Got there early, took me early. In and out and was all around a really pleasant experience.

Went in to get ear impressions for custom IEMs. Was a smooth experience. In and out in around 30mins. The audiologist (Emily I think????) was great as well as her intern. They also told me if there were any issues with my impressions, I could get new ones for free, but 64audio has already approved of them. Overall I will be returning here for my audiologists needs!

The experience was great. The hearing test was interesting and the results were informative. Very well presented and I know my next steps. Was amazed it was so close in the neighborhood!

Do not go to a big box to get hearing aids. Dr. Marie Vetter is an excellent Audiologist. She can help you select the perfect aids for you. I highly recommend Chicago Hearing Services.

Absolutely the best place to go for hearing aids, tests, earmolds, etc. They take care of you from day one! Highly recommend to go there.

Dr. Vetter is amazing! I came to her office to get fitted for sleep plugs. She and her staff were very friendly and accommodating, they talked me through every step so I knew what to expect next. I will be recommending them to everyone who has ears ☺️!

Could not hear much out of my left ear, and Dr. Vetter found a huge blockage of wax. Found out I didn’t need a hearing aide. Nice office and pleasant bedside manner.

I scheduled an appointment for my 68 year old dad to see Dr. Marie Vetter. When I called the office, Miriam was pleasant and really made the scheduling process very easy. My dad is not new to hearing loss, but he was new to Dr. Marie Vetter and he came in guarded. I must say, watching and listening to Dr. Vetter directly, yet compassionately, discuss everything clearly so that my dad can hear and understand was AWESOME. I watched his comfort level adjust as Dr. Marie explained what to expect during the visit and also offered some temporary solutions until we figured out insurance options. The visit was smooth and very personable. My dad spent the weekend raving about his visit and we are looking forward to following up!!!

Doctor Vetter came through again for me. I got my hearing aids wet. I thought I dried them out. I could not reconnect the hearing aids with my phone. In less than 2 minutes, they were reconnected after me trying for several hours. Thanks Doctor Vetter.

We were in Chicago and my wifes ReSound hearing aid failed. She has a severe hearing loss and without her hearing aid she was not able to hear. We called ReSound and they referred us to Chicago Hearing Services. They were very helpful and fit us in with an appointment that afternoon. Dr Marie Vetter saw us very promptly. We were so very pleased with her service. She was very pleasent and diagnosed the problem right away and repaired the hearing aid in a matter of minutes and spent some time explaining what happened. We would recommend Dr Vetter for any of your hearing problems.
