The repair guy checked the refrigerator because it was not getting cold. He told me he could Freon it but it may not hold and he couldn’t guarantee the repair. He suggested a new refrigerator. I then asked if he could light the hot water heater as it was out too. He wanted to charge an entire fee again even though he was already there. He said that is what Sears would do. I told him that’s why I didn’t call Sears. He ended up giving me $20 off. I paid $100 to be told that I needed both new appliances, the refrigerator and the hot water heater. There are no breaks with this guy on him looking at other appliances even though he is already there. Frankly it was a rip off!

The tech was very good. He explain to me everything that what going on with my dryer.

SENIORS BEWARE!!! Total CON..... Charged a disable senior $180 to clean a dryer. Claiming he replaced dryer coils. Thank GOD for cameras. I guess this is whats known as the COVID CON. SMH

Didnt get the repair work needed. Because, one phone call with the issues I had with my washer machine and the repairman trouble shot the problem over the phone m. I was advise that repairs needed would be too expensive for the make, model and age of my washer. THANKS!
