SERVPRO 100% lives up to its motto to “make it like it never even happened.” During the negative temperate “polar vortex” in Chicago, the water main pipe to our house cracked resulting in tons of water pouring into our basement. The City could not come out for over 2 days to shut the water off so needless to say the water damage was significant, but it didn’t matter. SERVPRO came out right away when we called and set up everything we needed to clean up the basement. Seven months later and there is not a trace of mildew, mold, or smell of water at all.
