie had confidence in my abilities, and I went forward with the interview. It turned out to be a fantastic fit, and has been challenging me in new and unexpected ways. Im very grateful for the opportunities Smart Resources has given me, and Im very happy to refer new candidates to them, as I have had such a positive experience throughout the years.

The only decent manager there is Stephanie. If you want to work for low wages, any temp agency that avoids offering direct hire opportunities will do. The rest are quite shady.

In December I was called by the Manger Darien Allen who assured me that I had a assignment. I get to the office fill out all the paperwork to find out theres no position currently available (after I asked several times on the phone). They only wanted my info. I have never been called for ANY job assignment and everytime I call Darien hes in a company meeting. 100% waste of time and effort.

Very professional the team worked hard finding me a job. I will recommend this ageny to anyone.
