Staff is always friendly

These data centers and their work orders. You have to have a million work orders to do thing you need to do. Parking, work order, install, work order, take pictures, work order, remove equipment, work order. Really? All on one work order please, and make this clear!

Area has improved in the last 6 years.

Its a datacenter and when I visit, Im doing it for work, so not exactly a fun place to be. However, it is a first class, secure facility for your co-location needs.

Some very nice people work here, but their procedures and policies leave much to be desired.

Short review: Just your run of the mill data center. Cell phone reception can be spotty at best inside due to the building construction.

This facility is one of the greatest data centers in the Midwest, and it is highly recommended.

Quiet, clean, security is polite & helpful. Plenty of exercise to be had navigating building.

Security guards never know nothing when I get to this place to work bring a sandwich youll be here for a while.

Would be four starts but they insist on having Fox News on in the lobby at all if their locations. :P
