This Laundromat has no air at all!!!! It is so hot in there WHY??? DO IT HAVE TO BE LIKE THAT. A person can faint in there.I try to stay in the neighborhood but it is not looking to good.Everbody be complaining.You never see the owner just workers. Unless thats the owner that come collet the 💰 I see upgrades going on but no air.Come on i know it can be better. Just be prepared to sweat in there for real!!!!! And it be so busy they want you to spend your money with your own kind. My own kind needs to step up there GAME!!!! Very unhappy customer.....

The washers and dryers are in excellent condition, the staff is very helpful & nice; I highly suggest this location to wash and dry at.

Facilty does not have enough smaller washers for smaller loads. The inside needs some upgrades

Your Neighborhood Laundromat is a great place to get your cloths cleaned and drying is absolutely free. Nice clean facility there are many change machines that accept 5s, 10s, and 20s. There is am ATM also located inside. They have a few games and vending machines to keep you occupied while you wait on your load to finish washing and drying for FREE. They also provide a drop off service that os prices per pound if you are short on time. I gave it 4 stars cause its obvious ownership is in the process of changing, and what Ive seen so far looks good. There are other areas that need attention, and they seem to be working on them.

The machines ALWAYS need to be cleaned before using, and dryers too. You have nasty large bugs in the place its disgusting. Its any paper towels available, no hot water from the faucet. Its VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

If I could give this laundromat 0 stars I would. All of the mega loading machines require you to add buckets of water throughout the whole wash cycle just to make sure your clothes are clean, and the detergent is rinsed out. The mega washing machine closest to the exit (by the candy store) had dried feces throughout the inside. The on-site attendant took a towel and wiped it out w/o disinfecting the machine or starting a wash cycle to clear out the machine. Most of the dryers door do not close, therefore, your clothes starts falling out, or the door just opens. The owner came to collect coins from the machine and when he was addressed by me and a few other patrons, he shrugged us off and said that he would just restart the wash cycles over for us and left. This place is horrible...

Me and my siblings had a lot of fun, honestly would do my laundry there again, the people were nice

The system has changed a little. Now customers have to use the card system. Place is busy most of the time n get a little crowed.

Its very clean and someone is always there to help if you need it. They also offer wash and fold. You pay them to wash your clothes and pick them up later!

This place the prices arent bad and the dryers get hot as ever. The drying time is 20 minutes per quarter and thats more than enough time for even heavy loads in the dryer. The best time to go is early in the morning or late in the evening because it can become congested in there and some people dont wear a mask or take it off their face.

It was very clean, not noisy or ghetto like most laundromats. Plenty of washers all different sizes and prices.Plenty of free dryers that usually takes 2 to 3 rounds to dry @ 10 minutes every round I believe.Or you can use the paid dryers that are only 25 cents @ 25 minutes per round. Not only are they bigger, but get hotter than the free dryers.Though some free dryers can get as hot and hotter than the paid ones. Its a hit & miss because like any laundromat. Some dryers are hotter than others, paid or free.Friendly staff, and its a small restaurant adjacent to it as well. This is my 2nd time coming here and until I get a machine in my house. I definitely recommend coming here.

This laundromat is closer to where Im residing, but I dont care to return again. The price to wash seems high. Also, my mobility is limited, so a male customer helped me into the laundromat and to get me another cart after the unfriendly lady working removed the one I was using. A couple of older grown men (I think work there) were outside playing like kids. No one attempted to assist me out to my car. A customer coming did hold the door open for me to exit. One plus is that the dryers only needed one quarter; they get really hot.

Good place. Pretty busy on Sunday Afternoon. They do their best to keep the place clean and in good order. I accidentally made a huge mess one day. I tried to wash my dog’s bed. It exploded into a giant pile of fluff and foam. I tried to clean it up. Two men insisted on helping. Said they would finish it. Said it was no problem. What angels. I am a minority in this neighborhood. I stick out like a sore thumb. It’s never been a problem for anyone. Everyone is kind.

They take card, and open 24hrs 👍 no worries about last wash time. There is a parking lot. Free dryers#21 & 23 work just fine . this is where I come to wash my comforters and big blankets no problem in & out. They got tvs vending machines and restrooms. Word of advice, save an outfit for laundry day.

The employees are so helpful to everyone that comes. What I appreciate the most is that at night, the men that work here always help the women who are here alone take their things to the car and that we leave the parking lot safely ☺️

I went to the 47th and Lake Park location that was suppose to open at 6am. After sitting out side in the rain for 25mins I decided to drive to the location on 71st. The washer said .42 cents. I asked the attendant who said it will show the correct price once you put money in. This was a lie. The more quarters I put I just kept going g down by 1 cents. I spent 10.75 to wash want should have been a 6.00 load. When I asked for a number to the manager the attendant said there is no number for a manager and there was no way to get my money out. This is the second tome I had a bad experience with Your neighborhood laundromat. This line of laundromats is owned by a black man whom I have spoken with several times. Talking to him I’ve learned he only says what he needs to in your face to pacify you. Most of the people who work for him have poor customer service and he does nothing about it. Even when you pay more and support black business it still slaps you in the face.

It is okay to do business with, but the landing of the floor you walk needs some improvement, because it makes me slide and does something to my back and I already have a catch.

Hate it,hate it,hate it...Machines are broken,or damage your clothes. Ive gotten bleach on my colored clothes, Ive had clothes torn from the washer. And most of the time my clothes dont get clean. The driers dont work correctly. Some dont get hot others get to hot and burn your clothes. The seats are super uncomfortable and the so called massage leather seats are broke covered in tape,and sunken in. The machine to get detergent is out of order most of the time and it only takes quarters. The bathroom door stay lock. And when you try to tell some of the attendee about your problems, it can lead to an argument.

I come here all the time to wash because its close. There were times when the machine wasnt working. The attendant gave us a free wash and detergent when the machine was not working. They have an option of a free dry or 25 cent dry....beware the free dry doesnt get hot enough.

Half washed bag of laundry. No fabric softener in any of the 3 bags I’ve sent in the past month. Called to talk to the manager, they’re refusing my calls or to return them in regards to this matter. They also ripped the clasp completely out of my new bras. The owner of spin cycle refused to pay for repairs or the costs of the bras that I’ve had for less than a month. These bras set me back $120 and are now useless. If you value your clothing and their integrity, take them elsewhere. These people offer laundry wash and fold services, and they don’t actually wash the clothes. They stick them in the dryer and then fold them. If they mess your clothes up, they won’t reimburse you. They refuse to take responsibility. Trust me when I say go elsewhere.

A few weeks ago, my cousin and I arrived here with our laundry. We were in my cousins car, and she has a current handicap parking decal clearly displayed in her windshield. She parked in the handicap space, and before we could get out of the car, a security guard approached the car and started harassing us- why are we parked there, we dont look disabled, the decal could be a fake. My cousin was so upset that we had to leave. We called the laundromat to inform them and they refused to give us the name of the security company. They will never have our business again.

Im so tired of the employees having and attitude when asked for assistance. They allow the machines to take your money when no reimbursement. They will damage your clothes if you give them the chance. They claim to be 24 hours but thats only when the weather is good. This place needs new management... again!

The washers come in multiple sizes and are very well kept. The facility is kept very cool, but the on site staff could do a better job cleaning up spills. The lady next to me used too much soap so the washer overflowed. Staff mopped it up quickly but not well enough because 15 minutes later when walked by I almost fell.

Bad management. I had a disagreement with the attendant over a quarter for the dryer. It was ridiculous. He told me his boss pays out too much money already, so he could not replace the quarter their machine took. All I could do was laugh, but it was sad at the same time. Better customer service. I used to recommend this place, I will never again.Happened on 10-01-18 12:00 am

First time coming here and I will not be coming back. Too many guys running in and out of here while security is present. Makes you feel uncomfortable along with the creepy laundry attendant brushing all up on you with foam forming around his mouth. Not a safe environment whether security is right there or not. I think they are doing illegal things out of this facility. I repeat I’m not coming back.

Been a neighborhood resident for over forty years, seen this place go through management changes several times. Thought once a brother came into ownership..I wouldnt just patronize for only large loads per my norm. But on this occasion I had three mega loaders costing $6.50 posted!! One cold one warm and one hot...all paid for by credit card..the authorization all says the same..machine in use..cold water time 37,mins..the warm..42 mins..the hot..asked for an additional quarter..I asked the attendant.. She says..it cost more for hot water..I ask..is that posted? besides.I paid using a credit card..why wouldnt it just charge? I dont know..the manager is here..Manager: yes maam due to recent changes we charge by the temperature.. So again..I was here last week and so were these signs..where is that posted. manager: no where..obviously the machine is telling you..matter of fact. Ill give you the quarter..I declined. Im sorry to write this but black folks please see to it that WE DO BETTER AS A UNIT. Totally lost a customer. I drive at least 5 miles to come here..I dont have to and after today..never again. Hope manager sees this.

Its not the fanciest place, but the machines work fine and the guy that works there is very helpful. its in the neighborhood and I never had any problems.

The parking lot is always crowded and its slopped so the carts will slide away when you let go.And some of the machines dont wash or spin your clothes very well

New washing machines

I come here to wash comforters that are too large for my small machine at home. I came late once (11pm) in the summer and it was spiders and moths all along the window area. So I will NOT go that late again. Its fine during the day even though it can get crowded. My biggest issue it they dont clean their machines. Theres always soap residue and fabric softener gunk built up around the top. Its actually really gross. Too many people put their dirty laundry and every brand of laundry products in those machines for them not to be cleaned at least once a week.

Do have ppl that work there and will wash and dry and fold your clothes

I always give places benefit of the doubt I use this laundry mat a couple weeks ago I had to use the bathroom i walk in there found no tissue insight I told the clerk there was no tissue he said there should be a huge roll hanging up I went in there to check again nope no tissue insight I told the clerk there is no tissue he said let me check I waited a few minutes went by the bathroom there was a sign that said bathroom out of service he at this point I was annoyed and impatient I had to go back to my house to use the bathroom.The free dryers arent that great. You get what you pay for in TIMESo today I thought I would try them again one great thing I havent seen in any other laundry mat using credit cards to pay to was Today was pretty muggy and hot there was no A.C. on even the fan that were place in the corners of the mat werent even on.2nd time this place made me uncomfortable.This place isnt completely terrible but it can improve.

I been coming here for years but Im tired of the worker CHRIS. He play to damn much he need to learn customer service and more... I also asked him and the other old man worker to help me with my 5 big bags to car ... Chris told me n my child no we got them in our self take them out our self... when we asked the other Male worker (old man) he stated he dont got time he have to make his mop water... its a shame how our own Men are lazy basterd... I think me and my family may start going somewhere else

BEWARE OF THESE LOOSER NOW...a new thing in Chicago some privately owned company has two goons protrol the super small parking lot waiting for people to park & leave. The minute you walk away, they boot you & force you to pay $200 on site to leave...Sad for this good laundromat & Italian Fiesta that we all love so much.

My mom told me about this laundrymat because it is the one she always go to. The prices are very reasonable, drying is free (which is a plus for me), and the owner is VERY nice. He makes sure you have everything you need. And he is very observant so he is likely to realize you are having an issue before you have to come and find him lol. Came around 5:30am not sure if that was why (not many people) but it was def pretty good for me to write a review on a laundrymat lol.

Very unprofessional! Argued back and forth with me about there broke machine that they didn’t report broke. If I knew of course I won’t not have use it. No help was giving to me after waiting 20 minutes. The worker snapped on me and walked a way never again will I wash here period. Really need professional work.

Its not fancy. Just a bare bones spot with some nice perks. I like that I can use my credit card or debit card to pay for my wash if I dont have change. The parking lot is awkwardly shaped & small. So its a battle when its busy midday on the weekend. There is free wifi. And its 24/7

I just left this place a moment ago and had a run it with a woman who vacated a folding table and suddenly changed her mind when I used it. Once I moved my clothes down and utilized the extra space, she asked me to move. I told her, no. She had already left the area. She pushed my clothes to the side and declared she wasnt moving. I told the attendant and his solution was to move me to another table. He never addressed the woman at all. It was my first time at Spin Cycle and I will gladly go a few blocks down the street and spend my money elsewhere.
