Everything is so clean and super organized. When I say clean, I mean everything! The machines are the cleanest Ive ever seen (from Kansas City, Orlando, and Chicago) these are the best! The prices are reasonable for washing and drying. Everyone was wearing a mask and keeping their distance as best as possible. They even had free candy for little kids. They are really thinking about the whole family experience and making it just a little more easy. They do have a drop off service but I didnt use that. They also have large laundry soap, etc you can buy. This is the best laundromat experience Ive ever had! 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just left. Much better than relying on the expensive washers and dryers that I pay for to leave my things damp at my apartment building. They are CASH ONLY. No ATM inside. Dryers are free. Lots of space, seating, folding tables to go around and not overly crowded if you know when to go. Clean, nice and sturdy washers with a variety of sizes and a pretty enough price point. The dryers made me happier than I should be over something that is so common. Go here. Youll feel good after.

Always clean and accessible. Today is was uncomfortablely hot. In the past if it 80° outside, it would be cool and comfortable inside

First time visitor. 4.1 stars. Very clean and well lit establishment. The Attendants on duty were helpful. Quarters only for machines not cards. Reasonable prices. $3 for 20 pound washer load. Lots of machines! 20, 40 and 80 pounders. Movable chairs were available for use by customers.Beverages and snacks available in a vending machine near entry at normal pricing, not a big markup. Dryers were hot and dried a 20# load in 20 minutes, 2 quarter cycles on medium heat, Wow!Nice folding tables located across from the dryers. Plenty of laundry carts available to use to transfer your clothes. Handicap access was okay, however there are no dedicated handicapped parking spaces in adjoining lot and entry ramp provided was blocked by a inconsiderate driver duringmy visit.All that said, I Recommend Wash U coin!

Place was clean and organized by the attendant Reasonable pricing for washing.Only one problem; they need to WORK COVID PROTOCOLS! Should limit patrons to have safe equal distancing and also force strict rules for patrons to cover their faces and noses! If they wont comply have the City of Chicago Task Force to enforce the protocols!!!!

Such an amazing laundromat, there is nothing more I can ask for. The place is always spotless, the attendants are extremely kind, they have a full stock of all the supplies youll need, they never run out of carts, they never run out of change, they are never unstaffed, Ive even had a great experience with their wash and fold service on many occasions! Plus vending machine and free wi-fi. They play a variety of TV to serve each of their target demographics.I use this laundromat despite my building actually having a laundry room because these machines are better and cleaner.

I always liked here because it is clean and the staff is nice. I was a little disappointed today to see that the staff was allowing a washers to not follow the mandated rule of wearing masks. When I asked her about it she told me yes everyone is suppose to wear a mask. But when I told her that there was someone who didnt have on a mask. She acted as though she didnt understand me. The rule should apply to all to keep everyone safe.

Clean, reasonable prices, not too crowded, children supervised and well behaved. Free wifi, plenty of outlets. My only concern was the bathroom was locked when I needed it but maybe it was occupied as opposed to out of order. If only there was coffee for sale there and food other than a subway. But it was very nice. Oh, and they have those really huge washers in addition to normal size ones, like for pillows and stuff.

They have an 80 pound machine which is great for kitchen and bath rugs. Also the dryers work really well. Will go back

People still go to this laundromat🙄. All I want to do was dry my clothes and they tried to make me pay a dollar every 10 minutes of drying. When I already paid $6 to dry in two dryers because theyre signed say $3 dollars to dry if you didnt wash. Smh now I walked to another laundromat thats Lets me paid 25 cent to dry for 10 minutes. And Im disabled. Its a shame I cant go here to dry because its just two doors down for where I live at. And I lived in the neighborhood for 35 years. And the owner is a a******. I wrote a review when it first open but I dont see it on here now they must have took it down. 👀

Newer washing machines and free dryers (when available) everything is kept super clean 4 change machines food folding counters prices about even with other much less good laundromats so it’s a no brainer

Best laudry mat in the city

Best laundromat Ive been to. The staff are always cleaning and wiping down everything every so often. Theres ac/heat for summer and winter. The dryers are free when you wash there and theres parking. Lots of different machine sizes to chose from

Come and get my clothes washer by 14/6 then I use the dryer after finishing washer it , but one of the lady there told me I can’t use the dryer because I wasn’t use the washer machine , the f you mean I didn’t use the washer machine . Why don’t you watch the camera .

This is my favorite laundromat. I used to live around the corner but I still come here even though I moved to a completely different part of the city. Its always very clean, theyre open late, and the staff is helpful and kind. Although Ive searched, I have yet to find a better place to wash my clothes.

Well lit. Extremely clean. The attendant ,in addition to being very helpful and nice, was cleaning the entire time. Sweeping and mopping and wiping things down. The laundry carts were all in very good condition. I dont think I have ever been to a laundromat this well cared for. I will definitely be back and I will recommend it.

This place is clean. The washers and dryers look almost new! Drying is free if you wash there. Great deal in my opinion.The only knock I have is not against the business, but against the clientele. Dont bring all five of your kids, on down to 1 year old and expect people to watch them for you. Theyre in everyones way. Its not like people want to spend all day at the laundromat because your kids are in their way. Watch your kids yourself or dont bring them. Its not a safe place for unattended children.

Tried to call them before I go there and told them that I’m deaf so I use relay to call them and they left the phone on hold till hang up so basically they don’t help with people with disabilities.

One of the nice attendants greeted me at the door to assist me when I walked in. Everything is brand new. They have coin laundry machines, and the drying is free. They have 20lb, 30lb, 40lb, 60lb, and 80lb machines. They also have free WiFi and a restroom for customers only. This has to be the best laundromat I have ever been to!

Very clean and well maintained and the employees have great customer service. They have different size washers, ranging from 20lb to 60lb and even 80lb washers (which are ideal for washing multiple king size winter comforters and blankets).

Large countertops and very open. 80lb washer is $10. Thats amazing. They have washers that are 20, 30, 40, 60, and 80lb capacity. Prices are as follows: 80 is $10, as previously stated. 60lb is $7.5, 30lb is $4.75, 40lb is $5.75, 20lb is $3. The prices do increase by $.50 as you change the setting of the washer from light to medium and from medium to heavy. Their change machine accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. All of the fabric softeners, dryer sheets, laundry detergent and bleach in the dispenser are $1 (as per the label). They have a Real-Tuff plastic laundry bag in the dispenser for sale as well but it does not have a price underneath. There is always a staff member on duty cleaning or helping someone and they also have a little Attendant window, albeit misspelled as Attendent, they sell regular store size detergent and such for a range of prices. They also have vending machines as well as a break time hot chocolate/capuccino/espresso machine. And sell cloth laundry bags behind the window for $5.

Dryer 31 bottom took my 3 coins and didnt add anytime to drying, I told the attendant and she just asked me to move my clothes to another dryer but didnt refund me! Not coming back here until I get a refund.
