Granted I’ve only had two pedicures since COVID, but this is the best pedicure of my life. Detailed care was taken every step of the way, and when I asked for help with dry skin on my pinky toe Amy gave her all to the cause agreeably and ably. I am so happy I came upon this place and that they were able to fit me in. In fact when I was there, I overheard another customer declare that hers was the best manicure she’d ever experienced, too!

If I could leave zero stars I would , I don’t understand the language they were speaking but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand body language and tonal changes. They were speaking poorly about me and my family the entire time, and tried to double charge us. If you’re looking for a friendly experience this is not the place!

My nails are so rough I can’t even scratch my own skin. The nail art is hideous, i got them dipped and the lady left my nails all bumpy and unclean nothing was smooth about my nails. The next day my nails began to chip. It was such a cheap quality that after one day my thumb nail just cracked! Some nails are thicker then others 😖

This is my go to nail salon, I trust them all to do great work without fail! Highly recommend.

So incredibly rude and unhelpful. Do not attempt to go here. Also do not use the online booking system, it sends you to the wrong place.

The worst service, rude, ignored, and delayed, though I made the appts days in advance. I left never to return though I have been going there for years.

When I came in, NO one greeted me! I sat and waited to be serviced. A lady walked in behind me with NO appointment and was greeted and they serviced her right away and then told me they were booked. I will never give my business to a business that is ran like this.

Great experience and fantastic quality for manicures and pedicures. Specifically I get a dip manicure, and this lasts nearly a month! Would definitely recommend!

This nail salon is complete perfection. The entire staff is so kind and hilarious and wonderful. My daughter and I have been going to Spa Spazio weekly for a variety of services -- manicures, pedicures, and chair massages -- for more than 6 years. It is the loveliest place.

Called to make appointment for today or tomorrow really just whatever is open and the lady rudely cut me off the phone and said “call tomorrow busy”. Terrible customer service !!

Highly recommend this place. I was up from IL and they were so nice and accommodating. The metallic fill I got is the best I have had not to mention that they worked fast and clean. I will be back.

This salon is very hit or miss on the quality of manicure and pedicures. I have received gel manicures that chip after 6 days, and pedicures that last less than a week. As with any salon, if you go and have a positive experience, request that staff member again in the future, because not all techs provide a good experience with quality service.

Everytime regardless of who I see I walk out happy. Im very particular and have tried ALOT of salons more convenient and closer to my house but Id rather go out of my way to Spa Spazio because they are consistent and get it right every time.

Great nail salon experience. Jimmy did my gel mani and very happy with the results. Very clean, modern decor and price was right for my budget. Found my go to salon and can book appointments online.

I got a no chip mani last Sunday, I was walked in with a friend and despite the amount of bookings they had they were able to accommodate us which was wonderful. By the next day, Monday, Two of my nails chipped/peeled so I went back on Wednesday and got them fixed. It was great that they were able to take care of it free of charge but now, just a mere 3 days later, all the nails that werent fixed on Wednesday are chipped or peeling off. The technician who redid the two nails couldnt have made me feel like more of an inconvenience.Ive never really had this sort of problem before and if I had the time to go back and get them fixed again (!!!) I would but one of the reasons I get no chip is because they last so long. I will probably not return.

They did an amazing job on my nails- by far the best mani I have ever had! My boyfriend set up my appointment and to my surprise proposed to me later that night! My nails complement my ring perfectly :)

Ive been looking for another nail salon since the ones closer to home left me unimpressed. Spa Spazio has great reviews and was nearby at the time, so I gave it a try. Ive recently decided to shy away from acrylics/gels to just go natural, and Im usually greeted with funny looks when I tell this to the technicians. The ladies here treated me like it was business as usual and did a great job. I was even offered a complimentary neck massage at the end! Way to top off an already great experience! Ill definitely be back!

They took me early for my mani/pedi - great! Not so great was that they assigned me to someone who was not trained - at all. He made my cuticle bleed and then the nails were cut so short and lopsided that I couldn’t have them painted. I got up prior to the end of the pedi (no mani) - I was still charged. I will not go back.

Prices were very fair. Service was quick, and the employees were nice. No complaints here.

I usually love this place. I booked an appointment and I felt rushed the whole time. My technician was rushing to point where I was worried I would get hurt. She was kind of aggressive and really hurt my right ring finger. To the point where I was bleeding and now my finger is swollen and looks infected. I understand if you’re busy, but there is no need to be agressive and hurt someone. It is supposed to be a nice relaxing experience.

This Salon is the best Nail Spa I have ever been to. Amazing Work! Beautiful place! GiGi is an amazing Tech and so sweet. I live in Indianapolis and try to come to have my nails done here! It has a Beautiful, zenful decor and immaculate clean.

Previously I was very very pleased in going here. They are generally very nice and do a good job w manicures. Went back 3 times and found that there were fantastic deals. On tues and wed there are special mani pedi deals for $35 and I went and took the deal but asked to have a non chip mani and expected to pay around $45 or $50 for it given the increased request. They did not tell me this was not included in the deal and I was charged $65. $35 for the mani and $30 for the pedi. I would not have gotten a pedicure had I known non chip wasnt included in the deal. Very disappointed and dont think I will return anytime soon.

I got a dip manicure last Thursday and it started chipping 4 days later! One of my nails was shorter than the rest and so they put on a fake nail and that nail broke.

The woman who answered obviously did not understand when I made an appt for a fill with no chip. They dont do acrylic nails. Why would she take my appt for a fill when they dont do acrylics?? It wasted my time making an appt and walking to the salon to find out something I should have been told when I called. Very frustrating!

Good mani/pedi specials and close to the Brown Line. The salon is super clean and the equipment is modern. I didnt give them 5 stars, because I felt like the color selection was limited.

Spa Spazio is very clean and I think they do a great job with no-chip. Mine lasted for a full two weeks! They have great specials too (tues-wed are $35 mani/pedi, thurs is $30 no-chip)!

DO-NOT Go to this place. The person that answers the phone its the most rude attendant in the world.
