Our computer wasnt working properly after a short power outage. I called Brock Computer Services and spoke with Carl. After explaining our problem, Carl came to our home within hours of our phone conversation. He immediately diagnosed the problem as well as other problems in the computer and had everything corrected within an hour. A five star rating isnt high enough! Im gonna redo my review because I had to send an ipad back to them 2 times and it was never fixed right, the home button was damaged and also the screen was popping off. It took them a while to send it back. Told me the package was dropped off at the post office on Monday and tracking said it was not accepted till Thursday. I will no longer do business with them again and this review is barely a dent for my frustration.
