The best nail salon ever!! I always leave with the coolest designs for a great price!

Ryan and the whole team are amazing! Theyve killed it every time Ive brought them some crazy acrylic idea Ive had. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my nails done.

I like this place I been there a couple times and always happy with everything. They temp to get busy so you might have to wait. So I usually choose day when I am not busy so that I dont feel in the hurry

I was extremely excited about going to this place seeing the reviews and pictures and after having having an awful day. And then the day got worse. I grabbed a picture of a nail design I wanted directly from the site and showed them multiple times. The pedicure went well, but I asked if I should soak my nails simultaneously to get my old dip nails off. They said no need. For the manicure, the older gentleman proceeded to pry off the nails with an acrylic nail, breaking all of my nail ends. They asked me to pick colors, but it took awhile to find as close as I could to the multiple colors in the design I chose from the site. I was expecting the color and shape to be identical to the photo. He asked if I wanted a tip which I assumed meant thr acrylic piece of the tip, not a question as to the SHAPE of the tip. He glued the acrylic piece of the nails on and added the gel before shortening them (that was a first for me), and many were crooked. He showed me the length which was fine. Then he went to town on filing them into short points. He showed me one and I was insanely confused. He finished a hand and I said they were super short. I realized there was a major communication issue. I knew he didnt want to go back and redo despite my discontent. He kept saying they look nice.. Theyre crooked, uneven and stubby. The only good part is the color. After an awful day ending with that, I just cried in my car, completely dissappointed. It was $68 for the manicure alone. I will never go back.

Got a dip with tip manicure here 3 weeks ago and it still looks amazing! No chips and only a couple of small dents. My nails are growing out so I’ll probably have them redone soon, but my nail tech did a wonderful job!! It took about the same amount of time as my friend’s regular mani! Definitely recommend.

This salon is absolutely amazing!! I saw how good the reviews were and needed a great salon close by and I am so happy I came here. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. The salon is very clean and both of the services I got were TOP NOTCH, perfection. I wanted a marble and glitter design and the nail tech went above and beyond on every single detail. He was extremely attentive to every detail and I will be coming here exclusively!!!

Ive gone here a few times and theres ALWAYS a wait to get you nails done even with an appointment. I will NOT be going back after my last appointment (9/24) I booked a week in advance and I get there Im told that I called and canceled my appointment, I told them they have the wrong person, Ive never called. Instead of trying to be accommodating they were rude and did not provide me service. I was getting my nails done for my birthday and had to find another nail solan at 5:00pm on a Friday night. I do NOT recommend them poor service and unprofessional.EDIT: Clearly any negative review made they dont apologize they make it the customers.

My nails were super short and now they are very long. I do the dipping and they last 3 weeks or more. My fav is to go for the pedicure, i love how they give you a massage, and scrub.

I tried this salon back in January/February of 2020 and left loving my nails at first. However, after a little over a week, the gel nail polish started peeling away pretty intensely… to the point where you could lift the entire nail polish off the nail. I chalked it up to a me issue and tried a different salon as I was new in the area. Since then, I walk by this salon all the time and it is always good packed so I decided to give them another try. My nail stylist was fantastic, extremely gentle on my nails and I left loving them. Sadly, once again around the 1 week mark the gel began to lift and chip. Although I loved the staff here and my overall experience, I do not think I will be going back as my gel nail polish does not last as long as other salons.

This was my second time coming here for an acrylic gel fill. this time i had Ryan and he was incredible! i even had one of my nails chipped/broken off and they were so accommodating in fixing it along with filling my others.i just moved here a month ago and chose this place more so for how close it was to my apartment, but ended up being an amazing place to get my nails done! they were able to get me in the same day for both trips and didn’t have to wait for either one.Ryan also did a BEAUTIFUL job on the design i asked for on my nails. seriously couldn’t have been a better experience. highly recommend this place! :)

Our new favorite salon! Four of us went in and we were all able to be seated right at our appointment time. We liked their work on both acrylics and basic manicures. All four technicians did a wonderful job of shaping, filling, and painting, as well as being so friendly. Prices were very reasonable for the area as well! Thanks!!

They do an excellent job for both no-chip natural nails and acrylics. I love getting my acrylics done here. Theyre thorough and good at what they do! Theyre also following CDC guidelines so I felt safe. Definitely worth pampering myself and supporting a local business.

I’ll preface this by saying that I have too much social anxiety to be a “Karen” and I was prepared to pay the full $55. Went in to replace just two broken acrylic nails (I had the full set done there and they did an amazing job so I wanted to go back) - would have paid full price for full set. Was rudely told to leave because “they don’t do just two nails” - again, I was prepared to pay full price but they didn’t want to talk to me. They rudely told me to leave in front of a full room and wouldn’t even remove the rest of the acrylics. Even if there is another reason besides money as reason to not take me, they could have explained without kicking me out so rudely.In addition to this, I attempted to go yesterday and made an appointment for 6. No one talked to me and I eventually left at 6:30.Worst service ever. They do great nails, but you’re just dollar sign to them. I’d rather support a smaller nail technician, even if they cost more.

This salon is amazing! I have never left disappointed! I tend to ask for intricate designs and they always exceed my expectations. If you’re getting acrylics done you have to ask for Max, he does an incredible job!

I made appointment in the morning for afternoon with Jennifer and when I got there she’s started working afew Minute ago with other person Although it wasn’t any person free over there to work on my pedicure and manicure and I didn’t see any sorry the quiet and they sit down and start working and they didn’t have pay attention to me and they didn’t say sorry and they treat it was really disrespectful so left and I said at least you could say sorry to me because of my time and it’s really hot over there I was running to get on time and I really I didn’t like it and I never come back over thereRespond:First of all before 5 PM I called and I said is it OK to come because it’s already late and the person who answered the phone she said yes when do you get here I said “in 10 minutes because I am leaving a little close to there ‘and she said OK be waiting to see you “and then I got there Jennifer the person who I made an appointment with her has been started working with other people so dress is my question when they didn’t say why they didn’t say you should reschedule and worth than that when I got there they did not apologized and were so rude. This place came recommended on a visit to Chicago. Im disappointed in the quality of my gel pedicure. After 1 week the polish popped off my little toe and today, 13 days later, polish popped off another toenail. Ive never had this happen with gel polish. If I lived there, Id go in and have them touch up my toenails, but Im out of luck.

I had the worst experience trying to get acrylic nails. I like getting acrylics because my nails are very short and they make them look a lot nicer. I usually get them done very short so they look natural and it gives it time to grow. The manicurist would not allow me to get them shorter. She told me NO! I dont have long nails and I didnt want to start off with very long nails. A few weeks later, I tripped and landed on my hand it the acrylic nail pulled and ripped my real nail under neath. This has never happened to me before. When I went back and asked to take the nails off they told me No! The nails are too pretty! I was honestly in so much pain and bruised my finger. She reluctantly took them off but was NOT gentle at all on my ripped now. I was balling.. tears down my cheeks and she told me it doesnt hurt that bad. When she finally saw my nail she finally understood. I told her a billion times to be gentle becuase my natural nail was ripped and she didnt understand. I think they only were concerned with up selling me with gel and getting a pedicure. Not a fan and now my nails are all messed up

I have been coming to this nail salon for a little over 2 years. Vivian the owner is the sweetest person and will remember anyone who comes in to her salon and always greet you with a friendly hello and a smile! Today was my first day back in the salon since quarantine started, and they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. The entire staff there is great, so no matter who ends up taking care of you, you will be happy. Thanks for my first mani/pedi since March guys!!

Love Salon de Vogue! I moved further from the area, and make the extra effort just to come to this location. No matter who does your nails, they always turn out amazing! For reference I always get acrylic (full set or fill) and they’re the longest lasting acrylics I’ve had. Clean, affordable, and overall amazing. Discount for paying with cash as well! 😊

Don’t let them “trim” your eyebrows. They take off so much. It’s going to take months for mine to get back to an acceptable length. I didn’t like this place in general and am surprised by the high stars. They told me to pick the toe color first even though I wanted dip on my nails. It makes much more sense to pick the dip first and back into the pedicure color since there are many more regular polish colors. They told me they would match it and then later suggested a color that was 5 shades darker. Thank god I intervened. Also they put gel top coat on your dip nails. Very odd. The whole point of dip is to avoid gel.

I always have such a wonderful experience at Salon de Vogue. I began coming here about two years ago when I lived around the corner from the shop. Since moving, I still make the trek to their salon for no-chip manicures and pedicures.The owner is lovely and greets everyone like she knows them. I appreciate that she talks with you while youre getting your nails done, but its never uncomfortable. Ive had almost all the employees as my manicurist at one point or another, and they all do great work. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. As long as I am in Chicago, I will get my nails done here!

I’ve been to this salon a few times over the course of 4 months. The first time I went, my gel polish peeled after a week, almost as if the gel wasn’t completely dried under the UV light. I thought this was a fluke or maybe bad polish, so I gave the salon another chance. Just this past week, my gel polish chipped 2 days after. The manicurist was scraping my previous polish off so hard I thought she was going to take my entire nail off. On top of this, the gel polish wasn’t even applied smoothly and it has a bunch of uneven lines and texture to it. Whenever I go here, the polish chips or peels within a week. It’s just not worth it. I don’t know how this place has close to 5 stars.

I typically love my nails I have gone here so many times in the past. I was so excited to finally get my nails done after not being able to for 3 months but today I was not pleased. :(I wanted ombre nails which he didn’t do so I had him fix it and it took 2 hours. The drill caused my cuticles to get cut and bleed he was really rough on them I do like the outcome but I’m in pain. I’m trying to do my dishes and it burns so bad. I will be back just not going to the guy.

This place is very nice & clean & big. Special thanks to LISA, she always does such a great job on my nails, I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my nails but her!! Such great work I even referred my mom & best friend to her!! I definitely recommend this place!

Salon was extremely busy; I had to wait for my appointment but didn’t mind because they were very attentive to me and everyone else. Been coming here for many years; salon has changed hands a few times but consistently extremely well run. Bright airy atmosphere.

The BEST place to get your nails done. They associates always make time for whatever you have in mind. Not only do the artists there give you exactly what you want, they surpass expectations. I have never left disappointed. This is the only place I will go to get my nails done.

I really liked my experience there. Made an appointment for 3 people and we were very late but they were still able to squeeze us in. The staffs were very friendly and they did a great job. We got a regular pedicure, deluxe pedicure, and a no chip manicure. Definitely worth the money. They were also honest about wait time to walk ins, as I saw. I have no reason to give them one less star.

This place is a hidden gem! The prices are very reasonable compared to other nail salons in the area. Only $12 for a manicure and $30 for no chip.The selection for no chip was good as well, I was super excited seeing as some places only have a couple colors to choose from. The second I walked in the door the staff was friendly and attentive. Plus it was one of the best no chip manis Ive gotten downtown.If I still lived in the neighborhood, I would frequent this place all the time!

I have been to this place twice and today will be the last time. And I would tell anyone I know to stay clear. The staff is incredibly rude, they never accept that they have done anything wrong. It does not matter if what you get is not what you asked for. They just want to get your money, get you in and out as quick as possible. No regard whatsoever for their customers. I made the mistake of going back there because of it was convenient. But after my experience today, I would rather go to the other end of town than to be disrespected, verbally assaulted, and harassed.

AWFUL salon and do not recommend. All of my nails were crooked when I left, she (jasmine) did not use an over coat, my nails were blotchy and weren’t even painted properly. The experience itself was awful, she rushed and was rude. What caught me the most off guard was her comments towards Black people on the southside, and then she had me pay before applying polish. However, I was the only person in there who was charged before polish. If you like overpriced racism, this spot is for you.

Amazing staff, particularly Jasmine and Nhu (I probably spelled that wrong. The phonetic is new). Prices are amazing for the quality and attention they give. This is my go to place for nails or waxing.
