I had a great experience with Fletcher Jones Audi. The indoor showroom is very eye-catching and the workers are all very professional. Michael did an excellent job with closing the sale and making the process relatively seamless. I was able to get an excellent price for my Audi TTS and it’s literally the best car I’ve ever owned thus far. This is a great dealership and the cars they sell are the definition of quality.

Great experience with Colleen and finance manager (Michael, I believe). Scheduled a test drive for a used car we found online. Was warmly welcomed when we arrived at the showroom. The car was clean, had been freshly touched up, and looked to have just gotten new tires. We test drove and purchased the car within 2 hours. No gimmicks, no pushy sales tactics - just an overall easy and straightforward experience. Highly recommend.

This was seamless! Nolan was so service oriented and helped facilitate the paperwork once we decided to buy - so fast and easy! He was polite, helpful, fun to work with and not pushy at all,; just an excellent, knowledgeable sales person. We bought from Audi Experience last time, but this time and next we will definitely come to Fletcher Jones first! One more note, Nolan did an excellent job walking me through the features of my new A7 hybrid when I came in to pick it up. All of the sales people and finance people here were exceptional!

I just bought a new Audi from Channing Greene here at FJ Audi and it was a great experience. Channing is super knowledgeable about the products and all of the technology features that the cars have.He spent about 45 minutes with me going through everything and answered almost all of my questions. For the few questions he was unsure about he said he would find out and get back to me, which he has already done.Really awesome customer service.

I live in Indiana and found a car I wanted to buy on Auto Trader. I reached out to the dealership, that is in Chicago, to inquire and they said they would not sell sale out-of-state. I called to verify if that was correct because I have bought many vehicles out-of-state and have NEVER heard of such a ridiculous business model. I spoke to a woman named Melinda and she verified that not only do they not sell out-of-state, they will not sell outside of a 50 mile radius. She claims its too difficult. If that is true, why do they post on auto trader? Its a nationwide car sale platform. I would find it hard to believe that all these 5 star reviews are legitimate. I am going to contact Audi to see if they know what this dealership is telling potential customers and refusing service.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful however when it came time to purchase I stated that I had a pre-approved loan. They suggested I finance through the Dealership because according to the Sales Managertheyve had bad experiences with my well known/reliable Credit Union. Im guessing they couldnt beat the APR I have attached to this nice size check and theyve since ceased all communication with me despite my still wanting said vehicle. Awesome business fellas...

Weve had such an incredibly difficult time getting this dealership to accurately diagnose and repair our vehicle. We initially brought our car in for an issue with our fuel gauge. This repair dovetailed into an injector replacement and because Fletcher Joness technicians didnt even bother to refuel the system (diesel) to spec or check if for debris and the result was metal in the system destroyed the fuel system. They had our car for over 90 days.After our car was returned to us, we had dozens of NOX signal high codes and check engine lights. Over several comebacks the technicians never inspected the EGR cooler. THEY REPLACED THE ERG VALVE WITHOUT INSPECTING THE COOLER. They finally replaced the EGR cooler after maybe a dozen comebacks and while this seems to have resolved the primary issue, several parts Fletcher Jones has replaced are not leaking oil. This was documented by Audi of Morton Grove and we were advised to bring the car back to Fletcher Jones as their repairs are supposed to be warrantied by their dealership. Fletcher Jones does not think these oil leaks are significant enough to warrant fixing them. What an absolute joke.Their service manager David is just one of those people who really exudes a sense of how little he cares about you, your satisfaction or anything you are saying. Fletcher Jones failed to load test our battery incorrectly. We ended up buying an Audi battery only to find that our Bosch battery was less than a year old at the time of the replacement. On the next comeback to the dealership, our new battery failed a load test and it was at that point we had the original new-ish Bosch battery load tested independently. It was fine. David had committed to follow up with us about this, never did. He just has this air of complete indifference to you.Weve had to file more than one case with Audi of North America and this dealership wont even take responsibility for their own shoddy repairs. We have oil leaking down into a belly pan near the union of the trans and engine that Morton Grove has confirmed and documented to have originated with repairs completed by Fletcher Jones. AVOID. Go to McGrath.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Audi Fletcher Jones Chicago. Firstly, Channing Greene was honestly the best sales person I have ever met. Definitely ask for him if youre looking for a car at Fletcher Jones Audi. He was attentive, personable, and didnt put on any kind of pressure. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the smoothest and easiest car purchase. Secondly, everyone I encountered at the dealer was very friendly and the view of the city from the dealer is beautiful. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever about my experience, it was flawless. Arly Sellers was great. My S5 was on back order and she kept me updated as she promised. After my S5 arrived it was a complete Joy to drive home however didn’t believe I was seeing a small dink when I got home on the passenger side door. Big problem I thought who would believe it after driving off the lot? No problem Arly Sellers assured. Brought back my S5 and after two days bingo I was made new. No questions asked. I have experienced multiple repairs since purchasing my new Audi vehicle a year ago. Some of the repairs have resulted in new repairs being needed. While the service department for the most part has been pretty good, I received little to no help from management regarding my ongoing issues. A service manager even went so far as to pretend to contact corporate to propose a resolution, in which I now know it was never done. There arent any means for a customer to contact corporate directly as the only contact information online is for customer service. It took me nearly an hour to get someone from customer service on the phone, only to be directed to the customer service email. It took more than a month to get a response via email. To date, my issues are ongoing without resolve from Audi. It is a shame that a company that makes a tremendous amount of money in the US does not have a way for its US customers to contact corporate. The last thing I would have thought of when purchasing a luxury vehicle was that I would be purchasing a calamity.

Disappointing experience.I called in on Monday to schedule a showing with rep #1. He said he was busy at 6 PM but could set me up with a colleague - would call back 10 minutes later to confirm which one. Never calls back. I show up and eventually they find rep #2 to help me. Pretty good experience/test-drive, but then I ask to see a different car. He says that car won’t be available til Friday but he would call me by mid week with an update. No follow through.I reach out to him on Wednesday night and get a call back on Thursday. I ask to set up an appointment at 12:30 on Friday, at which point he pushes it back because he wants to take a full lunch (not exactly the epitome of professionalism). During the call he says the car is still not there but he would call me later in the day (as soon as it arrived from the service dept.)All day goes by and no phone call, so I call him directly Thursday evening - no response. I call the sales floor and now speak with rep #3, who says that car has been sold.On Friday I expected at least a half baked apology but nothing. I call the sales floor one last time to speak to a sales manager. I mention to him a couple of his reps have been dropping the ball and I could use some information on the original car I test drove. He does not question or acknowledge the lackluster sales experience, then reluctantly gives me the info I wanted.I get the market is crazy with low inventory/high demand and dealers can treat people as they like, but I would expect better customer service.

THE SERVICE TEAM IS TERRIBLE, Audi services has dropped tremendously, the service team seems to just juice you out of money instead of telling you up front the issues at hand, instead you have to come back and pay a couple hundreds dollars in order for them to inform you of the problems with your vehicle. No humanity what so ever.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Channing Greene at Fletcher Jones Audi in Chicago. Channing is warm and welcoming and also very knowledgeable. He told us all about the bells and whistles, and patiently showed us how to actually use all those cool features that are equipped in our CPO 2020 Q7 too. I swear I did not know a car could make my life so much easier. For instance, apple car play has been a major game changer. It allows me to play music, answer calls and texts and navigate using my phone! Kudos to the design and engineering team for making such a good looking quality car. In addition, the rest of the service staff we came into contact with were also very genuine and more than accommodating. Lastly, everyone at Fletcher Jones followed very cautious COVID protocols and we always felt extremely safe.We are so happy in our new car, and have Channing and Fletcher Jones Audi to thank. Oh yes, and also we get complimentary car washes for the longevity of our ownership and I think that is a major perk!

I went in and had service almost $2000 of work done I needed a loner car so they gave me.At work I had mandatory overtime this week doin 16 hour days and working graveyard shift.They called me while I was sleeping asked me to return the car I couldn’t till the next possible day i explained to them and when given the bill they taxed over 2 day rental charge I gave them an explanation they weren’t satisfied with and the Manager told me that if I didn’t pay for the 2 day I could no longer ever get a loner car from Fletcher Jones Audi I was dumbfounded by his response and still paid my debt and told them that’s not fair they tracked the car on me they saw it wasn’t moving only that it was at my house not moved and no Mike’s driving I went back to them for convenience a Oil Change asked for the Manager to call me on this issue of loner car he did not call nor respond I’m A Black male and to see how I was treated made me feel angry 😡 when I saw them so helpful with other races Do not go here if it’s all about service getting a loner while your car is being worked on is service and not feeling like a 2nd class citizen when you walk into fletcher Jones Audi

I couldn’t afford to buy my beautiful aunt Em the new Audi that she had her eye on, but the fine folks on the Fletcher Jones sales team managed to put her rear in the seat of a gorgeous piece of American iron that they had just recently taken in on trade. New tires, plush leather, a fine sound system, and a great price. Man, what a winning combo. Can still smell it. She’s happy, and I’m excited to shop here again in the future when it’s time to replace my trusty GMC Savana with something more luxurious.

I have purchased a CPO Q5 online and waiting to have it shipped to SC. I have been very impressed working with Ryan Philbin in sales and Brett Anderson in the business office. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen. I have to trust that the vehicle represented in the pictures, CPO inspection, and what Ryan tells me is what I’m going to receive, and that my 5 star rating stays intact. I have faith in the reputation of Fletcher Jones.

Walking my review back a bit after my experience in ownership the last few years. While I dismissed the fact that the sales team was a little pushy at the time of purchase (to be expected, but in retrospect I shouldnt have been thrilled about negotiating for an already advertised deal), I continue to receive regular calls and emails regarding my plans for my vehicle after pretty clearly stating my intentions. Compounding that, I have unfortunately encountered an issue each time the car has been in for regular service ranging from issues arranging rides to/from the dealership when a loaner vehicle is unavailable, to a flat tire after a large bolt was missed during inspection prior to the vehicle being released to me (I had to escalate to the service manager to avoid paying for the tire myself when it happened on premises). Disappointed.

I recommend not doing a walk in. The lady that worked the front desk on the ground level on 4/21/21 has terrible customer service. As a customer who is looking to spend mid to high six figures for a car she was no help. In fact, when I asked about a test drive she said that they don’t offer test drives for the car I wanted. I went to 2 other dealerships that day - Mercedes and Gold Coast, and all of them sat down with me to at the very least to grab my information for follow up or offered me to test drive the car I was interested in. I have a sales background and that’s not how you treat a customer. Luckily for Audi, I am really interested in the car so I did my own follow up. Three days later, I couldn’t believe that they don’t allow test drives so I ended up calling back the same Audi dealership again and spoke to Ravi, who secured the test drive for me within 5 minutes. From my interaction on 4/21/21 with the lady that handles walk-ins I would rate at a 1 star, but Ravi deserves 5 stars for the pleasant and professional interaction we had thus far. Thank you Ravi.

We live in the Elkhart, Indiana area and let me tell you, it was worth the drive to Chicago to find our car at Fletcher Jones Audi. We worked with Channing Greene, hes an Audi specialist and knew the ins and outs of the every car we looked at during our visit.Fletcher Jones has is one of the largest luxury car dealers in the country and after buying a car with them, I was so impressed, I had to do a little bit of research to see why the experience was so much better than past experiences Ive had buying cars. Fletcher Jones takes a different approach, they want the customer experience to be more like a visit to a five star hotel...service is first and you see it right away.The sales person we were supposed to meet with was still with a client so they paired us with Channing Greene. I usually dread dealing with car salesman, but Channing is all about delivering an exceptional experience. We were looking for a car for our daughter and he catered the experience directly to her, while at the same time making sure he was answering all of our questions. I really appreciated the extra time he spent with us explaining every detail of the Audi MMI system so my daughter knew how to use it, getting the most out of her, new to her, 2014 Audi Q5.The day before we were looking at a Q5 at a luxury used car dealer in Indianapolis...the car had a check engine light on and a low oil light, they pulled the codes and tried to put me at ease, I just didnt have the warm and fuzzy feeling, additionally the car had an accident reported on the CarFax, so I bailed and went home.I spent some time looking at other options online and found that Fletcher Jones had quite a few pre-owned Q5s, some even certified pre-owned with extended warranties. I called and set up an appointment to see a few of their cars. Melinda, who we were originally working with texted me a detailed list of information including the Audi brochure from the year of the used car we were considering and sent detailed directions, even explaining how not to miss the entrance.When we arrived you pull up to a garage door that opens and you park your car inside their facility. Just like a high end hotel, you enter the reception area and are welcomed. They send someone down to bring you up to the new car showroom where all the sales desks are located. The enormous glass windows are floor to ceiling and have an incredible view of downtown Chicago.We were quickly set up with Channing and he took us to the level that had the pre-owned cars. We found the Q5 that we came to see, loved it...it was the same price as the one we looked at in Indianapolis but was a year newer, less miles, in much better condition AND had no check engine lights. The car was INSIDE and incredibly clean and detailed.Channing explained that they had some others we could look at as well, he even mentioned that on another level they had other Q5s so we looked at them as well and thats where we found the car we ultimately purchased. Channing wasnt as worried about closing a sale as making certain we were seeing what we came to see and giving the opportunity to see all of the cars, he didnt rush us and there was NO pressure.We got inside the car we were interested in purchasing, again, it was inside and pristine...we drove into a large elevator, upon getting to the main ground level Channing let us drive the car. We drove around a quick route over to their service center were he explained all of the benefits that come along with buying a car from Fletcher Jones...including free car washes, but he went on to tell us that if we came into town for service they would give us a loaner or pay for our Uber driver to pick us up and bring us back to the dealership. In the first year, believe it or not, even with their used vehicles, they will repair door dings with a paintless dent system...at NO COST at all.We drove back, did the paperwork and were on our way. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and one of its associates, Tony Prusak. I had two flat tires a few weeks ago right after I had picked up a new phone. When I tried to call Triple A, it was not loaded yet on my phone, so I called my Audi Dealership who told me immediately that I had Audicare and that they would send a tow truck to pick me up. Did I mention that I had a baby with me? When I got to the dealership, Tony Prusak was amazing. He got me in the repair line ASAP and let me know my options. I found out that with my Audicare, the new tires would only cost me my deductible of $50. They also did a quick service check and let me know that status of my car. As Jack(the baby) and I waited in their beautiful and comfortable waiting room, they quickly fixed my car and kept me updated as to its status. Before I bought my current Audi, I had a 9 year old Audi bought elsewhere .Fletcher Jones always treated me and my car like I had a brand new model bought from them. I highly recommend this dealership and their service associate Tony Prusak.

I had a good experience purchasing my Audi at fletcher jones. My salesman, Matthew Savitsky, was very easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly through email or otherwise. When I arrived the first time, he had both cars ready to go for the test drive, and was well informed with how they worked inside and out. They were not pushy (I was choosing between an s4 and a4, and had to go home and sleep on it) and worked with me to come to a price we both agreed on, as well as acquiring the exact specs of car I wanted, even though they did not have it available on the lot. The finance manager was also pretty easy to work with and there were no surprises between the agreed upon price with the sales team. They also gave me a very fair value for my trade in.My only minor complaint was the initial cost numbers were a lot higher than what we eventually agreed upon, and it took some back and forth to get it where I wanted. It can be chalked up to us doing napkin math though, and not including some rebates and discounts.Overall it has only been a few days but the car is working out great, and I look forward to using the free car wash!

Frustrating and disorganized.I got an email from FJ Audi about a buyback program, so I figured Id check it out. I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes ahead of time. I was passed off to someone else as the person I made the appointment with was helping someone else - no problem. I then wait about 45 minutes to get in a car for a test drive. Im not sure if it was the salesperson (Paul) or the disorganization but we attempted to test drive 4 different cars that were unavailable, so we had to drive to another lot to get one. I ran out of time that day, so I told Paul and his manager (Ravinder) that I would be back the following weekend to which they said OK and theyd run some rough numbers during the week to send over to me. I do not hear anything from them until I email and call on Thursday. I get a response that they are busy on Saturday, so I should try next week. I explain that Im busy and Saturday is the only day that works, so they said no problem. Saturday morning, I get an email from Paul that says they are really busy and no one will be available and he just found out. I decided to show up and talk to any available salesperson. Lainie was extremely helpful and in 10 minutes, explains to me that my car would not work for the buyback due to where I am in my lease which I appreciated.Long story short, why send me an email if it didnt make sense? Why have me waste 3-4 hours of my time? Paul had the VIN. He knew what I wanted. Ravinder knew the same. Both had opportunities to help and do the right thing but neither did.

Channing helped me on Saturday purchase a pre-owned vehicle and Im super picky!! I wanted to see all the available A4s and he of course let me, wasnt pushy at all, gave my dad and I all the information we needed/asked for. Probably the best car guy to ever help me honestly! Dont want to put the names of the people I dealt with but came here to see a 2020 AUDI Q5. The service was mediocre, the salesman barely knew any information about the vehicle. I brought in my current car: 2015 Xdrive 320XI with lower miles and they evaluated it at a lower price then any other dealer has by 3 times. It was truly insulting, when I decided I didnt like the vechile, the General manager then presented himself and asked 1000 questions about why. It was very intrusive, and not really a way to do business. Very unattractive when you act and insult possible customers that way. Lost my business, for good.

So I initially gave this dealership a 5 star review because I was able to get the car I wanted. But the more I think about it, the more I realize there’s no reason they should have ever earned this rating. I am now revising my rating to reflect the actual experience I received. I special ordered my car in February and was told April would be when I’d take delivery; ended up being July. Was given a TrueCar price and they tried making me pay full retail when I came in to pick it up. Asked them not to unwrap it; they did. Was handed a plastic bag with 2 keys with junk tags on them; came to find out later everybody else got nice boxes with a cool key chain. Finally, when I was financing the car, the finance manager suggested getting Pure Protection. Normally, I would never buy anything like this because I work on my own cars, but he told me that it covers the brake rotors, which I knew would need to be replaced at some point, and that it would cost more for the parts than the service contract costs so I figured why not. Well, less than a year later, the rotors are developing a lip so I pull out the contract. Reading through the fine print I find out the brake rotors aren’t covered; the finance manager completely sold me on the idea with a complete lie. Then, when I cancel the contract with Audi, he drags on the process for over 4 months for me to get my money back, minus the pro rated amount that they should never have gotten. It’s sad to see a dealership with such a great reputation use such dishonest business practices. Hopefully my formal complaint to Audi of America does something.

I had an exceptional experience at fletcher jones service department from the r8 tech Alex Krieter. Alex went above and beyond to make sure the car was performing at its peak. He did an extensive walkthrough and made sure I was satisfied with all the work that was done!! Very honest and great guy. I just wanted to warn anyone who ever wanted to deal with this company.They lie at the moment of selling that your lease is 3 years and then put in some hidden clause that its actually 4 years.Please be mindful and careful, as we put our trust in them and found our they were straight lying to our face.Also my vehicle has all sorts of electrical failures.I have reached out to the customer service multiple times but unfortunately could not get a result.They simply refused to fix the issues.Stay away from both the company and the vehicle!!!

I was driving through Illinois when I received a noticed a nail in one of my tires. I call Fletcher being the closest Audi was told they had my tire in stock and to head over. Once I arrived an hr & 15 minutes to 5pm. I was told they could help me until the following day. Why not say that from the get go. And not waste peoples time. Thankfully Audi Exchange not far from there told me they could help me and even stay open later if need be to get me back on my way to nj. Go to Audi Exchange instead.

I had the worse car buying experience at this dealership. I flew there from Columbia to purchase a vehicle because of the low mileage. They werent willing to pick me up from the airport not an issue I got an uber. I spent 5 hours in the dealership and I came in with a check in my hand. I had a horrible headache because I flew there and hadnt eaten anything because I didnt think the process would take that long. I was offered a bag of chips by the finance guy. I now know that if you arent from the area you are purchasing a vehicle your deals are limited. Ive emailed several times to ensure they had everything they needed for my tags because my situation was complex being an active duty service member. I havent even received an email back to acknowledge that they received the items I sent them. I plan to purchase another Audi within the next year and I can guarantee you it wont be at this dealership. The worse car buying experience ever!!!

I decided to purchase my Audi at the end of its lease term and made an appointment with Fletcher Jones to take care of the process. When they brought the paperwork to me I noticed that the purchase price didn’t match the residual in the contract or the buyout listed on the Audi Financial Services website. When I asked why, I was told it was the correct number. I asked them to verify and they returned and said that they charge a $500 processing fee that FJ charges to handle paperwork. This wasn’t mentioned when I made the appointment and was in fact a violation of my contract with Audi. I wrote their GM and received no response.The good news is that I purchased the car from Audi Exchange, where I originally leased it. They were wonderful to work with on both the initial lease and the buyout. They were shocked that FJ tried to charge a fee to process the buyout.The only reason I contemplated using FJ for the buyout is because I live in the city. Do yourself a favor and drive to Audi Exchange. They are transparent and great to work with.

I want to start with saying I strongly dislike buying cars. Its an experience Ive never enjoyed. Working with Channing though, was great. Ive bought numerous cars in my life and for the first time I felt like someone was on my side trying to help me with a good decision that fit into my parameters. He asked good questions, he answered my questions (and got answers when he didnt know), he was very patient and above all he was transparent with me. Brett the finance manager was really nice also. Very helpful with customizing some of the options that I wanted and was not pushy at all. All in all, this was the best car buying experience Ive had.
