Very clean environment washers work great make me feel like my clothes actually cleans . Wish they had more 4 load dryer available but. For now just choose a good time to go which is probably not the morning and your good to go

My washing machine broke down while washing on a Saturday night and decided to go to Su Nueva Chicago Laundromat and give them a try. Having 3 little kids sure fills up 2 big hampers out real quick. They have all types and sizes of washing machines. Prices are good. The drier is free for only 45 minutes after washing which is fine

They do an amazing job and leave my clothes perfectly clean, and I appreciate the fact that clothes is delivered neatly folded. I would definitely recommend getting your clothes picked up and washed with them!

I think that it is very unprofessional to deny a bathroom to anyone. If you are not a customer you can not use they bathrooms. I would think maybe allowing someone to use they restroom would give them a potential new customers in the future.

They don’t really respect the handy cap parking spot cars be parking there and they don’t have a handy cap permit and they giving us attitude when we ask them to move there truck or car and my mom is a disability and also cars that delivered the laundry cars that work here they be parking in the handy cap they also get mad at us when we ask they to move it so hopefully the owner do something about it

The free shuttle service is very convenient and the lady who drives Van 2 is very helpful.

Hands down my favorite laundromat! Free shuttle that picks you up from home and drops you off when your finished.. The washers are fairly priced, and there is free drying. All the employees are friendly and helpful 🥰 What more could ask for!

Good overall. Just hate that the minimum you can add with your debit card is $10. Cuz sometimes you only gotta do one load and $10 for one load ain’t it & thats ALL laundromats for you. Be the change we need.

From all the other places Ive gone to wash my clothes. I can honestly say this is my favorite place. Its always clean, the employees are friendly. The prices are reasonable as well. Im in and out in no time.

Labor Day weekend is usually pretty challenging in terms of scheduling services such as laundry pickups.Drop and Dash definitely dispelled that theory this holiday with their exemplary service. It was my first time using them and I am extremely pleased with their service, communication throughout the process, and their willingness to ensure customer satisfaction from the start.Most businesses really dont want to receive constructive suggestions and will dismiss your concerns. I like the fact that Drop and Dash embraces whatever you have to say AND encourages you to use their FB page to make additional comments. They obviously understand the concept of exceeding the customers expectations!!!I will be using them again and again. As well as sharing their great services with my family, friends, and colleagues.Thank you, Drop and Dash.

Clean place but the price a little to high my cloths come out perfect no extra coins and not to crowd people respecting free carts, restrooms clean and available I really hope owners take good care to its emloyees money wise and trspecfully manner as human be will come back.

Ive been going here since i was a kid. My mom knows the people that work there. They are super sweet and helpful. I love going there to wash because i can be patient with my clothes. And not be hurried like other places.

The washers were fine but the tables that’s there to fold our clothes on were dirty!! I asked the lady if she could wipe it down she never did. So I did it myself.

This is my favorite location. They are so clean and affordable. It feels more new than the others I’ve been to. I love that there is a tamale place across the street and a Michoacána. People come in and sell all types of cool things. It’s definitely an experience which makes me look forward to laundry day.

Girls that work there between 8 am and 3 pm are very helpful and quite nice.Great shuttle drivers.

Really enjoy coming to this laundromat, very clean and typically always find washers and dryers free during daytime. However, lately I have been going to wash pretty late at night due to work and school and every time the employees there are washing what I am assuming are the drop off loads people leave. They literally take up every single washer and dryer in there and it’s super inconvenient because I have to wait. If the laundromat is suppose to be open 24 hours I don’t see why employees are made to wash people’s loads and take up the whole space they should be designated to certain machines not the entire place. Only reason my rating is low.

Don’t go on Sunday nights, all machines get taken up by the employees. White tags on all machines, I guess for the drop-off service? Had to use the small machines separating my laundry and costing more money. It was my go to place, now looking for a new place. This place has gone down.

Without a doubt I am pleased with how this laundromat is doing business. This is definitely a gem! Loving the new look! Love the free dries you can get with each wash! Definitely recommend.

I love how they deleted my previous review. Dont nobody was verbally abusive. I didnt use any foul language. This is my review. I understand your option of not compensating your customer but when a customer ask for a manager number there should not be any debate and nobody else should be involved unless they are the manager. Now I left it be and even purchase the bag and for you to respond the way you did to my previous review and have the nerve to say good luck at my next laundromat really shows you care for your customer. Even after I left my number. Then to respond like youre the manager is very disappointing.

Haven’t been here in years. And it shows this place is filthy. The floor had everything on it. All of the garbage cans were filled to capacity. Most of the washers smelled like mildew. Had to find one that didn’t

Love this place I been coming here for the last 14 yrs. What I like about this place is the environment nice people around you, the workers are very helpful and polite but thats one thing the I wish that it can be open 24hrs like they use to just for the fact the this is a Latin community and some people cant always be here at during the day or after noon and washing over night is like an option. But thanks for making sure that this place is clean up and running

Any issue we’ve had here in the past, has been resolved without questioning. Owner is very quick to get to you with a resolution. They got new washers a while back and dryers. Clean establishment and open 24 hours. Best laundromat in the area For sure.

It says it 24 hours but its not. I went there at 4 am the doors were locked. I understand security if thats the case you need to have security there.

Wow, this place is nice. They just replaced all the washers and drys with new ones. I was able to wash and dry my cloths very fast. Free dry too!

Nice clean laundromat. Love that is coin less and its a card system makes it easier and you can reload your card with a debit/credit card. The only thing i dont get its why it says 24hrs on the main sign when its clearly not open 24hrs! Also, their hours sign says open from 5am to 12pm Mon to Fri and 4am to 12pm Sat and Sun. So they close at noon? I think they meant 12am! Please fix these unprofessional errors I honestly thought they closed at noon!

I love going to do my laundry here. Im a student so i take advantage of the wifi while my clothes are in the wash. I also love the car service because it would be so hard to carry two whole laundry bags to the laundromat even if im two blocks away.

I have been going there to wash for a couple yrs now and Ive never had any issues with any of the ladies till recently I went one day about 11am and there are tables that people eat on were with a ladies laundry basket so I figured she just set it down for a minute. so I moved it so my daughters who were exhausted from the heat could sit and eat their food at the table. The problem came when the lady seen I moved her basket she told me she left it there so we she got back she had the table for her. Me not wanting to fight in front of my girls I picked up their food and went and told the ladies from the morning shift about what happened. One of the ladies from the laundromat had seen my girls sitting there eating ok. So then once I move my girls from there i went to the other tables that are in front of the windows and i ask the ladies from that shift if it was ok for my girls to sit here and finish eating the lady from the Laundromat said No! because they were going to sit down and have lunch. ok I told her there is only two of you and theres 4 seats. Again I grabbed my girls and looked for a table to fold my clothes on and sat them there to finish eating. I had forgotten my juice on the table where the ladies didnt let my girls sit at..they had a damn party going on and I thought to myself thats why they didnt let my girls sit down because they had a reserved table for them and their friends. I really like this laundromat but now I choose to come later on in the evening because the ladies in the evening are such nice and helpful!

Today, I went to this establishment because it is close to my sons school and I will never go there again! After I finished drying my clothes the laundry attendant came over and wiped out the dryer with soap and water as if I carried some disease of some sort! This establishment is usually filled with Hispanics and I am African American. I saw many people finish drying and no one came to clean after either of them! I have a son who is mixed with Mexican, so I didnt feel uncomfortable at all, but obviously I made others uncomfortable! I will never again bring my business to this establishment and I hope that you will train your employees to treat everyone with the same respect and decency regardless of the color of their skin!

Its clean, people are friendly. Prices can be a little lower but they do open 25 hours which is great to have that open schedule.

I understand that at 12 they close but we had a lot of clothes and got there around 9:40 and finished around 12:20-12:30 . We apologized for them having to stay and thanked them. But they were looking at us bad and I overheard talking about us. Thats why we hurried we didnt want them to give us there bad vibe. I am disappointed with their service. Also , around before Christmas the machine where I put credit in my laundry card stole 10$ and workers did not help to this day . Bad laundry place. I am decided to not wash at nueva lavanderia again after today and do not recommend this place to anybody.

I don’t mind coming here but it would be wise for the ladies that work here to have a designated area to wash the customers laundry instead of taking up the washers that are mostly used & all the dryers when it’s peak hours.

This has been the worst laundromat i have ever been too.the staff is rude the machines dont work it was horrible. all my clothes were still wet and the staff was hurrying me out the door it was only 11pm at the sign says last wash is 10:15pm. on top of the the attendant opened my dryer so she could clean it swept my feet she was just so rude. i will never go there again, and the sign outside says open 24 hours

This Laundromat is usually not packed and you have to use a card for the machines but I like that the card is free and at no additional cost I just dislike that only a certain amount of your drying is free and it is calculated by how much you spent on washing and after you finish all your free dry minutes you have to pay for it a little inconvenient and more pricey but its a nice laundromat

I love going to your Lananderia I have been 4 years old I wear my clothes praise ai with you but the berda unfortunately changed its staff I went with the afternoon Doña Ludes and Doña Felix or Felícita always washed my clothes without any excuse and today I went and his new employees who put the is the 3 bes that boy and that they cannot wash my clothes and today Thursday at 6 oclock in the afternoon and they did not wash it for me that they had too many clothes that until tomorrow I went because I occupied it early but I left Another they have in kenzi 47 and there is if they washed it for me without pretexts and I went for my clothes 9 I already had them But since the other lady who mute Doña Lourdes and put these ladies, not very bad service with all due respect You can check your cameras I was only carrying about 21 pounds of clothes that were from my job but then I left and repeated I went to another and then if I left them more clothes and how is it possible that if they washed them they would not remove their friendly and responsible staff for staff that They can not always or know how to go there are those who wash them at night ast Excuse me tomorrow but I did not like your service

Very clean..washers work well ..... I recommend calling first to see if there are many people..and days that is too long and you can not even wash fast because all the washing machines are busy ... the same way you can dry you have to wait ... but when not many people are very well ...

There is free WiFi, also if you need free transportation, they are open from 6 am-10pm and free Tuesday hot dogs. It is clean and good washers and dryers, and the bathroom is clean too

The best washing machines are here. I hope you try to avoid the accumulation of lint, hair and litter in front of the dryers.
