Amazing experience!!! I have bought cars from dealers in the past and this was the best experience I have ever had. My son wanted to go and look at a car from them that he had found on their website. Second time using Marino. The whole team are just fantastic people and Kenny is always such a pleasure to work with. He lays everything out for you, takes time to explain answers to your questions, and doesn’t force a anything on you. He genuinely wants to see his customers satisfied. It’s a great showroom as well and very easy to get to. I would highly recommend the Marino team and asking for Kenny when you walk in but you can’t go wrong with anyone.

So I had recently purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago, and I can honestly say that my credit score isnt the best, but I was simply walking Into the dealership to literally see how much a car would cost me for my mother, who needed a brand new car, long story short, I was greeted by Janelle almost immediately and I basically told her the situation at hand and what I was trying to do and she immediately went above and beyond to not only help me get my mother a brand new car, but she managed to get us a 2020!!! Shes an amazing woman, she absolutely didnt have to go the extra mile but she did anyways and the end results were amazing, not only was my mother smiling from cheek to cheek, but I was as well, and it wasnt even my car, I also wanna show appreciation to Jon who helped with the process as well as push my papers through, Janelle is great I would definitely refer more people to her!!! Great staff!!!

I’ve been getting my oil changed here and the last times I’ve come it’s been really frustrating. The past two times I have come it’s taken two hours for an oil change to get done and when I can finally leave, I’m given a list of “repair recommendations”. I have never asked to get my car checked. If I ask for an oil change, I literally just want an oil change. I’m never asked if I want my car checked for repairs, they just do it without my permission and spend so much more time. The list of recommendations isn’t accurate either. Last time I came they told me I needed to get my axle repaired soon (among other costly services). I had an outside mechanic check my car immediately and it was completely fine. When I went in today, I magically didn’t need an axle repair anymore and had a completely different list of issues. Weird considering I never got anything on the first list repaired. Unsurprising with a dealership, but I feel like my time should not be wasted getting stuff checked only to get a list of unnecessary “repairs”. Not sure if this is what they do to everyone or if it’s because I’m a female and come in by myself, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to take advantage of that fact- maybe I should’ve asked my dad to instead or bring a male with me. Workers seem friendly and polite, but that means nothing when I leave feeling lied to

This is my second car purchase with Marino dealership. I can say that I am satisfied even more with the second time purchase than my first. They gave me options within my budget. I felt a little slighted about the trade in value of my vehicle but we were able to make some reasonable pricing adjustments. When making big purchases I usually leave feeling some sort of buyers remorse, but this time I think we made a fair deal. Although i didn’t care for the abruptness of the finance guy ( i forgot his name) the manager Mal, and salesman Anthony were very attentive and costumer service friendly. As with all purchases make sure you do enough research on what you want and what your budget limits are when you walk through the door of any dealership.

Im getting this! Jeep Gladiator (Glad is perfect, because Im glad). Awesome dealership with great associates. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would say stay away from here because I didnt get mine yet. But Im not a hater. Visit this location. Just dont purchase any black on black Rubicon Jeeps until I get mine. This one is black in brown and its very nice. But for 60k, it has to be perfect. A red overland is here. Very nice, just not my kind of nice. This blue jeep is beautiful! Lots of extra and for an extra 17k. But well worth it if jeep is your thing. Not for everyone, but then again, Im not everyone!

Did some research after reviewing receipt: Parts used were found $380 cheaper online, labor is typically less than the $200 an hour that I was charged, didnt get car washed and it was dirtier than when I dropped it off.Im aware your company is in the business of making a profit, but doing everything possible for your customers (I.e trying to find the lowest costs) should be the #1 priority. This will encourage people to come back and not fear paying a months salary for a car repair.

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Caravan in 2016 from Marino and had it serviced it for the next 5 years there, taking the car in for numerous issues with odd noises as cited on 5 service reports where they could never replicate the noises. At 57,000 miles this week we have the MIL light on and take it to their service dept. for the code to read P0868. The service department tells my wife was told we needed a new transmission for $5400. I asked how they know we need a new transmission and they said we know. I asked if they did another other diagnosis to the car other than running the computer code, and they did not. John Service Rep said they knew better and were trying to save me money from wasting on further diagnosis by charging me for a whole new transmission, laughable business practice. Now I know where my crystal ball went. After spending $25,000 on the van and another $5000 on service work = $30+K, theyve lost my business because Marino has lost sight on what it means to take care of the customer and not be out to gauge/rip them off. Another classic case of a company going downhill because of poor upper management, including the General Manager Mike O. Way to hang up on me at the end of our conversation. I look forward to seeing you in Small Claims Court.

The experience I had at Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge was unlike any other experience I have ever had at a dealership, now mind you I am 60 years old and over the years I have dealt with many many dealerships but again none like MORENO Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The sales associate Juan Carlos Alvarado made me feel like I was his family member he treated me like a brother he made me feel so comfortable and right at home this gentleman was so knowledgeable so professional and by the end of the day which I didn’t even think was gonna happen and Juan CARLOS Alvarado made it happen I was driving out in a brand new 2021 Jeep Rubicon. Juan and I literally bonded that day not only will I go to him for any problem I have but I think from that day forward we will be friends for life. We laughed together, we had conversation as if we had known each other for years, there was even one point where I was so overwhelmed by the good news that it was approved that I was almost in tears. This sales associate at Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge did everything he could in his power to make sure that I was one, comfortable two, happy and three that I would be taking home a new vehicle that day. Salesperson, jonathan was fantastic and very helpful. however, service quality control of vehicle was less than impressive. less than a week of my purchase, a few things popped up that i presumed would have been part of the resale inspection: the key fob battery was low, the armrest glove compartment was never cleaned and rusted change and leftover false eyelashes were left for me to clean in a sticky residue, the oil change service light popped up (after i was told that oil change on this particular vehicle was every 7000 miles!)...i would think all of that would be basic up to date inspection points. obviously not!!

Bob, Service Director, I have to report that your service department really fell down on the job with my daughters Commander. A/C was recharged right, but thats all! My daughter is driving this Jeep to New York City this Sunday, 6/6/21, so I had asked Jose to do what he called the $150 used car inspection, and Santiago told me on the phone that everything checked out fine. My daughter was up all night Tuesday finishing her move-out packing, so my wife and I intercepted my daughter in New Buffalo, MI Wednesday afternoon to relieve her of driving all the way to Detroit on no sleep. As soon as I started out I heard the tell-tale drone of a bad front wheel hub bearing. The brakes are about 75% worn. The alignment is off. The dealership here recommended a tune-up and fuel injection service, along with the 4-wheel drive service. And although the engine oil looks clean its been in the engine over a year. Luckily my neighborhood CDJ dealer, Suburban, was able to get the Jeep in and done today. Not only did your advisors allow over $2,000 of repair revenue to roll right out the door, if I just happened to have not driven it my daughter would have been sent heading to NYC on borrowed time!!!! Over 1,000 miles at highway speed on bad hub bearings...wonderful! NOT!

One of my friend did get the great deal for JEEP cherokee 2020 and thereby strongly recommended this dealership to me. Unfortunately, I was not able to visit the store due to the poor customer service provided by Anna Solis. To compare the quote from the other dealership, where I visited the other day, I asked if this dealership can provide comparable price. Anna somehow started to assert your calculation is wrong and insult me with strong words. Ive asked this request to many dealerships as purchasing process but Ive never received this kind of reaction. Service was quick and staff professional and pleasant for my recall issues. However when I picked up my vehicle I noticed the a/c was weak. Then I notice after awhile water leaking on passenger side under glove box. I called back next day which was Saturday and got run around that my advisor was busy and hell call me but he never did. I finally get a hold of them Monday morning and they basically tell me its not their problem they didnt touch that part of car. Well, it wasnt like that when they got it. Then they quote me $400 for the repair. This job can be done in 10 minutes by a pro. And the Mopar part is around $200 which you can get on-line around $50 cheaper or go with AC Delco or another brand for $50-$80. No thanks.

I had a great experience and my advisor Steve was wonderful. I previously went to a different dealership and was informed I needed a tuneup for my vehicle. Due to the not so great experience I had I decided to find a new dealership. I appreciate Steve’s honesty with informing me that the issue I was having wasn’t due to a tuneup; he could’ve just let me spend unnecessary money but he didn’t and he showed that he cared. Diligence in car shopping is an absolute must in our family & I would rather blowtorch my own ball bag than deal with the thought of car salepeople. After a year of research we settled on our vehicle of choice. Went to Marino, walked out to their lot and didnt have a pushy salesman chasing us down. That alone is worth its weight in gold. Took my car in for recalls, they fixed them and whwn i picked up, check engine light was on. They quickly got my rental back and took the car. On monday, called and let me know they reset the sensors and no lights went on. So far so good.

My rating is not reflection of the service advisor who assisted me, Teresa. She was excellent and would rate her as 5 stars. My 1 star review is regarding the staff that are located in the same area as the waiting room. Many of them were not wearing there masks properly and it most cases removed them all together while in their offices with the doors open. The waiting room and sales offices are fairly close together and people are walking around constantly. I did not feel comfortable waiting there. Also, I wiped down the interior of my car once it was done because no one confirmed what sanitary cleanups were done. Not exactly pleased with what I saw...

Disappointed. Our Chrysler Town & Country has a wierd problem. It intermittently will not start, but with waiting few minutes or up to an hour then starts. We were traveling, visiting family in Indiana & Chicago. Left the car at Marianos on Irving Park Road. They replaced the WIN module for about $720 & thought that fixed it. It continues to to the same thing. Weve had 3 different places replace parts (run/start relay, starter, & WIN module) & it continues to do the same thing, making us wait sometimes for an hour before it decides to start. Were wondering if it is some kind of short. Well see. Not happy about money spent on parts that didnt fix it!!!

Disappointed!!!! Brought my Jeep in for 2 reasons: 1) my radio system was freezing up and randomly turning off 2) something in my window-well was creating an extremely loud screech when rolling my window up and down, and scratching my tint. I had previously asked a Crystal Lake dealership to take a look at these issues when I brought my Jeep in for an oil change after one of my sales meetings. At that time, they said I would have to book a longer appointment for them to take a look at my radio system, but they would try to take a quick look at my window-well. After the oil change, they said a piece in my window-well looks to be bent. They said that their mechanic tried to pull it up and straighten it out, but it looks like they would have to order the part under warranty. I explained that I live in the city, so I would take it to Marino. Fast forward to last week, Carlos called me after my car had been in the Marino shop for about 3 hours or so. He said that he went ahead and ordered my radio under warranty because it was acting up. He then said that he is unable to cover the window piece under warranty because it looks like it has been tampered with. I explained that the Crystal Lake dealership had attempted to straighten it out. He called the Crystal Lake dealership, and they supposedly told him that they never took a look because I didn’t have enough time. Funny that they told me what part I needed to order, but never looked at the window-well? Carlos then went to explain that he wishes from the bottom of his heart that he could cover the window part, but he gets paid based on warranty claims and only has a specific allotment that he can put toward warranties. He then said, I am at least covering the radio under warranty, to which I responded, “Because they are both warranties!”. I now have to pay out of pocket for a part that I did nothing to damage. Extremely disappointed, and will never go back to Marino.

I went here recently for service (remote start purchase and install) on my vehicle that I purchased elsewhere. From start to finish, I am extremely pleased with the service I received as a first time customer and plan to take my vehicle here for maintenance when needed. The representatives on the online chat were very helpful with providing information and pricing regarding the remote start. When I later called to order the part and schedule service, it was very easy and they communicated lead times and labor time accurately. When I arrived for the installation, they were very busy but moved efficiently and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Never had to repeat myself, all my prior requests or questions were noted on file. Theresa explained all the pricing and warranty information clearly, and even came out to my vehicle to explain how to use everything before I left. It works great, and Im so thankful for the stress-free experience.
