They consistently go the extra mile and I’ve never left with a rush job or anything less than immaculate nails. They have nice touches like essential oils and great massages included with their nail services. I live in Andersonville but don’t mind the trek as they are phenomenal!

Probably the best pedicure I’ve had (essential oils! hot stones! paraffin heel treatment!) and it seemed like such a deal for $30. Really happy with this place overall. Maybe make an appointment on weekends because they were busy the entire time I was there.

Very happy to have found this place. Vicky is incredibly nice and my nails look great! Cuticles could have been cut a bit more carefully but overall very happy. The salon is nice and pleasant - very clean, too.

My favorite place in the city to get a Mani/Pedi! They always do a great job and I love the specialized Pedicure options they have. I messed my nail up twice before walking out the door and they were so patient with me as they fixed it both times.

Urban Spa Nail is a charming salon. They were very accommodating of my family. Four of us walked in and were served quickly, were made to feel very pampered, and enjoyed our pedicures, which were reasonably priced. Love the essential oil choices!

I tell people all the time dont judge abopk by the cover,treat people the way you want and expect to be treated on return. That being saiddespite the many good reviews this acr was awful. They didnt and dont treat each customer the same despite getting the same services. Thats also being racist, not just by color but by gender as well , and thats not acceptable especially in todays world and also being in the location of Lakeview.. I dont recommend this place at all.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!This place is absolutely horrible. I went in for the first time for a mani and pedi. My technician seemed unexperienced and did not do a good job at all! I got a regular pedi with a no-chip manicure but my manicure chipped within a week. I went back to get it fixed and the manager there gave me such a hard time. She polished over the nail which looked terrible. When I told her it and asked if she could redo the nail (which is what other shops do) she told me she would charge me extra. Honestly, this was the worst experience. I only tried this place out because a friend of mine recommended it. If you’re looking for a great nail shop in the area I would recommend Get Nailed where the ladies there are always nice and do a great job.

Saw the awesome price for their Wednesday special of $30 for a pedicure with hot stones, aromatherapy, scrub and paraffin wax heel dip. Knew I had to go for my next session (I get a pedicure approximately every two weeks). Went with my friend. The place only had one other person and was peaceful. Great selection of music, pop from different eras. It was clean and the decor was relaxing yet lush.The hostess was very welcoming, smiling and informative. We were able to choose our preferred aromatherapy and she showed us a chart of what the different scents effects. They took us immediately. She then showed us a small tray of our selection and told us what would go into the water, the scrub and the massage oil. Our technicians were polite and even seemed pleasantly surprised when we were polite back! One sneezed and looked shocked when we both told her bless you. They did a great scrub and cuticle job, and the scrub and oil massage were super relaxing. My tech did a triple coat of polish and acetone brush cleanup around the edges. My friend upgraded to add a manicure and nearly fell asleep, he was so zen!They offered us water and Coke a few times throughout the visit, came over to spay my toes a few times since I had on flip flops and decided to air dry while waiting for him to finish his manicure, and were generally a peaceful and relaxed crew. I loved that they had the closed captioning on the silent TVs (a pet peeve of mine is when places have on TVs but I cant hear or read them!) The front seating area was UBER comfortable and almost regal, I LOVE the big chairs! If Id had a book I wouldve curled up to read and probably take a nap!Overall, the most complete pedicure experience Ive ever had. Kudos to the business for the excellent job!

This place is the best in the Lakeview area. The staff is very friendly and they recognize you after your first visit. The pedi is fantastic, includes essential oils and a hot stone massage. This has become my go to place.

Came here for my birthday only to be rushed and came out with a chipped pedí and with only two coats of gel no chip manicure, it needed more coats to get the color I wanted. Was really looking forward to this place because of the positive reviews but I spent way too much to come out looking like this. So disappointed.

I had a groupon for a mani pedi and enjoyed my experience. They use oils and other skin products for your hands and feet. Everyone is nice. They were pretty busy on Saturday morning so make an appointment if you dont want to be rushed.

Got a Groupon for mani and pedi $40. Liked the ambiance. My tech didnt have the best attitude and rushed through my mani and pedi. Seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix and issue. Id return again. Just would rather a completely different nail tech.

I have had hour worth the pedicures. The least that I have had is also around 35-40 mins. Complete waste of our money. The ladies were very hasty. GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. It literally felt like there was a dog chasing them.

I was initially disappointed because when I called 4 directions she was rude over the phone & told me she was with a customer then hung up. So I get there no one is at the desk then I hear someone say do u have an appointment not hello first so I said yes well u r a little early 4 ur appointment so I say can I sit & wait they say yes. Then someone says we r busy but u can wait. Then I get in chair my first time at this salon no one explains anything 2 me so its a guessing game, then told 2 pick a package, then slowly ask me clipped or just soaked I am hear 4 mani pedi I want the whole job. Then messes up a toe but I was nice & explained that I was not happy she begin 2 correct it and fix everything. By the end of my appointment I felt taken care of but they really need 2 work on people skills. I am not sure if will try again. This was on a groupon.

I walked in here on a whim, & was pleasantly surprised. Very calm atmosphere, lots of nice little extra touches, & best of all, fantastic service. Daisy does a wonderful job & was very attentive. I was totally relaxed. Its been 2.5 days since my mani/pedi & still not 1 chip. Im talking cleaning my entire apartment, 8mi bike ride, & crazy 7hr serving shift. Will definitely return; my new fav spot!

Awful experience I come here once in a while it’s a distance from where I live but I like what they offer but today was the worst I was early for my appointment and I still have to sit I would say 15 minutes which I did on mine I got my pedicure done I was explaining to the lady that I wanted to try on a color first she gave me a weird look the whole time she was just staring at me while doing my nails which was very uncomfortable then I was getting my manicure done which I believe was from the owner she was in such a hurry she kept messing up I would see the mistakes and hesitate to tell her but she would see my face expression so eventually I told her the mistakes she also gave me a dirty look and told me OK anything else you want to look at it right now in such a horrible tone my experience wasn’t that good so I felt that a tip shouldn’t have been given but she was standing over my back almost the whole time while I was drying my hands asking me if I had already given a tip or a tip in general so she technically forced me to tip I like the place because it offers a lot but their customer service is terrible and I’ve seen it a few times I’ve came but today was by far the worst I wish I could post the pictures of my nails but, some how it won’t let me

Worst pedicure Ive ever had, and this place charges $30. My nails were cut way too short, polish is covered in tiny bumps, and its already coming off at the top of my nails. In addition, the staff was completely unprofessional. They were all loudly talking in the back room and walking all over the store while loudly talking, too.Now I know why I was the only customer when they opened at 10am, and when I left at 10:40a. Avoid this place.

Some of them rush through the process and they always demanding tips as if it’s mandatory.

Worst experience ever!-waited for an hour in pedicure chair before they started, even water in footbath got very cold;-manicure girl was rushing to leave, so she cut my skin in two fingers, and ugly cleaned my cuticles and to hide it she put polish over my cuticles.
