I have been going to Holy Nails for 3+ years and have always loved their service and quality. They have so many different colors to choose from, I have been able to try different options each time. Additionally, they are always on board to try new color combinations and designs when I ask, delivering the cutest final product. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

This is the place I frequent every four weeks because thats how long my no-chip nails last. The service is fast and professional. You wont always get the same person, but all are skilled and friendly. Be sure to communicate when the towel is too hot, or when to apply another coat. They always ask and ensure you are feeling taken care of. I love their complementary hand massages and love all the oils and moisturizing gloves. It is a true treat and look forward to it each time.

I’ve gone to Holy Nails a couple of times and every time it’s been great. Their pedicures are pretty standard, and they’re always prompt and have good Covid safety measures in place. What really converted me was the most recent time I went I got a dip manicure. 2 days later 2 nails chipped and then another two. I called and asked to come back in and they fit me in the same evening and replaced all 4 nails, taking care in the removal process and doing a really great job with the reapplication. When I was done she said “thanks have a good night!”I had assumed I would pay *something* since it was 4 nails but I didn’t owe anything, and she tried refusing the tip multiple times! That’s really lovely customer service, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Very nice people, prompt service. A bit lacking in finishing details (all the nail ends / edges on my left hand are filed at a diagonal to my fingertips…?), and I don’t think I worked with the gal I scheduled my appt with through the website, but otherwise solid and convenient 👍

Always a great experience. Have been a customer before and during COVID protocol. They take your temperature at the door and require hand sanitisation. Everyone wears a mask and asks that you do the same. All staff are super nice and professional. Nice music playing throughout, offer you bottled water. Good choice of colours, as well as vegan and cruelty free options.This time I had a regular mani/pedi and loved the results. I have previously had no chip mani/pedis and love the process too.Reasonably priced too.

The day of I already had smudges, chips and just al around terrible nails. A week later the polish had all came off. I had gel nails for weeks and couldn’t get it off. After a week they are all lifted, chipped, and terrible.

Love this place! My pedicure turned out great and lasted forever! I had the rose pedicure I love the attention they paid to detail. They followed all COVID recommendations - masks, plenty of hand sanitizer, limited customers in the shop, etc. I felt very safe. Will be back!

I like that I you can make appointments online, but idk what’s happening at the location. I showed up for my appointment maybe 10 minutes early and the door was locked (pretty normal in these COVID times) but no one answered when I knocked and no one answered when I called (a few times). They open at 930Am and it was well past that. Super bizarre.

Love getting my nails done here! They take their time and do a great job at cleaning my cuticles and the polish last forever.

I would like to say that yes the staff is friendly and accommodating, however the nail service they provided for me was less than average. There were 3 different nail techs on my nails throughout my visit. The finish product was lumpy and not neat and the prices are the same as other nail salons in the area. Very nice people but they were slow and seem not to be sure of themselves. I will not go back again.

It was my impulsive stop to do my nails there the other day, when I was passing by this brand new nail place. They have big varieties of colors, plus Toxic and Chip free! Its about the same price range from the other nail salons I went to. Its good and easy understanding what I wanted between me and the lady! Love my nails! Got a lot of compliments already! I definitely will recommend this place to my friends. Its nice to hang out with my girlfriends next time, because they offer DRINKS there too!

Very nice salon with an excellent staff. The polish is non-toxic, therefore there are no harsh fumes and smells in the salon. This salon is a good choice for those who want an organic experience or who have young children who shouldn’t have exposure to such fumes. Overall, worth every penny.

This business establishment offers swanky services for very affordable prices. They offer coffee, tea, wine, or water to their customers. My no chip nail service automatically comes with a neck massage, hand massage, and dipping power which is not harsh but I believe a more natural application without adding tips onto your own nails. The owners and employees are super kind and the overall warmth of the place feels great. My commute is approximately 30 minutes each way. However, it is well worth it. The dipping powder nail treatment last 3 weeks. My advice is: Go see for yourself, you wont be disappointed! Parking may be a challenge, but the neighborhood is a safe, family and pet friendly community.

Oh goodness... what isnt there to love about this nail shop? It has first class treatment from refreshments to non-toxic products to great deals! Good for the environment and good for your soul! Mmmm! I had the pleasure to sip wine while getting a manicure and got to experience moisturizing gloves that protect against UV-rays at the same damn time! Theres also quality massages and employees who genuinely care for your comfort and pleasure. Truly an enjoyable and amazing experience. All the girls at Holy Nails are unbelievably friendly, courteous, efficient and are truly skilled at their craft. I have been having my nails done since I was a little girl with my mom, going to her favorite salons in Chicago, over the years, the staff at Holy Nails goes above and beyond making my experience exceed my expectations. The wine, chocolate and various treats are a simple added touch that make the 2hrs a month I set aside for myself, feel like a pampering. Go there and enjoy yourself, I promise you will be glad you did. Also, the prices cant be beat!

Best nail place I’ve possibly ever been to and I’ve lived on both coasts, the Midwest and southwest... and I’ve also had my nails done in Asia. These people really care about your nails. They take their time, listen to you, and don’t try to upsell you 1000x to make more money. It was such a relaxing experience and the ambiance is very nice as well. They even have tea, chocolate, assorted chips, and wine! They also give you a back and hand/ arm massage + lotion and heated towels. This place is top notch, very clean, and the technicians make pleasant conversation with you.

Ive been to tons of Chicago nail salons. I used to go to whatever place had a groupon that week or whatever until I discovered this place a little over year ago. Since then this is the only place I go. I regularly get gift cards for my friends to Holy nails so they can also experience a truly great mani/pedi. All the technicians are so nice and are clearly obsessed with giving the highest quality service in town. Wine/soda is always offered at the beginning of your service, they make sure to always ask for your preferences on nail shape, length etc., offer a free massage and most importantly, do impeccable work. Ive literally never had less than a perfect manicure or pedicure. Even with super brittle nails like mine, the no-chip usually looks great for at least 2-3 weeks and powder-dips for over a month! They also offer non-toxic options. You can also book appointments online which I love. Do yourself a favor and stop going to the nail salon of the week on Groupon and go to a place that truly cares about their customers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Owner Veronica was unprofessional & waited for all customers to leave to yell at me & tell me to never come back.Ive been a regular at Holy nails for over 1 year. Overall satisfied with their services. Always went in for Dip Nails w/extensions cost of $55. The only time I went back to the nail salon to complain was after my first visit because my no chip nails chipped after a couple of days, they fixed it no problem. When I get my nails done I always speak up to state whether i want my nails shorter or different shape when i see they aren’t turning out the way I want, I ask nicely and i have never made them change the color or redo all of my nails. I would rather speak up during the time I’m getting my nails done than sit silently and complain at the very end.I got my nails done Friday, June 7 the day before i left for my vacation to Spain. On Monday, June 10 one of my nails cracked in the middle and a piece came off at the top (dip nails w/extension). I was upset they had only lasted 4 days. I figured i would go in once i got back from vacation since I had taken a picture with proof it had happened on June 10. I got back June 15 however, i was not able to go until June 17. Turns out my friend who i had gone with on June 7 also had to go in because her no chip came off on one nail. We walked in and explained our situation. Veronica only asked me, why i didnt call to inform her my nail had chipped. I told her i was on vacation out of the country and she said you could have still called, you waited too long. I showed her the picture i took on June 10 and after some back and forth she finally said ok take a seat and stormed off to finish up another customer. 30 min go by & my friend and i are still waiting. Finally one person comes and fixes my friends nail. My friend leaves. After 5 min the nail technician comes by and states the color i picked out doesnt match my nails. She said it was a darker pink than what i had. I said that is the color I’ve always gotten, its the only pink shade i ever pick. The nail technician said it wont match. I asked if she could help me find the color that will match because when i came in they used another color on me (possibly because they were out of the color i wanted) without asking or telling me. The technician says she can’t find the color and is going back & forth between a lighter pink and darker pink. I told her i didnt want to walk out with two different colors so if the color does not match then i would like for all of my nails to be redone to match the color. Veronica then freaks out as soon as all the customers leave and tells me Youre a problem customer, every time you come. We shouldnt even be doing this for you, you should have called us to let us know when your nail chipped and you waited too long and we really dont have to even do this for you. I explained to her again i dont have international calling and didnt think this would be an issue because i had proof of the day my nail broke. I told Veronica she could refund me if she didnt want to finish the work. Veronica then yells at me and says we will do it this time and don’t ever come back. I was there by myself with 5 nail techs talking about me in another language and laughing. I was extremely uncomfortable, I was shaking, and on the verge of tears.Holy Nails doesnt like when you speak up about the way you want your nails. They will label you as a problem customer and talk about you in their language. If you go back to get your nails redone they will make you feel uncomfortable and possibly even ban you from going back in. I feel like Holy nails started off strong however their quality is diminishing. Ive had friends who have complained lately about cracked nails after only a couple days of getting them done. Not worth the $55.My two other friends and i will not be coming back. We are very disappointed with your unprofessionalism Veronica and with the quality of Holy Nail’s work.

Love the Vegan Polish!!! Zoya and Ella Mila : polish with love !!! Also got little Christmas snow designed. Love the fresh flowers and I can smell when the first I walked in, I was so surprised that I did t smell any chemicals, and the owner told me, this is toxic free salon, love her idea , it’s a brand new business, hope she doing well!!! Forgot to mention that they were providing vitamin E oil for my hands!!! And I was providing a cup of hot tea before seating

This is used to be JC Nails, and now called Holy Nails, with new ownership and new look. So love the new decor, feel so relax... they offer the cold water/hot tea/coffee even Wine, red and white, wow!!! I didn’t smell any chemicals, that’s the salon that I always been looking for - toxic free !!! And they have so many new colors, especially the Vegan polish, I never seen any salon carry this brand, “Zoya”, this is the new business, definitely support!!!

Just had my pedi and no chip here today and it was amazing! The inside is so much prettier as soothing inside since the new made it her own! Without even asking she recorded our colors and was so kind and friendly. My nails look amazing, it has been a while since Ive had a no chip Ive loved this much! allthe stuff included with manis and pedis left me feeling pampered, which was perfect for my bday pampering session. 100% will be coming back again!
