What a DELIGHT to deal with honest and expert repair people who really really care about customer satisfaction. Last April, our refrigerator was anemic for the refrigerator hinge problem. I called Sub-Zero Repair and they came the same day. The hinge needed to replace. So we did that. The repair came with a 3-month warranty. FOUR months later, the refrigerator was not working well. I called again. they sent the same repairman (Juan) that came last time. He remembered the problem and solved it. He didnt charge me for the visit ?!?!?!??! (said to write a review instead) and recommended a company dedicated only to fixing ventilation systems upon my request.
