I cannot overemphasize the quality, professionalism and attentiveness of The Chicago Hire Company. Within days of submitting my application they connected me with several companies with whom I got interviews. Before each interview, they sent me a very thorough prep-sheet. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me getting to know my preferences and career goals. They made contact with me before and after every interview to provide guidance and process the experience. I know they are super busy, but it felt like I was their only client. Also, there was a sense of fun about working with them!Id utilized three other recruiting agencies before I found them and Id come to expect poor service and constant checking in to remind them to work for you. I agree with other sentiments that others have already written: Kaleigh H. is a rockstar!I have communicated with several staffing agencies in Chicago. Many tend to correspond with for a week or so and then disappear. Or they lose interest if you turn down a job prospect due to it not being the right fit for you. Ive been so pleased that Kaleigh has kept at it with me, working alongside me to find not just the first position that comes along - but the one that will be the perfect fit for both me and the company. She is so thorough.If I find myself in a position again where I need to utilize an agency, CHC will be the first.

I applied with four hiring companies in Chicago and Kaleigh H. at The Chicago Hire Company is the only one who found leads, temp jobs, and an eventual permanent position after less than three months. The other companies barely communicated while I heard from Kaleigh at least once a week. She reached out regularly with temp positions all the while working to find me a permanent position.
