Good place. Has air conditioner

Worse place to go wash your clothes.. employees have attitude most of the time. Employees there have extremely bad customer service skills, and rush you to finish doing your laundry even 1 and a half hours BEFORE CLOSING TIME to leave early. They always raise drying prices from 35 cents to 45 cent for the same (10mins) and the machines are never working properly/or at all. Then they dont clean out the lint so it takes longer to dry. THEY ALSO HAVE A SIGN OUTSIDE THE DOOR SAYING NO CHILDREN ALLOWED, but have vending machines with Childrens toys! AND ARCADE GAMES! How is this place still open?!

Attention: First off, you need to buy a card which costs $2 in itself even before you start. your wash. Then you need to load money on the card in increments of $5. So if you use the $6 washer like I did and dry through 2 .45 cent dryer cycles, you lose another $1.10, because thats how much you have left on your card. If you only go once because your dryer is temporarily not working like mine or are from out of town like my brother visiting from San Franscisco, you completely lose whatever money is left on your card. The only way to do laundry there again is to remember to bring the card and keep loading more money on it. I was so pissed that I had to waste money like that just to do one load of wash and the door to the washer wasnt closing easily that I tried to run the card through the washer with the door open. When I complained that it wasnt working and kept saying bad, the attendant told me that I should have tested the machine to see if it worked before I loaded in my laundry and soap. WHAT??? How do you test a washer to see if it works? If I could give this place a zero, I would. Dont go there!

Been there twice. A hit or a miss as far as customer service, but the place is clean and the machines clean well. Fyi, not open 24 hours, last wash was 9 pm last time I went there.

Great Plce Service Great Very Clean

The female Latina attendent has a very poor attitude. It says 24 hours on the building but she closed the place as I arrived at 1030 at night. A mans sock got caught in the machine and started spitting water out of the machine for the full cycles and there was no attendent on duty or mops available for him ( it says attendent on duty on the wall) when the female attendent finally showed up she had an attitude because she had to mop up the water even though he said he would clean it.The male Hispanic attendent is very nice and informative when it comes to tips on laundry. Hes more than happy to help others and hi art work he shows is amazing.

Female attendant hates being there and makes it well known. Too much attitude for location, were not in Humboldt Park lady. Not 24 hours as they claim.

This place is very expensive 45cts x 10 min dry stole my money the customer service bad the lady cannot walk she do not tell you nothing never back here again bad place
