I prefer Spin Cycle than this place. Music is great but too loud. Its a gimmick with FREE dry🤔 and it cost more than SC. I want be back. Some of my clothes is still damp and I refuse to keep putting money on the card after spending 30 + bucks. Another thing I didnt like is this place is crazy expensive.

I’ve been going to them for awhile now. They’re pretty good. Good staff and clean environment. I moved far but I still travel to them. Only place I’ll wash at when needed.

Always clean on the inside, machines and building itself. No foolishness whatsoever to deal with, which is always a plus. Thanks again!

Bubbleland is such amazing place to wash my clothes at if ever I needed a ride they provide pick up & drop off services which is so wonderful for a single mother like myself. They also have a play area to keep my kiddos occupied while I wash. Also have awesome events such as the Christmas event where my kids got to take a picture with Santa and also recieved a gift. I no longer live in the area but I still travel to wash here because I prefer no other place !

I see that the employees are very professional at Bubbleland and The atmosphere is awesome!....It is reasonable prices to wash here as well as incredible washing machines and free dry.I recommend Bubbleland to any.single person or A person with a family.to.wash their clothes here.

Its fun and gets the kids distracted while you wash the clothes and so many activities to do there so many invents to join family and friends I just wanted to please lower the prices on ther washing machines it will be so nice and generous if they understand everyone can afford it but its the closes I can go to do laundry.....

Laundry service is terrible took 2 days for laundry when they told me it would only take 1, me and kids both had to wear dirty uniforms for work and school 👎🏼

Its convenient and my daughter loves to go there because of the little play section. Its always clean and the workers are very helpful. Everything works perfectly fine and theres plenty of washers/dryers when theres a lot of people.

The kids play on the table the work dont keep the place clean

That was my second time ever come into bubbleland and I thought it was marvelous every machine it was clean and I like the fact that you dont have to ask for change you could use a car to wash and dry its a place that I will come back to and I will tell my friends about

Clean and good service

We decided to go to this laundromat today. Upon entering there were no empty laundry baskets to use to transport our bags. There was also a number of machines that were down with signage saying out of order. Due to these issues and facts alone we left after trying to find a basket and machines that actually worked all within 15 minutes of being there. Maybe if you go in the wee midnight hours it might be empty enough for you to find a basket and empty workable machines. We went there about 11:45am.

I like bubble land because it is clean for the most part and they play great music. Plus they have huge machines if you need.

It was a really nice place to be in, I could chill while washing my clothes, and I even took a pic with Hello Kitty. It was a nice time 😊

Loved Free Laundry day, all your laundry, all free!

Went there for big laundry I cannot handle at home. It is clean and provide a good environment for the customers, including a play place for children and outdoor tables. Everything is paid by their bubble card which you have to get one, adding money is easy. Equipment are a little bit old though.

Bubbleland is great. Its clean and comfortable. The workers are friendly and helpful.The convenience of having cards and being able to use them for everything in the laundromat is so great, I can put all the money I need on it and not need any additional money. (I only wish I could check my balance from my computer/phone so I know how much I need to add before I go so I dont have to carry my card.) I will be back.

Great place to wash

Im very disappoint in the last time I came to this laundromat. I usually go in after 5 but on this occasion the lady that helps around the laundromat was very rude. Its obvious people are coming in at any giving time. So I stroll in with my cart and she was mopping. I wasnt trying to be rude on stepping on her clean floor. I excused myself for doing so after that I proceeded to put money into my card and I notice something fell on the floor and I notice this lady rapidly proceeded to pick it up and hide it in her hand. After a few minutes I noticed it had been money that had fell from my purse. I decided to ask her about it and she rudely threw the money to the floor. Honestly I had never experienced something like this! Its absurd how people are and its a disgrace it had to be someone from my own nationality. After this I will look for some other location... 9/19/18

Its right around the corner from where I work, its not the Taj Mahal however when I just want to get a few things clean, I can go late at night and then punch in at work after Im through!?

It was fine in the past, but they increase the prices and now they are more expensive than other laundrys, the washing machine sometimes are out of order and they have mildew in the doors. I went here aroud 8 years, but now tried in other place and is better.

Learn some manners.I called inquiring about transportation to the laundromat. I was told that they do not pick up or drop off in my area. This would be okay except....1. There is a flyer right next to my house that says they do. (Are you false advertising?)2. I was dropped off at my home previously after washing the week before. Why is it an issue now?3. The woman hung up in my face. (Thats a no no)There is a need to have better customer service before you dont have any customers at all.Its not as if your establishment is the only place in town. Tread lightly. Trim the fat. Or be put out of business quicker than you will know. Sad. I hate to see a good thing ruined.

I saw all the reviews so thought I would try the place. Wow, how filthy the place is with a lot a washers and dryers out of order. I had to go re wash my clothes somewhere else because they dryers are so disgusting. They say they are the cleanest around, but talk about false advertising. I found out the reason for all the good reviews is because they had a raffle for a TV if people would post a good review. Yuk

I come here often but last time I came I had to add money to my bubble land laundry card. Since I forgot my debit card I went to get my bag. Was when I realized i left my card inside the machine, there were only employees there at the time and couldn’t find the lady to ask her if she grabbed it since somebody had seen her. I had to buy a new card anyway because I couldn’t find not 1 employee to ask which was unfortunate. I was the only one at the machines too...

This place use to be good... Im at this place right now and there isnt any hot water, I came here to wash two loads of clothes in hot water, after the washers started, cold water ran in, I told the attendant She told me to leave a note so it can be fixed.... I turned on the hot water in the sinks and they were also cold, Ive also noticed there are many washers and dryers with repair slips on them.

The shuttle service that that claim to offer Monday through Saturday from 8a to 8p is not reliable at all. I have heard so many excuses We are so busy, We are servicing Planet Fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays, We are servicing the van today I really dont understand its always something. I live about a gf mile away. Today I asked to speak to a manager and was told to back at 2pm. Its 15 minutes to 3 and now no one is answering.Response: I dont see what is difficult about my review nor is it discouraging anything. If I didnt need the service myself I wouldnt have used it. So your response is very one sided and inconsiderate. I gave specific detailed and honest information about my experience. As I said this had happened several times within the last 2 months. Almost every single time I have called there has been some sort of excuse and I have a right to wonder why and what is going on. Im curious to understand if anyone else is having this experience or is it just me. In this particular day I was told to call back in 30 min and after I did that was told to call back in 2 hours. Why say you offer a service but then tell a customer were not picking up today because were working with planet fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays? You are the ones who told me your service was available on this day. Or either on this day or would be best if you called earlier or call later. Its always something.

Prices a little on the steep side...but Ive seen worse. My issue however was the fact that kids are allowed to run rampid in there. And when I say kids....I mean the STAFFS kids. I mean SERIOUSLY they were actually playing catch in the laundromat!!! My advice....if you go to this particular location.....go while the kiddies are in school. 😒😐😑😒😒😒😒

Ive been going to this laundromat on and off for years. They can get a bit crowded a lot of times, so I try to go when I feel its less crowded. The parking lot is an ok size. This is not a coin laundromat. I like that they have a machine where you can use your credit card to add value onto your bubbleland card. I find their detergent to be a bit pricey, so bring your own. They have a lottery machine, serve coffee (for free I think), scratch off ticket machine, pricey snacks, drinks, ice cream machines, and free WiFi. They have tvs which is pretty much is on a spanish speaking channel often, but they will change it for you. There is a sitting area and also an area for children to play while you do the laundry.

Dryers are super hot which is good. Dont like that u need a card to start washer etc but if you need change lets hope the machine works.

Their washers does not fill up with water properly. Also try to avoid going here on the weekends because they let the kids run around all over the place.

My mom is there now and needed to break down bills and the machine doesnt work. So she asked the lady working there right now and her response is very rude and like she doesnt care. Last time coming here! Very bad customer service if the machine doesnt work to give out change then there should always be a third way to load the cards if you dont want to use a full bill. Very rude lady.

I am shock to notice that every month the prices go up almost $2 on all loads, also the rate on the drop off service is pretty high for this area. I do drop off service on the northsider is 60 cents a lbs.

Everything was okay I guess it was clean which I like but it was expensive. I know could have took my business elsewhere but I really do like that its clean.

Im not sure about other locations, but this one offers to pick up you and your laundry, and then drive you back home after youre done and its a FREE service too!!! Im not so happy with the customer service given by the staff here, but thats not THAT big a deal!!!

24 hour and nice people

Its sucks cause they say its dry free but they only give you a certain amount og minutes for the dry free card! Not good! Cause then u gots to pay for the rest of your clothes to get dry , its really not dry free? So i will not be going their to wash clothes ever again.

A woman called Angelica is rude with the customers…every time I come to wash she is selling something instead of been working I have never ever seen her cleaning or do something and every time I need something and I ask her she always rude to me like she is the boss or something I don’t think people like that should work there 😡
