Very easy to deal with online and over the phone. I was scheduled for a call between 8:00am - noon. Tech, Ron, called at 7:00 am and asked if he could arrive in 30 minutes. I said absolutely! He arrived at 7:30am, diagnosed the problem which unfortunately could not be repaired as stove at least 20 years old. But gave me suggestions on where to look and what to look for . Excellent service I highly recommend.
