The location is no great shakes to look at since the pandemic. A change in ownership resulted in diminished square footage and no desire to remodel. The only reason I patronize the salon is that my favorite stylist has remained on staff. Thank you Greg.

Rosie is the worlds best hairstylist. Ive had much anxiety about going natural, and she helped me through it every step of the way. She was so patient with me and took her time giving me a great cut and styling choices. Shes worth every dime and more.

Ernesto is the BEST! This Salon is located on the 5th floor of Macys State Street... the old Marshall Fields building. A great salon/spa that has everything you need for a relaxing Saturday afternoon!!

Save yourself the time and money, do NOT book an appointment here. I went in for a simple trim/blowout before a wedding, the older gentleman they put me with absolutely brutalized my scalp washing it 2-3x after mentioning my hair was freshly washed. My face was red and irritated by the time I left due to being burned by direct hairdryer heat and scratched with his ancient round brush.I left with a haircut style I may have had when I was 12 years old, had to go to an entire other salon to get it fixed. Oh and the fix cost me less than his trim.Avoid this place at all costs for the sake of your money and scalp.

Tristan is fabulous! He meticulously cut & colored my hair. It looks terrific in my opinion! I will definitely be back & you should try him as well!
