I been washing here since I was young, I mean don’t get me wrong it’s a good place to wash at but they personally needs to find people that is consistent and is willing to work because I don’t like how the workers are here to be honest. It clearly says the last wash is at 9pm not 7:30pm or 8pm 9pm exact and they close at 10pm. If you’re not willing to work until the last wash then maybe that isn’t the job for you period. I know next time I will be washing at bubble land a place where you can relax and not worry about no one staring at you and close to you wishing you hurry up 😡😡 never again very disappointed...

Great place! Owner and staff are extremely hard working, kind and generous. I do laundry there several times per week and they’ve always gone above and beyond when it comes to helping me out. Love them!!

People of Chicago are amazing. Thats only reason why this place got 4 stars from me. Otherwise, its a place to go for a safe and quiet environment to do laundry.

Nice couple who own the place. She even help me fold my king size sheets cause i was struggling.lol

I like Da Bubble Land Better bigger washers

One of the ladies she has blonde/orange hair she is one of the rudest people ever, after the machines stopped working she restarted so it washed my clothes again and it was like 7pm she almost kicked us out when they close at 10. it wasnt our fault that the machines dont work.

It says open until 10 pm, last wash at 9 pm. I got there at 8 pm and this rude lady working there wouldn’t let me in! She didn’t even open the door to explain why she can’t let me in 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSURE! She just disrespectfully gestured that it’s closed and that I should go!

I been going there since I was fifteen years old LOTS of friends there
