Got my nails done 3 days ago they charged me $55 for my dip powder set since I got chrome. Never again it chipped that same day the guy took almost 2 hours to do my nails and they’re crusty around the edges. Very dissatisfied. The dip powder was also very cheap . For the price . Will be my last time I got ripped off . Big time

If i could give this place no stars I would!! Nails broke 2days after we got them done!! Very dull a crusty around the edges!! I asked the lady to fix my crooked nail & she was so rude ask did I want the guy to do my nail.. I said No I want you to just Do it right!!

I went in for a pedicure. I was not satisfied at all with the waymy pedi turned out. Im on my feet all day and when I get a pedicure I like a good sloughing of the skin on my feet. She did a quick pass through with the pumice scrubber and that was it. The paint job was okay. I came once before and they actually did a good job and thats why I came back. Unfortunately, I did not see the person who hooked me up before. The tech was nice and friendly. I ended up going to dollar tree and buying my own stone and file to do my feet at home. Overall, I paid $25 for white polish.

I wanted to like this place but i just did not like my nails at all. Its my fault for not telling him that i did not like them. But i feel like he should have taken his time and paid attention to the details. The overall application of the acrylics is really bad. I will probably never go back again. I will say he was friendly.

So I love this place. I love that its family owned and Im treated just like family, Tiffany is my baby and I love her father and sister.

Hi so yesterday I decided to stop here with my 7 year old daughter. Staff was really nice and friendly. My toes are really nice the pedicure was just perfect! I will recommend pedicures but my nails is why the 2 star...My nail color looks horrible and I originally wanted almond short nails and the lady which she’s super nice by the way kept getting it wrong. So I end it up with coffin which was not what I was going for so I settle for that. I’m complaining about the nail color used on my nails very cheap or old idk they are just not nice. Also it seeim like no one wanted to do my nails so the same lady who did my toes did my nails very awkward. Although I don’t speak their language I can understand body expressions. Just wanted to share my experience. So this won’t happen again to other first time clients.

Under New Management- I came here before a few times with previous owners in 2019 and the service was ok but now it’s great! New owner Tommy was very welcoming and the gentleman that did our pedicures was named Long. He did a great job, better than I have Got in a long time. He took his time no rushing, was polite and funny! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make us happy with service. We will def be back!! Thanks guys 😄

I had a manicure (which was perfect) and a pedicure a horror!! I think my 6 yr old daughter could have done a better job. I paid $60 for both I usually do a pedicure once a year at summer time and this time was a waste! Definitely not going back for that.

Only one person there and made two of my fingers bleed. the colors where nice in there. Make nails pretty

This place was nice at first with the previous owners. Now it’s disgusting, there is only 1 nail tech and he is very rude. My supposed to be no chip polish, chipped in 2 days, his attitude was very unprofessional. A nail shop is me time/ relaxing. However this place is hot/sticky no AC and both front/back doors is wide open, which means flies/bugs . So if you comfortable with waving your hands the whole time at flies/ sweating due to the hot weather this is definitely the place for you. I will NEVER RETURN BACK .... By the way that one nail tech definitely rush, and will have your fingers sore. Please save your hard earned money from this place, because you will not be satisfied.....

This was my favorite nail shop with the PREVIOUS OWNERS! I recently went for a no chip pedicure. The male that did my pedicure was very unprofessional, very rough and Very unorganized. He placed the UV light too close to my toes so of course it smeared. When he notice he was frustrated and mumbling. The sign on the front desk reads $40.00 for a no chip pedi but I was charged $45.00 by far the WORST pedicure ever! I will NEVER return.

I found $40 for acrylics a bit pricey, wait was an hour and didnt get out until like 3 hours later. However, they were very friendly, place is neat & clean and they make conversation with you/keep you entertained! They take their work seriously and make sure your nails look perfect. Overall somethings could improve but it was not bad, I loved my nails❤💅

The first time I came it was a great experience. I tried to come back three times and was told I had to come back twice or the person they were working on was going to take a minute and by the time they finish it would be time for them to close. I thought I found a place close to home I could come to but of course that was a fail. I will continue to go out to the suburbs to receive the treatment I deserve.

I came in to Opal Nails today with my friend and got a no-chip manicure. Them nails was perfect. I loved them so much. I will definitely be visiting this place more often.To all the people out there looking for a place to get your nails done, this is the place.The place is gorgeous with beautiful lights. They have a Grand Opening offer in which you get a discount. Along with that, they offer snacks and some beverages.Very impressed and highly recommended.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and have tried few nail places but none did my full set to my satisfaction. I just stumbled on Opal nails on yelp and decided to give them a try. Girl they just nailed it perfectly. My coffin shape is the best I’ve ever had and this is the third week and my no chip still looks same the first day except for my nail growth. Opal nails is the BEST and I’ll definitely be going back.

Over charged. He said it was gel and it wasn’t. It look like acrylic to me. Not only that he had my nail burning and had the nail to bulky. He rushed everything.

I would highly suggest this place. I went there yesterday at 7pm. Me and my mother loved our nails. Were definitely going there again. Especially for the pedicures!

There was only one person working.My pinky toes only had nail polish on half the nail. I can tell she rushed to get to the people waiting.My feet don’t feel as soft as they should be. I came home and scrubbed them myself to get the heel dead skin off

I was looking for places to do my nails for my birthday and I came here. The place is nice and they took care of me. I personally liked the experience and I would come here again.

I really didn’t like my nail, she did my nails really bad and I was telling her that I didn’t like it and that if she could fix them and she told be to come back tomorrow because it was too late, and I told her I’ll give her 20 but she said no only 30 . I honestly don’t I’ll never go back the ever again

The last time i went to this shop I was so disappointed. They had a very young man work on both my feet and nails. He was training. Not smart idea... he cut my skin and my nails came out misshaped. I won’t ever go back.

I tock my daughter here and the lady made her bleed, she cut the cuticle a little too much. She didnt moisturize her nail cuticles before she started cutting. The service is terrible and the prices are sky high.

Luis is really good at doing nails but the lady that’s works with him she is rude she act us to go to another spot .

The nail salon i usually go to was close and i needed my nails done so I decided to try this place out I personally liked the nails but the service was a bit slow and it was kinda pricey usually I can get my nails done for 20$ Just for the shape and color here it was a little more the nails were good I just didn’t really like the price.
