My recruiter Sara Dwyer found me a loan auditor position with a company called interfirst Sara then told me how great the job opportunity was and I would be making $18 an hour and working 40 hours per week. However I ended up only being scheduled for 35 hours per week when the position started. Instead of being mailed my office setup, I was told to drive to the IT guys house to pick it up on my first day of work on a monday. Was missing a few cords for my office computer and I was missing a significant program needed for training as well. The other 4 people who started with me had all the programs installed in their system but I didnt get mine installed until halfway through the week. So two days into my first week, Wednesday I was fully equipped to follow along with the instructors directions. That friday about halfway through the work day I was fired because the instructor said I was learning at a slower pace than the rest of my class. My recruiter did not fight for me and she told me that other people have been fired from interfirst do to not being caught up to speed, even though it was interfirsts fault that the aerotek recruit was behind. Sara of course told me that key piece of information after I quit my job and took the position with Interfirst and was ultimately fired my first week of work. DO NOT USE AEROTEK..YOU ARE DIGGING A GRAVE FOR YOURSELF IF YOU DO!

I can’t say enough good things about Aerotek and my recruiter, Savannah Hunter. Working with Savannah has been by far the best experience I have had with any staffing agency. I used to work for another staffing agency, LaSalle Network, and I can assure you, USE Aerotek and ask to speak with Savannah! I regret contacting Aerotek when I was job searching because it seems like they care way more about filling their positions than the needs of the people filling the positions. I found a very good job without them and then notified Aerotek that I was no longer in need of their services because I found a forever job. They keep spamming me with emails and calls wanting to place me in one of the positions that they need to fill saying that Id be a good fit, when in reality, the position is 50 times worse than the position Im in. After multiple times of telling them not to contact me, they still ask if Im interested. Do they want me to quit my awesome job to fill their rotten position?

My experience with Aerotek was horrible. The Recruiter that I talk to tonight was bad and Unprofessional. They need better recruiters who won’t insult applicants that want to advanced their careers or gain more experience. The recruiter call me at 5:30pm on Wednesday Jan 30, insulted me and gave me unsolicited advice. I worked with some amazing Recruiters and nobody should be treated like that. I’m also going to ask to speak to his manager because no one and I repeat no one should ever be treated like I just did. The recruiter, even gave me other people’s opinion about the assignment meaning it is too “complex”. For anyone that don’t know what Complex is, it’s an intricate or complicated. As a recruiter, you never imply that an assignment is not for someone base on someone else’s opinion. I felt, Combative over the phone instead of a proper meet and greet phone conversation because he was talking over me. I succeed in everything I put my mind towards. Every time I have been to the office has been a good experience. My recruiter found me two contracts back-to-back. It has been a lifesaver to me.

This company posts on the website all the time all locations but honestly if youre not looking to work with machines youre better off going to kelly services because they do not help as they should youll apply and apply for positions and they will call tell you they have no positions available and still post a new job on the site. If you get a job with them Im pretty sure it maybe a good job but Getting started with them can actually take forever

We discussed everything about the job and setting up an interview. He said he was going to email me the information and confirmed with me the email address and he NEVER did send anything. Never heard from again. STAY AWAY from this company. They literally suck and keep you in the dark.

Kaitlin is the BEST. She reached out to me because she ran across my resume on one of the job boards where it was posted. The entire process went very quick. Went in to meet with her and I was working the next week. The entire staff is very friendly from the minute you walk in the door. I highly suggest that if you are looking for work give them a call. Called numerous people and Aerotek offices about several jobs on multiple occasions, kept getting the Well get in contact with you just to receive no phone calls or emails back. You have to literally hunt these people down to get an answer. Had a friend get the same treatment, applied and inquired about several available jobs over a period of three weeks. He had to hunt them down and call every day to finally get them to do their jobs. He works for them now, but its a ridiculous amount of run around just to get these people to do what they get paid for.

I have had the best experience with Aerotek. After talking to two different recruiters; my favorite recruiter Adelaide Hake was very helpful in getting me a position. She was consistent, and extremely nice. At times I felt as though I was bothering her, but each time I called until she found me a position(which WASNT LONG AT ALL!), she was always very nice and professional. She helped me throughout the entire process after accepting the position, genuinely cared about me working. I couldnt be more excited and proud to be hired with Aerotek. Adelaide was my favorite!

I was introduced to Aerotek for a job. It was a little backwards because I did not find the job via Aerotek, but I had to go through their process. Initially, everything in the beginning was great! My recruiter was helpful and just made everything smooth. About 6 months in things became not as good. I wasnt working with the same recruiter anymore and it was all of a sudden impossible to get help.

Aerotek found me through Career Builder. Maura Presley contacted me and I had an interview within a few days and a job a few days after that. She has been courteous and responsive in all aspects of the process. She is always happy and enthusiastic. She has continued to maintain contact to keep me updated throughout my current employment. I was not impressed with this staffing agency. I came in looking for a career in the science field. Had a fantastic interview with an energetic interview and got one follow up phone call. From that point on, I had no contact. I was doing my own job search and found another qualifying job. It was months into my job before I heard back from Aerotek, and they offered me a low paying job and asked if I was still available.Very bad at following up, and I was not an unskilled employee.

I was contacted by Paula Pflaumer almost a year ago. The job she tried to match me up with didnt work out and said she would find something else. However a year later I have yet to hear back from her. Ive checked the website and found openings that I would be a good fit for. I applied and sent emails letting her know that I had applied. I even sent emails to the other recruiters. They all would say that they will let Paula know. One even told me that Paula would be reaching out to me the next day, which she never did. With all the emails Ive sent and places Ive applied, I still have heard NOTHING from Paula and I dont understand what the problem is. Shes not doing her job and should be fired. The least she could do is give me a call it respond to an email with an update. If I dont hear anything soon I will be reaching out to someone higher up because this is ridiculous!

I dont see how any of you have had good experiences considering they never answer the phone.

Theyll tell you in the morning that youll hear a decision about a job by noon, then disappear for days (well, thats standard staffing agency procedure). They are also prone to asking illegal interview questions like your nationality and such.

Scott Segobiano got me plugged in for an entry level job that will help me start my career on the right step. He handled everything for me the whole step of the way and told me exactly what I needed to do. I had nothing to worry about.

I was referred to Hanna Carr by an Aerotek staff member at Aerotek downtown Chicago. Left messages, sent emails. Zero response. How can Aerotek afford a downtown office in Chicago with such useless staff?

No website, did not answer either of my four phone calls around noon. Bad business.

I received a call from Aerotek and after some conversation I went there to talk face to face with one of the agents. We talked everything over and I was told to follow up afterward but that agent never answered my phone calls and Email after that. I tried to reach him out in different ways but I never heard back anything. I kept applying for their new positions and got a call from another agent but nothing happened and she did the same thing. Non of them even had a courtesy to tell me not to waist my time on them and clarify the reason why they were doing that.

This was the worst agency I have ever worked with. The recruiter told me the position paidone thing then the day before I start she tells me it’s pays five dollars less. After that they didn’t have anything setup for me to complete my time sheet and then when I edt the assignment due to family health issues they didn’t provide proper information to client and of course when I call to complain no one answers for 4 months finally I got an answer and of course oh that recruiter no longer works there. Take your chances but beware

My experience with Areoteck has been great. I came into the office for a brief interview one day and as soon as next week, I started my new job. My recruiter, Daniel Kenealy is great and really cares about my experience. He really knew how to analyze my resume and my personality to find the right fit for me. The entire staff are professional and great at their job. I am glad I chose Aeroteck.

When I was laid off, I took a vacation, got some rest, and Aerotek got me an interview within a month. I have a better position now. Aerotek does the networking for me when I need them.

I took a job, through Aerotek, with a company in Westminster CO. The company had no IT dept., no format for docs., and no art dept. They were not happy with my format so they let me go after 2 weeks. Not a problem, if they were not happy with my work they did the right thing. It is afterwards my problems, with Aerotek, started. The first paycheck was good. The second paycheck was for the straight time only - no per diem. The manager at Westminster Aerotek said they needed my address there in CO. so they could pay my per diem. OK, I sent it. The new check came today. Should have been 800.00 but was for 75.00. This kind of incompetence and messing with pay is inexcusable. I will never work for Aerotek again.

My recruiter was very unresponsive and was dishonest about the nature of the role. As I discovered the latter, it took me several weeks to reach her in an attempt to remedy the matter, but by then it was too late.I would have given a single star if I was not somewhat satisfied with the role itself; however, the recruiters inaccurate description of the positions activities and environment interfered with my ability to succeed.

Horrible experience I quiet my job to work for aerotek then within 1week they let me go 2weeks went by and I still havent gotten my pay check now Im behind on my rent and child support payments thanks alot aerotek

Dont waste your time.

I’ve been contacted by the Chicago and Oak Brook office by several recruiters in December 2017. Clearly they do not talk amongst themselves made it clear do not have interest in call centers positions, salary, and etc. Made arrangements to meet with a recruiter at the Chicago location only arrive and told my name is not listed as to having an appointment. Made an attempt to reach out to the recruiter no response via email/phone. These temp agencies are all the same harass you relentlessly and disappear.

Bunch of KIDS....they don’t even know what professional life is they have wasted my time and ask me to go and meet with them for nothing and keep asking personal questions...And find me positions then they’ll look for an excuse to get me out of it although they have my resume and all my info....its like playing a game with 15 yr old!
