Helpful, insightful and on my side are three aspects that I did NOT get from my experience here. One of the recruiters here found me a potential job at a company that would fit my qualifications, but when it came around to the eventual phone interview with the company the owner met with me very intrusive questions and prying remarks, so naturally it didnt go well.My problem here is that instead of being met with a positive well do better next time attitude like I would expect from other recruiters, I was instead thrown under the bus. After finding out the interview didnt go well the recruiter made wild assumptions about my job history and treated me as if I was to blame when the owner of that company wasnt the one being professional.I came in hoping to find a better job, but instead they rubbed salt in the wound.

Carrie Fifield is hands-down the best recruiter I have ever worked with, period. She was my solid advocate over a multistage job application and interviewing process that took over 2 months to complete, and her determination and persistence got me the job I’m currently enjoying. I can’t recommend working with Digital People enough if you’re a creative talent in the digital marketing space. Hats off to you all, and please give Ms. Fifield a major bonus!

The people I worked with were so fearful over their own job that I was essentially thrown under the bus after an interview that didnt go well. I never at any point felt like anyone was on my side. I was never contacted again from the company that offered the job, and now its been even harder for me to find work after having gone to this agency.
