I have very mixed emotions about this contractor. They started off doing a superb job but when it comes to follow-up and completion of job they are terrible! The timing is not good at all - plus theres no backup plan if their main guy takes off. Im still currently waiting for them to come and paint my banisters since the end of the summer 2020. Also I had more gigs for them BUT not after the first experience.

The team is highly skilled in all areas of the contracting trade and I have come to rely on Bob for all of my projects. I have contracted for a basement remodel, new composite deck, gutters, bathroom fixture replacements, plumbing and heating. My home is almost 100 years old and it is very difficult to find contractors that know how to work on these structures without compromising the character of the house. Bob is reliable, reasonable with pricing, openly communicates throughout the project, and always finds the most economical approach. I trust his team explicitly. They come, do the job, and are out. I highly recommend ARC for any home project. They are my own “ this old house” team of experts.
